The house is exactly as shown in the photos, large balcony, very cozy, the condominium is beautiful, the pool area is wonderful. The place is very quiet, quiet, great to rest. Flavianne was very attentive, flexible with the schedules, made us very comfortable as well. In front of the condominium there is a wonderful restaurant that you can walk quietly. Super recommend the accommodation!

I only had to identify myself once at the concierge and after that I was able to enter every time without any problems. Juciene left clear instructions and check-in was available ahead of time, which helped a lot since my flight arrived early. All about the listings was very quiet

The loft is perfect, very well equipped and neat. Comfortable beds, good bedding, wonderful infinity pool... and a balcony with churrsqutop and breathtaking view! Also, the host Ismar was a thousand note in the accessory, tips, education, kindness and availability. we'll be back for sure!

Great apartment, very well located and close to the waterfront. There are plenty of restaurant options in the region, the downtown area is a little far away but the apps work great. I had no difficulty checking in and communication with the host was very good.

Jerônimo's apartment is well located, close to the Farol beach, on the waterfront of Atalaia and 400 meters from mini-market and pharmacy. The building has a warm water pool and a gym equipped with treadmill, bicycle, elliptical and basic equipment. The building is well divided, ideal for accommodating 4 people and was with impeccable cleaning for our arrival. The rooms have comfortable beds and are well served as cabinets. Communication with the host was always easy, helpful and cordial. I have only these remarks to make: 1) in the kitchen, I missed hand/plate cloths and storage pots for salt/coffee/sugar. 2) in the suite, I noticed 2 weaknesses: the air conditioning and the bathroom. The room takes a while to cool and the bathroom looks like it hasn't been renovated, like the rest of the apartment, and perhaps by time (not for lack of cleaning), some tiles from the box are stained. In short, we liked the apartment very much and would be staying again for sure!

The apartment is super modern, clean and comfortable, with everything you need to feel right at home and has an excellent view of the city... Mr. Paulo was very attentive and helpful, always available to assist with anything we needed. I would definitely come back more often!

Space is exactly like in the pictures — beautiful, very beautiful and cozy. It is close to the beach, you can walk quietly, and there are many restaurants nearby. For the more distant locations, Uber's value is also accessible. The host, Luís, was very attentive, responded quickly and answered all questions.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, has many kitchen utensils ( more even than in the photos), cozy bed and sofa, with a good quilt... Everything is very cozy, the location is great, there are many options of markets nearby, in addition to the vendors' stands in the vicinity, it is 10 mins walk from the waterfront where there are many options of good restaurants tb. The building is excellent, friendly staff, a great gym, children's space, game room and pool. Rafael is a very attentive host, worried about his guests, always responded with attention to any questions we had, he received us full of pampering, with regional sweets... I felt at home...

Having stayed in Helder's apartment was simply super quiet, I felt quite comfortable and at ease, as if at home. The simply perfect apartment structure, all as advertised, met our needs and expectations. The condominium and the location are very good. I thank you immensely for welcoming us and making us feel at home. I hope to be able to return soon, the city of Aracaju is fantastic.

The stay was very good, the location is excellent, the apartment is organized and beautiful, the only point of improvement would be the calchao of two single beds that are extremely hard.

Great accommodation! Very well located, close to mall and in front of a large supermarket with pharmacy and other shops. Organized and clean condominium. Super comfortable beds, full kitchen, all clean! I will return with ctz!!!

It was excellent! The house has an ideal size for our group of 11 people. Comfortable and functional. The host was very attentive and helpful.

It has many bars and restaurants facing the condominium. It's just away from downtown, I recommend renting a car so that you get to the airport. 👏👏👌🏽🤗

The site is exactly as in the pictures, very cozy, ease of check-in, wonderful condominium, near the market and gas station. My stay was amazing, all very clean, instructions well given, very attentive host. The house has a beautiful garden, a good leisure area, it is not so close to the edge of Atalaia, but it is very quiet to get there (10 min by car), it is close to other walks such as the croa of the goré. I have no observations to make, just indicate that if you want to have a different hotel/hostel experience, it is very worth staying (especially if you have a child), it is really to reset the mind and rest. I loved spending this moment with family, everyone loved it.
