Holiday rentals with a patio in Stein

The apartment was clean and has everything yusuf wrote, we had found everything to feel comfortable, the residential area is very family friendly . Gladly again and further to recommend.

We were at Rock im Park in Nuremberg over the weekend. The accommodation was perfect to rest in between and very easy to reach with Uber/taxi. Siawash was very helpful and we had everything we needed.

A total of 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 5, stayed for about 40 days.The terrace was very pleasant and I had a stress-free time. There were ants in one of the bedrooms, but it may not be that big of a deal. It is also close to the supermarket, Playmobil Fan Park, and the neighborhood has a good atmosphere, so it is highly recommended for families with children.

I can't say enough good things about this place. It was very comfortable for our 2-week stay and had all the amenities of home. Though the bathroom was a bit small, the bedroom and bed was large and had a nice view of the street. The living room was large and had a comfortable sofa in addition to a good sized table for working space. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything one would expect, and had all the necessities for coffee: a Nespresso machine, a French press, and an electric water kettle. Above all though was the location. It is immediately adjacent and in easy walking distance of all the sights and shops in the area. We spent every day walking out our door into the Altstadt and along the river immediately outside the rear of the house. I could not imagine a better location. The host was available and accommodating of us non-German speakers via her son, though we did not have much need to communicate after check-in. Very highly recommended!!

This is our second stay at Carmencita’s. We always feel extremely welcomed and love walking around Herzogenaurach. We very much hope to be visiting again soon.

The apartment is 1 minute away from the subway station U1. The fair was very quick and convenient. The apartment is tidy, modern, very clean, cozy. Communication with Tina was excellent. Her responses are quick, kind, helpful, and a professional host. I would love to come back to this apartment anytime.

Very nice apartment. Well located to do a lot in the region. Everything was available and absolutely clean, especially the kitchen was very well equipped and large. The terrace was also very nice, with a view of the countryside. Overall an absolute recommendation.

We liked the stay in Andres' apartment very much. We were especially happy about the children's travel bed. In addition, the large covered balcony is very nice.

We booked Sylvia's accommodation for our family reunion, as we traveled from all directions. It was great to reach by train and car. Everyone had a good room and the 4 bathrooms were also very clean. 👍 The S-Bahn is easy to reach in 5 minutes, perfect for excursions to Nuremberg and the surrounding area. We liked it a lot and we are already planning our meeting for next year. 100% recommended by us 👍👍

We stayed a couple of nights at Hedwig’s place and were very happy with the accommodation and the beautiful location couldn’t have been more private and peaceful. Hedwig met us for check in and although we couldn’t speak the same language we got a thorough tour and knew exactly where things were. Hedwig’s husband bought us some bread for the kids to feed the deer which was so lovely. Hedwig recommended a restaurant up the road so we gave that a go and it was delicious. Messages were always responded to very quickly and we were very happy. The beds were comfy too!

If you are looking for a beautifully renovated farmhouse with a beautiful kitchen, terrace and spacious rooms in an absolutely quiet location, you are in the right place. It is perfect for a few days of vacation in the countryside, you are absolutely undisturbed, can use the beautiful garden with sun lounger and grill and fall asleep at night to a cozy frog concert. The house is super nice with tasteful vintage furniture and the open kitchen with conservatory and small terrace is super modern, like new and equipped with the most necessary things. We immediately felt very comfortable and recovered well. For more action, there are plenty of excursion destinations in the area, but here, peace, tranquility and relaxation are the main focus. You will find it nestled amidst meadows, ponds, and small forests. And Martina is an absolutely warm and reliable host, here you really still live at a host's home. Thanks for a great stay!

The stay was great. We had previously received all the important information about the accommodation, so the check-in worked easily. The house offers everything you need. It was very clean. The area is quiet and you can also use the great garden. We highly recommend the place!

We felt right at home here. We enjoyed relaxing and using the barbecue in the private backyard. Michael was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

I was really positively surprised with my girls! 2-3 real little things could be repaired (kitchen) but this is complaining at a high level! If we will visit Nuremberg again next year, I will inquire there again! Best,

I wouldn't call the location central - but, if you're here, that's not what you're looking for anyway, am I right? It was just what we expected, very quiet and peaceful, yet a short car ride from important places and local attractions. The place is nice with a beautiful garden. Children didn't come inside at all, even though it was chilly outside. They loved giving the chickens food! There is a rich selection of music & fairytale CDs, and movie DVDs as well as many toys for them too. The nature in the area is beautiful. We went hiking one day and saw several deer on multiple occasions! We visited Bamberg one day, which was magical. All of the food we had was amazing during our trip. There was only one problem we had, and all it says is that Birgit cares a lot about providing a comfortable and seamless experience. She addressed our internet connection problem swiftly and delivered the solution. All in all, the value-to-cost ratio was great for us. That was what we were looking for.

The place is in a very quiet area, ideal for relaxing. The apartment is stylishly furnished, it leaves nothing to be desired. I felt very comfortable Unfortunately, you can only use the sauna from a five day booking. I can recommend the apartment and would love to come back.

Everything is available, everything is neat, very good shower and well-equipped bathroom. Plenty of towels and soaps. Big terrace. So just positive comments.

We had a wonderful family time at Lisa's place. Everything was as in the photos and she is very nice and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

Many thanks to Kateryna and Maxim for the great accommodation! We were as a group 4 days in Nuremberg at the German Choir Festival and had everything we needed. Yes, you can hear the street and the train in the background, but the area is extremely quiet for a city location. Beautiful residential area. No problem, more cars can be parked for free on the street. Due to construction site, about 10 min to the subway, then 10 min to the city center. Right, the apartment is older and therefore quite noisy, but we were only there to sleep anyway and it did not bother us. House key available via key box. So we could also go home separately. Refrigerator has no freezer compartment, in case anyone needs one. Coffee + machines are available in different types.

Perfect spot for our trips into Erlangen & Nuremberg, supermarket up the road is in easy walking distance, 254 bus stop just around the corner for Erlangen and the beer festival.

Everything very good. Communication and accessibility of the host was great. Apartment corresponded to the description and there was nothing to fault. Appliances and organization (check-in process - check-out, garbage, heater, etc. ) were explained accurately and understandably. Highly recommended.
