Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Stateline

The place is basically ski in ski out and right next to a bar / grill in kirkwood. It was reasonable pricing compared to other options on the hill. I would stay again.

My son and I stayed here for my birthday trip. This place was exceptional. It exceeded my expectations. I absolutely loved it

Marci’s place was great for our first time to North Lake Tahoe. It was just my husband and I plus our french bulldog. The home was roomy and great for my pup to access the yard easily. The jacuzzi was such a great way for me to unwind as I worked remotely most of the week. Kitchen and living space was great for our needs. The master bedroom was a good size but the bed is really high, very firm and really squeaky. I preferred the kids bed in the smaller room haha. The location is good but is on an inclined street. Not a bad walk to the local beach but you will have to cross the main street with fast traffic. I didn’t attempt to use the kayak cart as it would’ve been hard for me. All in all it was a good place for our trip.

Really enjoyed the time here. Location is super easy to find. Mick is a great host and very informative. The place was equipped with everything you need. It’s pretty close to Tahoe city as well. Would definitely love to stay here again!!

Great place to stay, you walk out the back gate and just around the corner is the lake front area. You can also walk to a nearby market for groceries, sandwiches, and coffee. There is a nearby boat launch and a ski lift for winter use. Also, great area to catch transportation such as TART.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is very private and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway with family and pets. There's a short trail nearby that offers a stunning view of the sunset, which was a lovely bonus. The location is super convenient: just 10 minutes from downtown and about 15 minutes from the beach. Overall, it was a great choice and we’d definitely stay here again!

The home was beautiful and clean. There was a plumbing issue that was happening upon our arrival to the home and there was a very bad very strong odor. They had a plumber come and fix the issue, but the plumber told us this had happened before about a month prior at this home. I would recommend updating the property photos to not include the kayaks/ boats. While not listed in the rental some of our guests were eager to use them, but were disappointed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and the showers had good water pressure. If the retaining wall issue is ever fixed we would consider staying again. Overall we had a great stay.

Great place to stay in Tahoe. Located close to Stateline, restaurants and market. Great backyard for dogs, comfortable beds, nice showers with good water pressure.

My family stayed there this weekend for my son’s birthday and we absolutely loved the house. We had such a great time, the house was so clean and the backyard was great for the kids to play in the snow. The game room and arcade game were amazing and the kids enjoyed it and kept them busy. 100% would recommend to anybody!

This was the perfect house for our family reunion! We enjoyed the private beach and the quiet neighborhood. We could watch the sunset over the lake and see the twinkling lights of south shore. Each bedroom is large and the great room and deck are fabulous!

Lovely and Cozy! We felt right at home!!

Had one minor issue with the toilet, advised Eli and it was quickly resolved by staff.

Perfect location for two dad’s trying to get some slope time in. Easy walk to stagecoach lift for a reasonable price. How could I complain? The place was well decorated and have every amenity you really need, even a cozy fireplace. Would stay again without question. If you are a pillow aficionado like I am maybe consider bringing your own, but I’m sure they’re satisfactory for most people.

Cozy condo perfect for a quick ski trip to Heavenly. Could have walked to the lift but we drove and it only took a few minutes. Nick is an excellent host, always communicative and helpful.

Annie's studio has the ideal location in South Lake Tahoe with a lot of activities and scenic routes to Emerald Bay and varies waterfalls. Her place has a comfortable king size bed to rest at night and a little kitchenette to prep foods for hiking or outdoor picnics. In door parking is a plus especially during snow season.

We had a great 2 nights stay here. It’s kind of at a perfect spot where most good spots are like 10min by car and is peaceful at the same time. This area also has some nice hikes. Host is very responsive and even offered us an 8am checkin proactively a day in advance which was super cool and convenient. Definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Justin's place in S. Lake Tahoe. The condo was clean and spacious. The location made it very convenient to get into The Village or off the beaten path. Justin was communicative, welcoming, and helpful.

This is how it should be... direct contact with a responsive owner who is sharing their personal home. (not a corporate rental!) Chris always answered quickly when we had a question. Location was great for those who prioritize skiing and relaxing. View from balcony of Lake Tahoe was amazing! Shared hot tub just down the stairs and across the parking lot was great after skiing. Full kitchen to cook meals was wonderful, and well stocked with pots/pans/etc. Thank you Chris!!!

I had a wonderful stay at Cynthia’s place. The location was serene and perfect for relaxing—surrounded by nature and incredibly quiet. The host was very welcoming, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire stay. They made sure we had everything we needed and responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and comfortable retreat in Tahoe.
