The kitchenette has a microwave, mini-oven and grill, fridge freezer, toaster, cutlery, china, tea towels, teapot, glasses, fast wifi. The bathroom has underfloor heating and rain shower...lovely.

Beautiful frontline open plan studio apartment, directly overlooking the sea, small beach & estuary in Exmouth Quay. Well-fitted kitchen, new shower room. Patio doors lead from the sitting area to private balcony with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing and watching the boats and beautiful sunsets. Private garage ( permit for nearby car park). Town centre with excellent shops and restaurants and Exmouth’s stunning sandy beach is just a short walk away. Stairs and lift to your accommodation.

Purpose built bungalow/annexe in the back garden that can be shared. Own entrance and patio outside with level access. Shared garden with a lock on the gate so safe for children. Newly built property that allows you to have privacy with all your home comforts provided. There is free shared parking at property and surrounding streets. We are 1.5 miles from the beach, 1 mile from train station with a bus stop 2 minute walk away. We are near to the Exe trail. Exeter city is 8 miles away.

Smart TV, Fridge, kettle, toaster & hairdryer provided 🚗 Parking for a medium sized car in marked space- as long as no oil leaks.

We cannot thank Abas and Naomi for our wonderful stay. Place was clean and well equipped with all that we needed. We even had a welcome snack platter and dinner for our son which made dinner arrangements much easier. Foor at the local deli they recommended was just delicious. What we appreciated the most is how welcoming hosts were and this made our stay better than expected. Great location within walking distance to the beach , train station and all the lovely food places. thank you once again, will definitely be back.

It was a great accommodation for 5 of us. House was very clean and harbour theme based. All worked fine. We could cock all Desi style food as all kitchen stuffs were available. I recommend this accommodation with 4 or 5 members in group. Julie was quick to respond and help us on all our small queries. thanks Julie and Airbnb

Tricia is a very nice lady with a lovely sense of humour. I think we got on well from the start. The accommodation was very cute & comfortable for us to stay in. There were some nice welcoming muffins & scones as well as some milk in the fridge. There were also a lot of icecubes in the freezer which was great as we could have a nice cold drink on our arrival after the long journey we'd had. We did find the shower took a bit of getting used to, trying to set temperature to our liking. We enjoyed driving Daisy May a lot, a nice bit of added fun to our stay & it was also nice to relax in the hot tub with the gorgeous view

Cosy beachfront apartment with garden

We stayed for 3 night with our adult son and his girlfriend and were all really pleased with the accommodation, it is homely and quiet even though it is very close to a pub we never heard a thing. Each room is at opposite ends of the apartment so there is an element of privacy and they have their own bathrooms which are well appointed. The living area is comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Its in a great location and we walked into the harbour, the town, the park, the beach and cliff walk. Really no surprises as it was exactly as described. The only thing I missed and this in no reflection on the listing or owner is both beds are only doubles and with both husband, son and his girlfriend 6ft plus we found it a bit of a squeeze! Would not hesitate to recommend.

We loved our stay. The house is a lovely size, very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was the most well equipped I think we’ve ever come across and the extra surprises like cream tea on arrival and the basket of dog things were lovely touches. A great short stay location but you could absolutely stay longer and we’d definitely book again!
