Waterfront holiday rentals in St.Bran's Burg

We stayed a week. Place is as described. We give the place 5 stars. Few things to know. The beach access is 5 minutes down the road & is small with only having a washroom on site. Can not purchase anything. Closest grocery store is a 40 minute walk or a short cab ride. The unit could use having a cheat sheet on how to use the TV & appliances. You will need to pickup or bring with you coffee & filters, laundry soap & any condinments / spices you enjoy. None of these items were deal breakers for us & we found the unit / complex clean & safe. If we do decide to return to Montego Bay we for sure would consider staying at this unit.

Konstyantyn and Nadia’s place was very homey, comfortable and clean. I specifically like how every room is self contained and lots of games and activities. The view was beautiful and everything was perfect for our work trip- felt like a vacation

Jacqueline’s place was just as described. Clean and well kept I felt right at home. It is at great location and has beautiful views. She was very responsive whenever a question was asked. I would definitely stay again.

I had such a wonderful stay at this BnB. The space was cozy, clean, and super comfortable—everything I needed for a relaxing trip. What made the experience even better was the amazing host. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home, bringing up refreshments and even games for us to enjoy during our stay. Her hospitality was unmatched—always checking in to make sure we were okay and offering help whenever we needed it. You can really tell she cares about her guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jamaica! :)

Although the AC in the living room didn't work and the fan remotes needed batteries upon arrival, the response time was fantastic throughout our stay. The 24 hour pool was well appreciated. Queen G's restaurant was perfection. The unit was well worth the price and we plan on returning.

Neville‘s place was very nice, super location a huge plus was the pool and the beach to reach easy by foot. As we checked in very late water was already available at the appartment. The flat has everything you need & we felt very safe. We would def stay there again

Shawnn’s place was a 10/10. The pictures do no justice. His place was immaculate. I loved the surroundings and property as well. I was able to walk around the property and just a few steps away from the beach was great for an early morning stroll. Being able to watch a sunrise/sunset from the rooftop left me speechless. Having a restaurant and store on the premises was an added bonus. Everyone from the security guard to the property maintenance crew were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Shawnn’s place for your next stay in Montego Bay!

Beautiful, spacious home!! Miguel was very responsive and even allowed for an early check in. I had an opportunity to view the other units on the property (coming soon) and they were equally as nice! Can’t wait to return with a larger group! The only issue was getting through security at the gate. They were very strict and we did not initially know exactly what to tell them in order to gain access. We also explained that we were in town for a funeral and would have different family members coming to pick us up at times, and each time it was a bit difficult for them to get in as well. But in hindsight, better safe than sorry.

Enjoyed my stay sooo much. Brian’s place made my trip 10x better. I would definitely book again and again.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb, and it was an absolute delight! From the start, the host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely friendly. It was spotless and thoughtfully set up, making it feel like a home away from home. What really stood out were the host’s recommendations for local attractions—there were plenty to choose from, and they were all spot-on. When I say we did not want to leave!!! It’s an understatement. Not only is Ralph and his team extremely communicative, he set us up with the best driving team on the island! Thank you Mr. Blake!!! The photos are no comparison to how beautiful the property is. The backyard alone is enough for me to book time and time again. Not only the house , but the kitchen and general house staff are amazing! The food was so good, going back home to mediocre food is so depressing lol Mr. Ralph was so accommodating with check out and allowed us to stay hours later until we were able to meet with the rest of our family at another property. This is a dream team and super extraordinary property! Our favorite part outside of the food and backyard is the balcony overlooking the pool and water. It’s so beautiful and peaceful. I cannot wait to come back and stay! Thank you again!!

Lovely place! Quiet, super clean and in a great location. Beautiful view. Security was awesome and helpful. The host was very helpful and always responsive. Air BnB was equipped with everything that was needed. Host offered alot of recommendations that were very helpful and made the trip more fun and easy going. Jamaica Life Tours and Excursions along with Hartley Tours were our go to for transportation la and excursions, all recommended by the host. Will book again!

From the moment we arrived at this stunning Montego Bay Airbnb, we knew we were in for something special. The decor was gorgeous, with a perfect mix of luxury and cozy charm. The pool was an absolute oasis, and waking up to that breathtaking ocean view every morning felt like a dream. The host was beyond amazing — so responsive, thoughtful, and full of fantastic local recommendations that made us feel safe and welcomed. But the true highlight was the incredible chef, Ms. Ingrid! Her breakfasts and dinners were beyond divine — every dish cooked with love, passion, and authentic Jamaican flavor. She didn’t just feed us; she made us feel at home. We’ll be dreaming of her meals until we return! Without a doubt, we’ll be recommending this gem to everyone we know and are already counting down the days until our next visit. My husband and I visited to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and I can say we didn't want to leave. From the beginning, middle and end of our trip we were accommodated by our host. The host was able to assist us in arranging just about everything we needed while staying. The condo is beautiful and very much a home away from home. I will be back.

This accommodation was exactly as presented in the pictures and description, the location was perfect for our needs, the outside of the property was well maintained, it was peaceful and the security features were straightforward.

This was a really nice Airbnb. The whole house was clean and decorated nicely. There’s a washer and dryer too so it’s easy to do laundry, and they even had a few seasonings to cook with. They also have an option for a private chef and taxi services. I stayed here and they were doing some construction to some apartments next to the Airbnb but it didn’t bother me since we had early morning excursions. The location is secure with a gate and security 24/7. They won’t let anyone in unless they are approved. I had some trouble getting in at first because there was one lockbox but also another pin pad, so i was a hit confused on which one to use at first but the host was quick to respond and help us get in. Overall our bnb experience was a 10/10 and I would stay here again the next time i visit montego.

Very Nice Location, not far from the airport beautiful grounds well kept and Especially nice because the Air BNB is on the grounds of a Resort with pool, beach, jerk chicken hut thats really good, access to restaurants, bars, spas, gift shops all right there.. you do have to pay for food and drinks if you are not an all inclusive guest...yes i will go again and yes i will stay Dacia's airbnd if it's available

Honestly I prejudged when I first arrive but that was simply judging a book by its cover before reading it. The property was 10/10 with amazing views very clean maintained to a very high standard, its also very close to town and the popular Hip Strip . Glenrick was a top host providing me with things to do she really gave me a vip service. When I'm next back in Jamaica and if staying in Montego Bay I don't need to go anywhere else. The only way I wouldn't go back there is if this property is unavailable. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay and making things happen to ensure I was fully comfortable.

We love Kafi’s apartment. It was spacious, well lit, clean, the views were awesome. The apartment has all the amenities we could needed - in the kitchen, bathroom, linen, entertainment etc. the concierge and staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool, gym, open spaces, walkways were lovely. The apartment is in a pretty new building on a quiet street with new residences and hotels. Groceries, shopping, restaurants, and private beach are just a few minutes drive. Overall we felt right at home. I highly recommend this apartment.
