Great stay at Villa Binn. We took a family trip and the house met all our expectations. Very nice and beautiful place. Staff working in the maintenance of the house is very attentive, everything was working perfectly well. We love the stay

I was surprised by the cleanliness and organization of the place, very clean and few furniture with ample space in the room. I thought it might be hot at night, but it sells a lot, I didn't even have to open the window vent for the bedroom to have a nice weather. The place is beautiful and spacious. Yan is a very nice person and always helpful, I felt at home and was well taken care of. The energy of the place is very good and Yan is always in high spirits.

Amamos, the house is beautiful and we were very well served by the host! Hope to be back soon!

Great location. The best part of this hosting, undoubtedly, was the service of the collaborators. They were great, thoughtful.. there's a really nice restaurant too.

Excellent stay, Villa Conduru is beautiful, Preá is passionate, breakfast was served by Jana who always welcomed us with great affection, host Andrea always very professional and requests. Anyway everything excellent, I intend to return soon.

Superb house, ideally located, very nice (a small outdoor lounge/aperitif area at the end of the day would be great ). Good breakfasts. Staff and caretaker available. Cleanliness and maintenance of the pool to be reviewed. And for 16, there's not enough to sit by the pool.

We love the accommodation, home comfortable, clean and beautiful! The room is cozy, clean, smells! Laura gave us full attention and Sil and Márcia attentive and helpful! They can come without fear! We recommend!

Beautiful, clean and comfortable house, an amazing view, the restaurant next door serves breakfast for guests in the house, lunch with live sound... it was very relaxing our weekend.

Regiane and Filho served our employees well, it was very proactive and the house internally is according to the photos. It was super worth it, yeah. Just details of the hot water, but nothing that prevents a good stay

The house corresponds to the ad, has a bathroom in all the bedrooms and the kitchen utensils help in the preparation of the food. The setbacks we've had with water or plumbing have been resolved. Great place to come with family in privacy.

Excellent stay in Prea. The house is very beautiful, very tastefully decorated. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The place is quiet and very close to the beach on foot only a few minutes away. Aurore was very available to answer questions or give us recommendations throughout the stay.

The place is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, the kitchen area is spectacular, overlooking the pool, the wooded backyard, the furniture and the decor are of great taste and it seems to me that each one has a history. I loved it. I loved the paintings and the decor of the room. The highlight is for the sensational service of Mentinha. She is very attentive, charismatic, cares with great zeal of everything and makes you feel at home, in addition to the amazing well-served breakfast, with many options. Mentinha's husband is a taxi driver and walks, both with a lot of kkk and very attentive. The only caveat is that there is no microwave and I was greatly missed. An observation for the photos in the listing, although the house has access to Lagoa do Paraíso, it is not possible to swim or use the part of the sand, as it has a lot of bushes around and in the water, but this does not diminish the great experience in this amazing lagoon because very nearby there are places (restaurants) with infrastructure that allow you to spend the day. Great for children.
