The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Our over 175-year-old former The farmhouse is located in the central location of Queidersbach, right opposite the park-like village square. You will be staying in a one-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom. Everyday necessities (supermarket, bakeries, butchers, pharmacy, etc.) can be found within a few minutes' walk around our house. Fresh eggs are available at the farm next door and a small fruit & vegetable market takes place diagonally opposite in the old dairy house every Saturday.

Due to our idyllic secluded location, the nearest supermarket is a good 5 km away, and the nearest shopping center is about 8 km away.

After a busy day, you can end it on the couch, the south balcony (furniture included) or simply in front of the warming fireplace. Small but nice. The 150-year-old farmhouse has been lovingly renovated and can accommodate up to 6 people. On 95 sqm you will find everything you need for the family. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fully automatic coffee machine, ... The attic is accessible via a steep staircase, which can be seen in the pictures. In the courtyard there is a seating area or you can use the public space at the oven house on the opposite side.
