Newly renovated cabin in the middle of nature

The wheelchair friendly cabin is quietly located in the middle of nature, with terraces at the front and back. It is located off a dead end road, about 100m from Eigelandsvatnet, where it shares a jetty with two other cabins. It comes with a rowing boat, a canoe and a pedalo, as well as fishing equipment on request, to catch some of the copious trout. The property borders on Notlandsvatnet recreational area, and is part of Magma Geopark and Opplev Dalane hiking trail.

The cabin is built in 2008 and situated next to Høle river, 400m from the sea. Great possibilities to go fishing, horseback riding and hiking in the mountains. Rowing boat with an engine is available (14 feet and 15 hp). Close to tourist attractions like Lysefjorden, Prekestolen ( Pulpit rock) and Kjerag. 500m from grocery store. You will find the amusement park 'Kongeparken' only 22 kilometres from the cabin. Sandnes City is a 20 minute drive.

Giljastølens beste utsiktsplass. Mange varierte fjellturer. Fiske og bade muligheter. Ski inn ski out om vinteren med Gilja Alpin 250 meter fra hytte. Etter dagens aktiviteter er det godt å synke ned i et varmt boblebad med god massasje og nyte solnedgangen eller stjerne himmelen. Det finnes også et badstu i hytten. Welcome to Stolpabua! Here you live in a rural setting just by the sea and the beautiful Jærskusten. We have spent the winter of 2021 renovating the old cottage that has been standing here on the farm since 1936. Now we hope our guests will thrive here at Brekkekanten as well as we do. Welcome to our family cabin. You can enjoy the nice view over the Lysefjord, special from the terrace. It is just a few minutes from the see, where you can take a bath. The cabin has a perfect location for a lot of hikings in the area: Preikestolen, Flørli, Kjerag and a lot of other places. It is only a few minutes by car to the Forsand quay, and departures for Flørli and Lysebotn.

Lad batteriene på dette unike og rolige overnattingsstedet. Kort vei til Stavanger, preikestolen og jærstrender. Tilgang til kajakk,kano og liten båt Forbrennings toalett i anneks utenfor hytte. Det er 2 hytter som ligger på samme eiendom men, usjenert fra hverandre. Begge hytter har tilgang til plassens fasiliteter som hage, brygge osv. Hytte og wc anneks rengjøres etter bruk.
