Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sterling Heights

This was perfect for us as we had a wedding weekend in Rochester hills and my husband was able to work from the Airbnb as well. Samantha was so kind and gave us some dill and lavender fresh from their garden. Very responsive and friendly! Only advice I would say is the ac control is not in the room (which they noted to us in advance so it wasn’t a surprise) but when we got home late from the wedding we were a little warm but didn’t want to text them in the middle of the night to ask them to turn it down. So if you’re a hot sleeper like me I recommend being proactive about that. Wonderful stay would stay again!

This was such a charming, homey space in a classic neighborhood - crowded houses but signs of welcoming life. Street parking was packed but there were always spots, no issue, just be ready! The rental was comfortable, great bed and great couch, easy to navigate and use kitchen. AC is a window unit, but it works incredibly well - box fan found in the main bedroom closet helped move chilly air into the room at night, which was necessary for our heat warning days there! Slept like a baby. Wish we'd been there for more than a couple of nights, would go back in a heartbeat.

Easy access, cute interior, and quiet neighborhood. I’ll definitely be back for future trips.

Lovely place in Detroit. Nearby by many good restaurants and not too far from downtown. The private parking lot was a big bonus for us and the building itself felt really safe knowing how Detroit can be. The apartment looked as in pictures and had any basic needed necessities. The host is good at responding to any questions or giving recommendations. Would definitely come back or recommend it to friends.

Parking in back is tight if you have a larger car. Safe location. The place had all the kitchen amenities needed-a small stove, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. I saw an iron and a hairdryer but didn’t need them. The white towels were nice and clean, plus the queen bed was very soft & comfortable. The white sheets were also comfy and clean. The place is dated and has that older studio feel (I chose not to soak in the tub) yet it was very tidy and maintained. The place has character. The area is tree lined, and was quiet and walkable. We did not use the tv. It’s a good value and I would recommend for a short stay and for a business trip it was ideal. Thank you!

TJ’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Communication with TJ was smooth and easy; he was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The location was also quiet, safe, and close to everything we needed. Sam’s house perfectly fit our needs while in town visiting family. The fenced in yard was a plus 🐾

We had a lovely stay - enjoyed relaxing on the couches in the afternoon after exploring Detroit especially. Otherwise didn’t use the kitchen, backyard, or dining room. Beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water. Location was nice for exploring around the city and avoiding most traffic. Will be back to Detroit someday!

Shawns place was a nice home away from home. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. Communication was top tier and instructions were clear and easy to follow. Will definitely book again when I’m back in town

So glad I booked the Little Yellow House with Liz & Zach for my recent work trip! it was in the cutest neighborhood, very quiet (lots of cute dogs around too!). Great location on the street making it easy to find. The house was so adorable too, great sized rooms and friendly layout for my sweet, old puppy to navigate with his limited eyesight. Felt cozy, well kept, and provides great amenities. This will definitely be a recommendation to friends and added to my favorites list!

We loved our stay! We came into town for a Tigers game and it was easy to get downtown. Royal Oak is a very nice community with a cute downtown and wonderful churches for Sunday Mass. we will definitely visit in the future!!!

This place was amazing it was super peaceful and serene, art was a great host he was super helpful and responsive not going to lie i thought i was getting on his nerves with all my questions Lol😂 but everything was phenomenal and it was a great time.

Rachel was very quick responding in confirming our reservation when we were in need of a place to stay. She took the time to call us and explain the town of holly and where to park and how to get in. The place is beautiful.

Shawnda’s place was very nice and met all our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and a good place to take a walk. We were fully satisfied and will return if we come back to Warren.

I booked this stay last minute and couldn’t have been happier. Jeff was extremely accommodating—allowing me to check in early and making everything easy. The space was spotless, well-equipped, and in an excellent Midtown Detroit location. Highly recommend!

This location is close to public transportation. I rode mogo bikes most of the time I was in Detroit. Good location for a reasonable price.

Ian was a great host. He was very responsive, communicated clearly and quickly. He was very understanding and helpful during our stay. The place accommodates two people well. It was clean and smelled nice upon arrival. If given the opportunity, we will book again!

Our stay in the Navy Yard Condo B was great in every respect. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was easy to navigate and very well equipped, and the sitting room had nice comfortable furniture. From there and the balcony we enjoyed a great view of the lovely street and river. We parked right beside the Salty Dog restaurant both nights. We walked to No Frills, to the beer store and to dinner one night. The location was perfect. The condo was halfway between our visits to Windsor and to the wineries! Jason was a responsive and attentive host. We'll be back for sure!

In a moment of reflection it’s difficult to bestow an across-the-board Five Stars rating on the property without acknowledging the contributions of the host Sean. The first-class amenities of this property are already well documented and are unmatched – location, cleanliness, roominess and value. Sean’s enthusiastic representation of his property is contagious. His efforts to prepare us for our stay left us wanting nothing. As our booking drew closer we found ourselves using words like “excited” … we became increasingly aware of the slow passing of time ;) Sean’s attentiveness continued during our stay. The effort he has made to brand this property is second-to-none. An homage to Detroit / Motown ... the keen-eyed among you will be delighted with the Easter eggs (hint: scrabble). Stay here. Walk, eat, cheer, dance, relax, slumber ... Repeat.
