Had a great stay in Claudia’s apartment. It was as advertised and had everything needed for a good stay.

cristiane's apartment is very good, great location, close to supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant. This is the second time we have stayed there and we will stay other times if we go to Guarapari . Cristiane was very solicitous in everything . It is well worth staying there. Only compliments.

This is my second time staying with Jefferson and remains impeccable. I recommend it to everyone going to Vila Velha, and in case I come back one day for sure I'll stay again.

Lisa is a super careful, attentive host and has become available to answer all my questions. The environment is well located, calm, safe and the apartment is super complete! We do not miss anything in the apartment and the fact that it has two elevators helps too much! Certainly became the right destination for all of our family's trips❤️🥰

First of all, I would like to thank Angélica who attended us in a moment of extreme urgency. At all times he tried to help us, we were very calm when arriving at the apartment, as it is exactly as in the description, the rooms are large and with great ventilation, the large kitchen with items necessary for a stay. All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.

I simply loved staying in Bertha's apartment in Itaparica. Extremely clean, beautiful, well located and well-equipped place (even thermal box and beach chairs are available). The hostess was at all times very solicitous, cordial, kind and still left some chocolates of mimo for us (I traveled with my husband). We do not miss anything at all. I recommend and I certainly hope for the opportunity to return.

Speaking of the person. Maykon was always very polite and responsive to my questions and requests. I am very satisfied with his service. The apartment is very nice, the shower is excellent, the view is very beautiful, the fan, everything is great. I could make several comments but there is no space. In short, excellent. The stay was excellent! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos, super clean, well equipped and very comfortable. We felt at home! The location is also great, perfect for resting and enjoying the nature of Pedra Azul. We would definitely go back and recommend!

Everything was as described , the beach was a few metres away , all the local amenities were with a few blocks and very easy to walk too . Apartment was super comfortable, and any questions were answered with minutes .. highly recommended

Exceptional Space, as well as Neusa's attention! I, my husband, and our 2 small children had a super cool stay. The house is super well equipped and well located. We recommend it to the family and we will return so we can.

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

Veronica's apartment is exactly like the pictures. All very clean and organized. The location is excellent, with many nearby shops, in addition to being about 100m from the beachfront. The suite and the living room has a direct view of the sea, which makes the site even more elegant. Verônica was also super solicitous throughout the accommodation, sending several tips also from the city and the gastronomy. It's well worth it! Thank you Veronica. If we return one day to Vila Velha, our first option will be your apartment!

I spent Christmas with the family in Salvador's apartment and we loved it! He was extremely attentive and the communication was excellent. About the place, everything was very clean, the apartment is large, comfortable and airy, in addition to the perfect location on Bacutia beach. I want to stay in the apartment again!
