We wanted absolute peace and a retreat just for us. We found all this in the beautiful forest edge house. It is really in a completely secluded location, the nearest houses are several hundred meters away. Rarely do people walk along a forest path about 100m next to the house, then you can sometimes hear human voices or horses and dogs, sometimes tractors drive or you can hear forest work. 90% to 95% of the time we spent there, however, it was really quiet and we could enjoy this wonderful peace that we longed for. The house is furnished with great attention to detail, very clean and you can feel right at home there. The furnishings are of very high quality overall and nothing is missing. We especially liked the tiled stove in the living room, which you can cuddle up to in the evening. The house has a wonderful view of the fields to the rear. It is an absolute dream house! We will be happy to come back.

Everything without problems! A little hard to find but very nice!

A very well-equipped house with plenty of space for 8 people and two dogs. We really enjoyed the large kitchen and extensive kitchen equipment. The play facilities were also extensively used. Only the many steps to the entrance of the house were a bit problematic for my old dog. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Beautiful stylish house with great property located on a stream. No unnecessary bells and whistles, but everything you need. We felt very comfortable. However, you should inquire whether an event is planned at the neighboring community square. The Schützenfest on the last evening is only a stone's throw away, but you won't be able to sleep before 3:00 in the morning.

Maria's place is really beautiful and spotlessly clean. Felt right at home upon arrival. Was greeted and shown around upon arrival and Marina was on hand for any enquiries we had 😊 Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes being outdoors due to its location right besides a huge woodland. We were in Bünde over the weekend for a wedding! We felt immediately at home with Brigitte! Brigitte is an extremely likeable and courteous hostess, the apartment is so tastefully furnished and everything you need for a short or longer stay is really thought of. Brigitte's garden is particularly worth mentioning, which definitely has the most beautiful pictures from the magazine " Landlust" can be included. We were accommodated there in four, 3 adults, 1 toddler, you really have to be lovers, because the apartment is quite noisy. For a stay for two (even with a child) it is perfect!

We enjoyed the time around Christmas at the place very much. The friendly welcome was great and the house was beautifully large and lovingly furnished. We felt comfortable there.

There's really nothing we'd say was bad or we didn't like. Unfortunately, we did not have such good weather during the stay, but since the accommodation was so beautiful, it did not bother us at all. We would like to come back at any time and recommend the Forsthaus in any case :-)!

Spacious and pleasant apartment located in the countryside near Bielefeld. The environment is quiet with many hiking trails. We had a great time.

Suitable for various outdoor sports and hiking tours. Highly recommended! We will definitely go back again.

Our stay at this Airbnb was truly fantastic! The apartment itself was lovely, nice, and incredibly tidy, making us feel right at home. We were absolutely captivated by the amazing views from both the balcony and the pool area – they were simply breathtaking. Ilka is a super fine hostess. She's here to help if you'd like, and gives great tips. We decided to book this location a few hours in advance. Ilka wanted to prepare the accommodation for us so that we could relax for another 2 days before we went home. Wonderful place, house is nice and cool inside and has beautiful large, clean spaces. The pool was lovely with the warm weather! I agree with the other reviews that it is really nicer than the pictures show. The surroundings are also beautiful. We were too short to see everything, but think you can definitely have a great time for a few days

It was the best we've experienced as a group so far. There is so much to discover in the entire complex. Everything has been decorated with an attention to detail. Everyone was super super friendly. The restaurant and wellness area are absolutely amazing.

I felt very comfortable in the beautiful, tastefully furnished apartment. The terrace with an unobstructed view over the neighborhood made my stay even more refined. The old town and the Weser are within walking distance. Natascha was very friendly and super fast with her answers.

I'm very grateful to Diana for her help, care and compassion. My cat was sick after travelling when we arrived on January 1 from Belgium. Diana brought us from the train station to vet clinic and was waiting there with me for several hours. Diana always helped with all my numerous questions and requests, although she was very busy before her holidays. She actively suggested her help and gave good advice. I felt calm and comfortable in the apartment. The furniture is not new but everything is very clean. The kitchen in well equipped. Everything function perfectly. There washing and drying machines in a separate washing kitchen which is free and available 24/7. The apartment can be cleaned every week, and bed sheets and towels are changed. But if it is not convenient for whatever reason you can cancel cleaning. The location is convenient. It's in 5 minutes walk from the train station. There are some supermarkets and a good pharmacy in about 15 minutes walk. The area is green and calm

An accommodation that you would like to recommend! The apartment was neat and tastefully furnished, the parking facilities in front of the door were also good. The check-in was totally uncomplicated and also the departure. I have mentioned a few minor defects, such as a few missing sharp knives for cutting melon or a dish towel. It was said immediately and without hesitation that they would soon add these things. Just great communication. I felt comfortable there from the first moment, I will definitely come back when I go hiking in this region.

The stay in the apartment "The Sky" was very nice. For 2 people, everything was perfect and sufficient. Everything necessary was provided to us, the kitchen is super equipped, there is everything necessary. The location of the house is great. When you sit at the dining table, you can perfectly look over Detmold, as the house is located on a hill. The city is within walking distance and very easy to reach. In the apartment, we found information about the best sights and hiking trails. The bathroom is also very chic. Although a bit too many decorative objects distract from the important part of the apartment, we enjoyed the stay in Detmold. We would love to come back and highly recommend this accommodation.

A very nice apartment on 2 floors. With two dining rooms and 2 living rooms, there is plenty of space to stay in the apartment. Everything can be cooked there thanks to a very well-equipped kitchen. Manuela is quick to reach and has many tips for the area. The house itself is in a very quiet location with adjacent fields so that hikes can be started from there. Definitely recommend this accommodation, especially if you are traveling with several people.
