Holiday rentals with beach access in Štikovica, Grad Dubrovnik

Outstanding. The most peaceful little place to stay for a short trip. The view is as beautiful as the pictures show. I was staying alone and it was perfect. I brought my laptop to watch movies but didn’t need to, the TV has all the streaming services you can sign into! Very easy to walk into the city - felt very safe and great views along the way. I will miss sitting on this balcony!

We had a superb stay at Blue Infinity, Daniela was a fantastic host , made us feel at ease and simplified everything. The location is about a 20 min walk to the old town so perfect for exploring. We loved having access to the sea in a private area although it was a quite a few steps to climb up and down but we managed fine and it was a perfect location to swim and view !

I have never been so sad to leave an Airbnb!! heavingly location, perfect clear water to dip into daily, hearing waves splashing through the windows, total bliss!! Mateo was so friendly and helpful, lots of helpful advise and info, felt so settled there instantly. beautifully decorated, lots of room for ourselves and two tall teens! lovely restaurant/bar a five min walk away with a pool you can use overlooking the sea, had fab day trip and dropped back by boat to the pier at the house! could write another review on the cat and the tortoises who we all loved too!! we'll be back!! thanks so much Mateo!

Ivana was always very quick in responding to any questions we had. The place was very clean, spacious and the view from the balcony was by far the best part of the place. It was an easy 15 minute bus ride the the old town and when you came back the whole area was peaceful. Lots of restaurants to choose from on the walkway, beach a few minute walk. I would highly recommend Ivana’s place.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Lukrecia and her apartment. The view is stunning and the apartment has everything you need. Lukrecia is a very nice host and she gave us great recommendations for the area and Dubrovnik.

Valerija’s apartment is a great place to stay for a visit to beautiful Dubrovnik. It is well situated in a neighborhood near but not inside the enchanting and crowded center of the city, and we were thankful each time we Uber’d into the center (quick $6US ride) that we would have this quiet, peaceful place to enjoy when we’d had enough of the crowds. The design is beautiful: efficient and comfy for 2 couples, an amazing private patio overlooking the water and marina and hills beyond, 2 generously sized bedrooms & baths, a nice sitting area, and a small fully equipped kitchen. There are grocery stores, museums, fabulous restaurants, walking trails and beaches nearby. A much appreciated bonus was being met at the ferry terminal by kind and welcoming Zoran, who took care of our suitcases and delivered us to the apartment where warm, friendly Valerija provided a quick intro to the apt. We 4 travelers treasured our stay here; you will too.

Great stay in a safe and quiet neighborhood that's walkable to old town and local restaurants. It also comes with a parking spot, which is a huge plus. The view from the terrace is amazing and can get to a local beach from the gate. Vesna is very responsive and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend!

what an amazing find River House was for us, fantastic accommodation and views. Katarina was a brilliant host, always willing to communicate and sorted an issue we had very speedingly and going the extra mile. River House is very well equipped, clean and well maintained. If Katarina was not available her Mum would be there bringing us homemade cakes and preserves every morning, such a treat, we felt very spoilt. I would highly recommend, if you want a peaceful break in beautiful surroundings you could do no better

Stayed in the apartment for a full week! A very nice place to explore the lower part of Croatia. Beach within walking distance. Nice place to park the car. Delightfully cool and clean apartment with a fantastic view! I want to go back!

What a fabulous stay. The apartment was perfect, in the ideal spot,close to the beach (10 mins max) and the Old Town (3 mins) and was just as described. Niko was a great host, always responded quickly, arranged a transfer from the port and actually took us to the airport himself for our journey home. He met us at the apartment, showed us round, explained everything and gave some excellent recommendations. Would definitely recommend and return, thank you Niko, much appreciated.

What a wonderful and well equipped place. Great location just inside the walls. Everything you need exceptionally clean the beds were very comfortable and highly recommended anyone to stay here.

We stayed for 4 nights with our family, children age 4 & 2. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the old town / city walls, for a short trip this was ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, you can walk everywhere. The house is beautiful and Ivona has done a wonderful job of designing it. It was so well equipped with everything you needed. Michael welcomed us and even arranged our transfer from the airport. They had left us a selection of snacks including bread, milk, jams, coffee pods, wine, beer which was great. The swimming pool area is a bonus and we enjoyed an afternoon swimming and enjoying the views. The whole complex is spotless and so well maintained. I was a little apprehensive as of whether the children would enjoy Dubrovnik, however they loved it and I would recommend. We hope to return one day and if you are considering booking, book early, you will not disappointed. Thank you!

Snjezana’s place was perfect for our family of four with two preteen girls. The living room was large and comfortable and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Snjezana gave us plenty of great recommendations for Dubrovnik and the surrounding area. Our girls loved feeding the turtles and hanging out on the nice patio. Couldn’t have picked a better spot - restaurants and a great promenade with no cars just down the steps from the house. Highly recommend.

Vesna was super friendly and welcoming to us through the stay and even prior to our arrival. She was incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay, plus gave great recommendations for things to do. Her place was exactly as the pictures show and was a walkable distance to beaches and the old town. And the view from the apartment speaks for itself- amazing. We would happily return again!

Amazing stay at Toni’s place. Very friendly and responsive host and his mother in law was so lovely who showed us in. The place is in the perfect spot right in the old town. The garden area was beautiful and although people were walking the city walls it was amazing that the walls were so close. We even had our morning coffee with the cats and tortoises! Would highly recommend if you are after a place right in the old town with some beautiful outside space.

Enjoyable stay in a comfortable apartment a short bus ride away from Old Town. Clear instructions given for a smooth self check-in/out. Definitely recommend to stay!

We loved the apartment. The view was spectacular, and the two sets of open doors on either end of the balcony gave the unit a very nice indoor-outdoor feel even when inside. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was very functional, we even spent a night in cooking. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Dubrovnik, as long as you don’t mind a bit of a climb up from old town. Not a long walk in and out of old town, only about 10 minutes, but lots of steps. But for us, the ability to get out of town into a quiet neighbourhood plus the view made it worth it. I can’t stress how amazing the view is from the balcony (photos don’t do it justice). Also, the owners dad greeted us at check in and he was so sweet and helpful during our stay!

Iva is a wonderful host who communicates well, gives easy to follow instructions and great recommendations. The location was ideal for exploring the walled city. Nothing was far. Excellent choice for us.

We had a warm welcome by Ivana and she was helpful throughout our stay and happily arranged the taxi from and to the airport. Krešo was very helpful and friendly too. Lapad is such a lovely location, my 11 yrs old daughter said she had the best holiday ever 😊

Our stay at Irena & Andrija’s place was amazing! The street was quiet at night and felt private while still having the Old Town location. They also provided great recommendations and check-in/out was easy. I highly recommend this apartment if looking for accommodations in Old Town Dubrovnik!
