Water can be collected outside at the main residence. There is wood burning in the cabin. Outhouse in the extension/woodshed. Good mobile/4G coverage.

Parking for cars and snowmobiles is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvån mountain station.

Here you can hear the bells and observe the work on the fields. We have dairy cows (about 30) and are engaged in egg production (15,000 hens). From kitchen and living room windows, you may be lucky enough to see moose grazing on the land. The home is a good fit for long term stays.
