Excellent space. Complete apartment and close to everything. Clean, well-prepared rooms and the host treated us with great respect and attention. We really enjoyed this stay and highly recommend it!

Tamara's apartment is very stylish and chic. Located in the prime district of the Sergipana capital. The building is huge, according to the photos, it is amazing. Well ventilated, with accessories that make it easy to stay. Two questions to point out was that it almost wouldn't work out due to a possible ban on the part of the trustee and the bedding we understood could be a little better. The location contains several developments nearby that make life easier for the guest, a delicatessen called Brioche , very good by the way.

The apartment is as advertised. Everything is clean, organized and well trained. I really feel at home. Quiet condominium close to the beach and other useful establishments. Host Viviane is wonderful. Super helpful, polite and attentive. The only point that could improve is to put air conditioning in the other 2 rooms, as the afternoon sun totals on the Ap and it is very hot. Even with that point our stay was wonderful.

The Pequi apartment is quite comfortable and has everything needed for a quiet stay! The photos of the apartment match what we found in it and our stay was quite comfortable! The past pre-checkin instructions were correct and there were no problems joining the locality! The apartment is well located, but it is a few blocks from the beach of Atalaia. The hike to beach is quiet! When necessary, the issues that arose were resolved promptly and did not cause any discomfort during the stay! We use tourism agencies for tours, and it picked us up and left in the locality without any problem. The apartment is on the first floor and next to a busy street and there is a club in front that generates some noise throughout the day. This did not get in the way at any time, but it needs to be taken into consideration. Pros: location, comfort, 24h concierge, full apartment, accessibility. Cons: low floor and noise.

Our stay was excellent. Fábio's apartment is great. All as described in the advertisement. Fábio is always helpful. Everything we needed was nearby. The concierge staff were also attentive to us. Anyway, everything to my liking. Highly recommended.

Kitchen with all the utensils, comfortable rooms and everything organized with a lot of whim. It has bed, table and bath — all ready for a practical and welcoming stay. The location is also excellent, very close to Aruana Beach, one of the best in the region for bathing. Camila was a wonderful host: attentive, helpful and always available. He was kind enough to allow us to enter just before the agreed time, since our flight was advanced. A care that made all the difference. I would definitely recommend it and would host again without a second thought!

There's nothing better than starting a new year with amazing things. This is what we can live in the days we spent at Victoria's house. A super spacious place with super pleasant rooms, rooms and balconies. BBQ and fantastic place. For those who like to beat a little ball no better than a little football field in the background of the residence. For those who like a swimming pool can make the most of the pool in the house. Regarding Victória's attention you can rest assured that she is super present even though online, but there is the homemade who is a figure who is like Sedex, called, arrived. Had a great experience with my family. The house is wonderful, very well cared for, with an excellent leisure area. The location is secure, which left us very quiet throughout the stay. Super recommend. The house is really big and really looks a lot like the ad. The place is great and the bars is the mosquito beach are much better than in the city center. The only observation I do is the lack of plastic canisters to store food (easy thing to solve. I left 3 toast there).

It has many bars and restaurants facing the condominium. It's just away from downtown, I recommend renting a car so that you get to the airport. 👏👏👌🏽🤗

We were surprised by how big the house is and how it can accommodate many guests, it looked smaller in the photos. There are utensils, towels, tables, enough for a large family like mine that was there. The beds and pillows are comfortable, the blankets and sheets too, and the sofa is great for watching a series in peace. The garage is spacious, with two parking spaces, and we can still fit two motorcycles in the remaining space. The neighborhood is safe, there are several commercial points nearby that can serve us with peace of mind. Air conditioning and garage for two cars. It has an excellent sound, which plays throughout the house and you can increase the volume as needed without losing quality. I will definitely return, the price is fair and still below what I believe it is worth.

João is a great host, welcomed us in the best way possible and helped us at all times we need, and helped us with tips and directions in the city. I had an excellent experience at David's place! The place is super cozy, well cared for and conveys a feeling of comfort from the first moment. You can see that everything was thought through with affection. In addition, David was extremely attentive and always available to help with whatever was needed. I had a great stay! The location is very good, everything close by (market, pharmacy, restaurants, gym, etc). Apartment just like the photos, linen bed and fresh towels, kitchen with all the basic utensils. Iradir was very helpful, picked me up at the airport and showed me main points of the city, in addition to introducing the neighborhood and showing where to buy what I needed (since I'm vegan and it's harder to find options). All rooms have TVs, double bed and fans. The apartment is at the intersection of two avenues, so there's traffic noise. I used earplugs to sleep and it went smoothly. I recommend staying ☺️

the accommodation was a wonder, super well-equipped house with new electronics. I didn't miss anything. The rooms are excellent for sleeping, very comfortable and the curtains do not let the sun in the morning. Communication was quick and easy. We took about 20 min to reach the Orla by car, a little far away but nothing that is a hindrance. I will definitely come back but again and I will say to everyone!!
