Cottage by the sea with private beach and jetty

Lovely summer place on Borøya outside Tvedestrand. Only 3 hours drive from Oslo and 15 min to Tvedestrand town with all amenities. This is a special place. Originally, there is a boat building, but we have made it a summer place with 4 bedrooms with 8 beds + 2 extra on the sofa bed in the living room on the 2nd floor. With 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for 2 families who want to travel together. We also have a private beach, as well as a large jetty which is deep enough for sailing boats as well. One can drive down and there is easy access and parking.

Small farm in scenic surroundings, where the animals can walk almost freely. Pick eggs for breakfast, scratch the piglet. Wake up to the rooster crowing. With the canoe you can paddle several kilometers. The bathroom is simple, without shower, but the bathing stairs and the lovely water makes it worth it. There is also a gas grill. An eldorado for animal lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Forest, water and mountains. Taxi boat to Lyngør and more. 15 min drive to Tvedestrand, with 5 different grocery stores, and free outdoor water park. 4 min to the local store.

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful Nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds as well as a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the kids, hens. Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. Koselig båtbu i idylliske Tvedestrand. Båtbua ligger helt i sjøkanten, med tilgang til privat brygge, kajakker og hage/hagemøbler. Området er stille og rolig. Skikkelig Sørlandsidyll. Nærhet til, blant annet, Lyngør. Bua best egnet for 2 personer å oppholde seg i lengre perioder. Men det kan legges tilrette for spiseplass, sofa og sengeplass/sovesofa til 4 personer ved behov. Kajakker til 3 personer( 1 + 2) fra mai-september. Kajakker er ikke tilgjengelig oktober-april.

The apartment is high standard and all you need to stay either a day or a week. The apartment is located 2 min by car from e18 and 4 min from the city center, but in a very quiet residential area with only a few houses. Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.
