Clay plaster and half-timbering (even the newly restored one is traditionally connected only by wooden pins!) ensure an authentic living experience. On the first floor there is a wood-burning stove. The central heating is fed in a very modern way from the solar system plus gas.

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.
