I really like the residence, it's a cozy and very quiet place. The housekeeper was extremely helpful and proved available to solve some unforeseen events. In general I had a very satisfying stay. I highly recommend it to those who are looking for greater privacy.

The Dalva House is about 100m from San Francisco Square, the heart of Saint Kitts, and a few blocks from the city's shopping district. It has a beautiful view, it is airy, very well-equipped kitchen, quiet. Voltaria for sure.

It was great to be in this beautiful house in such a nice place. house was clean, with td the q had been announced. Here a gratitude and gratitude for the affection he had with my 1 year BB... a crib was made available to him... it made a total difference. cassio, always attentive to doubts and always bringing new and good things from the region (juice and jelly mango to very good!!!). It was great and I plan to come back.

Clean pool, all organized outdoor area. Anyway, the house has everything from lava and dry, to ironing. You have accommodated our family very well! With rainy weather, this time we weren't able to explore many things, but we had fun the same way and we're already planning our next family trip again. Gratitude Robson and Sr Barriga!

The house is very beautiful. The showers have great showers, beds are very comfortable, air conditioning quiet, we all sleep very well. The host Ricardo is very friendly and would always respond to us immediately. We all love the stay, we feel at home. It has a market right in front of the condo. The name says it all: “sossego Caueira”. Perfect place to relax with family. I recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at the house! The place is exactly as in the photos — the house was very clean, very cozy and comfortable. The atmosphere was quiet, perfect for resting. The location was also excellent, with easy access to markets and restaurants. Renan was extremely attentive and responded quickly to all messages, as well as providing us with great local tips. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet stay.

The apartment is very organized, equipped and extremely clean and fragrant. Well sanitized towels and bedding. Nice and comfortable space. The main bathroom shower is simply wonderful. The condominium is very beautiful, very large swimming pool, has a restaurant near the pool and on the door there is a spike/hamburgueria and açaí. Aline always very caring and attentive, the pampering gives an even more special touch of her care. My family loved it and we're already looking to get back.

The reception by the host was wonderful, the housekeeper is not even spoken, a sympathy in person. i had to anticipate the checkout and it was very peaceful, the host agreed with no problem. the house, though not new, was very clean and accommodates very well 15 people, to get better, I would just need to change some beds. great value.

Patrícia was extremely receptive and helpful from the first contact to the check out. I had to check in a little earlier, due to the flight schedule and she was very kind from the beginning, facilitating our entry into the apartment. Regarding the accommodation, the photos, the other reports and the structure of the apartment are consistent with the description. We were impressed with the organization, cleanliness and beauty of Patricia's apartment. It really is an apartment that I recommend with my eyes closed and that I would rent again, not to mention the perfect location, close to the waterfront, restaurants, bars... and easy to access! We spent wonderful days at Dione's home! We were in 12 people ( 7 adults and 5 children) and we were very comfortable. Everything in the house worked perfectly, the location is great, quiet place! We love it and will definitely be back more often! Dione super friendly and solicit! You can rent it without fear! It was great!

Chácara Adelly is exactly like the photos of the ad, beautiful, has all the necessary utensils of a home. Comfortable beds, clean bedding, air-conditioning in all bedrooms, impeccable outdoor area. Ricardo also referred me to the cook and her housekeeper to hold the barbecue of my event and it was wonderful, everything perfect!

The house is very cozy and has the necessary items for a good stay. The decoration is beautiful and very tasteful, with works by the island's artisans who have a unique identity and that was one of the reasons that left us even more inspired in the days of Casa Bambá. Edu was super helpful and sent us several tips about the place, we went on a day boat trip and it was a unique experience, passing by beaches, other villages and we had the opportunity to eat fresh and delicious food at one of the spots. Hope to be back soon!

Wonderful! The region is quiet and safe. The house offers the best of everything. Ila is the perfect host, as well as an unparalleled human being in kindness and help. I have been staying in Airbnb accommodations abroad and in Brazil for years, and this one with Ila was the best I have ever experienced in my life! We had an amazing experience in the treehouse. The functional home, comfortable and with an amazing view! The house has the utensils to make the meals on site and it was a delight to cook there, with that beautiful view! We chose to take the food to make breakfast, go out for lunch in the city and at night we chose to order delivery. We rode on horseback with Adriano accompanying us and it was a wonderful walk contemplating the view. Great accommodation to connect with nature and rest. We were very well received by the host and family members. The sunrise and sunset is surreal of gorgeous! The night is more starry. No suggestion for improvement, as it was already impeccable! And we wish more people could have this experience. We will definitely go back and indicate!
