Holiday rentals with a sauna in State of Espírito Santo

Good apartment for families! I went with my husband and my 3-year-old daughter! Very quiet building, very polite reception staff (all of them), very good building structure. The photos are very true. The location is good, a little far from everything we were doing, but nothing that an Uber couldn't solve. We had a setback on the penultimate day, but it was communicated very quickly and resolved. I highly recommend this apartment for rent.

We stayed 6 days and loved very much. We went with a 1-year-old boy and we enjoyed a lot of the pool and the toy library that are excellent. The location is also very good. I loved everything. Super attentive and polite Gabi, helped us with flexibility at check in and at checkout. I will return and indicate very much. thank you!

The cottage is charming, it has everything you need, kitchen utensils, sheets, towels, among others. It is in a great location, close to supermarkets, shops in general. With great beaches nearby, such as Bacutia, Peracanga, which are very quiet and family-friendly. (There are many others also easily accessible by car or even on foot). The condominium is very beautiful and has several options for leisure. All very organized and clean. Bruno was always attentive and proactive, he answered us quickly… he gave us all the necessary coordinates to the location. We loved it, too bad we stayed 7 days and only enjoyed two days of sunshine. It rained a lot and the weather didn't help us much at the time we went. However, we highly recommend it. We'll be back for sure!

we had a great stay! The apartment is small, but super comfortable. The rooms are a great size. The building's entrance is also very good! The only thing that bothered us a little was the strong smell that was in the apartment whenever we arrived, we don't know if it's always like that or if it was due to some maintenance. And also the G1 garage had a strong and very hot smell. We cooked every day in the apartment, and it had the basic and necessary utensils. the beds were very comfortable! The pool area has a breathtaking view. oh and we could also go shopping on foot. Great locale. We felt at home!

Arielle was super helpful, always responding quickly to messages and giving instructions on check-in. The apartment is great, super clean and the location is amazing🤩, one block from the beach, close to kiosks and great restaurants.

The stay was excellent! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos, super clean, well equipped and very comfortable. We felt at home! The location is also great, perfect for resting and enjoying the nature of Pedra Azul. We would definitely go back and recommend!

Everything was as described , the beach was a few metres away , all the local amenities were with a few blocks and very easy to walk too . Apartment was super comfortable, and any questions were answered with minutes .. highly recommended

Excellent apartment, we stayed 4 days and it is exactly as promised. Close to the beach, clean, well-equipped apartment, good shower and comfortable bed; which is very important to us. We'll be back for sure. Camila is to be congratulated.

Wonderful place! We were in a group of 7 adults and a baby — a single bathroom required a little organization, but nothing that took away from the experience. The house is charming, super well located and Leomar was extremely attentive throughout the stay. I recommend it!

The house has exceeded our expectations! It's beautiful, just like in the photos, and had everything we needed to spend the weekend! Despite the slightly rainy weather, we enjoyed it a lot thanks to the heated hydro and sauna. We celebrated my birthday and my wife's birthday with friends and it was wonderful! We highly recommend it!

We loved the experience of being here, the city itself is an excellent family outing. About the residence, we also only have compliments, good location, easy access, very responsive host (he introduced us to the house very well, even left firewood for the fire), everything clean and organized.

I loved the space! Sauna, swimming pool, everything very clean! The only thing I missed was having a closet or any other furniture to accommodate our personal belongings and clothes. Even if the stay is brief, or not, I don't like having to leave them in the bags and the bags on the floor. I saw a space in all the rooms that could be a closet, maybe in the future... Just one observation, because the house in general is very comfortable and both Pollyana and her mother are always proactive... the whole family loved it.

I purposely rent Licelia place to be closed to where my Mom is, and I was right. The location was perfect. Besides see my Mom every single day I was blessed to be right in the heart of the beautiful Barra do Jucu. At Licelia's house we had everything we need it. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots ready to be used. At the table was a charming vase with natural yellow flowers and a plate with local fruits. Incredible! She even went on and beyond in leaving us brand new,clean bed sheets and towels. Her house was cozy, bright and peaceful. I strong recomend Licelia's place. I hope in God to be back that soon.

The house can be better than the advertised in the photos. And more complete as well. The entire house was impeccable and extremely clean. Smelling linens and towels. The housekeeper (unfortunately I don't remember the name) was going to clean the pool every other day. In the kitchen in all the utensils you can imagine (from varying glasses to couscous!) Victor was an excellent host, always texting to see if everything was right and if we needed anything. Anyway... we'll definitely be back!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, and it is very close to the center of Iriri! Amanda was very kind and welcomed us very well!! Perfect for a few days of rest!!

The house is wonderful! Very close to an empty and beautiful beach. We went with four kids and they had a great time. The house is well equipped, we just miss a few better knives. The beach chairs were a great surprise. We love the outdoor area. A special highlight for the host. Very available and helpful. I recommend the stay. It was family fun days that we won't forget.
