Staying at Renier's place was the best introduction to Punta Cana that my family and I could have possibly had. Immediately upon arrival, he answered his phone when we had further questions about the location of the property. The place looked exactly like the pictures and that was refreshing. Along with the recommendations of how to get food delivered, Renier had water delivered 10 minutes after we got there so that we never went thirsty during our stay. The location couldn't have been more perfect. We were close to shops, restaurants, resorts, and places to book tours. Having Renier close by also allowed for us to get to know his family and he was able to tell us a little more about the area. I 10/10 enjoyed him as a host.

Alojamiento en condominio tercer piso, muy fácil de ubicar, con restaurantes y tiendas cercanas. Fácil de ingresar y salir. El alojamiento de Jiffer es tal como se describe en las fotografías, cómodo, seguro y amplio. Presenta algunos desgastes en las piezas del baño compartido que se pueden mejorar sin embargo eso no le resta calificación. Excelente y muy recomendado

Wonderful Stay! We stayed at apartment H102 in Punta Cana and it was an excellent experience. The property is right in front of the ocean, offering a spectacular view and a relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is in perfect condition—very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is unbeatable, close to everything you need to fully enjoy your stay. Plus, the customer service was outstanding: attentive, friendly, and always available. We would definitely come back!

Our host was Valentin and he was great. Very responsive and helpful. The apartment was in a great location, short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood. The apartment was adequately furnished, had comfy beds and we really enjoyed our stay. Made transportation arrangements with Yves who was accomodating, reliable and easy to contact.

I had the most incredible stay at the apartment at The Beach in Punta Cana! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated the space was—every detail felt thoughtfully curated and welcoming. The apartment itself was not only spotless but also extremely comfortable, with everything I needed to feel right at home. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, which made it even easier to fully relax. But the real highlight? The breathtaking lagoon/beach area —it’s honestly the most stunning and serene setting I’ve ever seen. The water is crystal clear, the surroundings are peaceful, and the sunsets were absolutely magical. Every evening felt like a dream. If you’re looking for a quiet, safe, and truly beautiful escape, this place is it. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be back!

My stay at Residencial Playa Coral was truly exceptional. The apartment exudes comfort and understated luxury, with thoughtful details throughout — from the spacious layout and elegant furnishings to the impressive entertainment setup featuring a 60" Sony Bravia TV and immersive Dolby surround sound. Its ground-floor location made beach access effortlessly convenient; stepping out barefoot onto the soft sands of Bávaro felt like a dream. The nearby Jellyfish Restaurant was another highlight — having exquisite seafood delivered directly to the apartment added a lovely touch of indulgence. This residence strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and sophistication. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined beachfront escape.

Nuestra estadía fue de maravillas, estuvimos cómodos en todo momento, fácil de llegar, equipada con todo lo necesario. Rilquis siempre estuvo pendiente de todo. Recomiendo este lugar 100%. Es un apartamento muy amplio, limpio y muy cómodo.

Excelente lugar para quedarse 100% recomendado para descansar y pasar unos días en familia, los anfitriones son personas super amables que siempre estarán para ayudar, las fotos le quedan corto para lo acogedor que es el lugar, pienso volver muy pronto.

Our stay was amazing, this location was perfectly centered near beaches and nightlife as well as a plethora of restaurants and entertainment. The room itself is beautiful and clean- looks just like the pictures. Best of all, our hoist JC was extremely helpful and kind throughout our entire stay.

El apartamento estaba completamente equipado, con una limpieza impecable y unas atenciones por parte de los anfitriones que no pudieron ser mejores. A solo minutos de la playa Macao, el complejo ofrece seguridad, tranquilidad y un área social con una piscina espectacular. Cada detalle hizo que nuestra estancia fuera inolvidable. ¡Solo quisiera volver cada semana para repetir esta maravillosa experiencia con mis hijos! Sin duda, ¡10/10 en todo!

Thank you, Lucio, for such an experience! You went above and beyond. The place is beautiful and has everything you need to feel at home. Lucio responded to all our requests, and we had a pleasant stay. The building is also beautiful and has a nice pool and a kids' area. The downside are some of the rude doorman’s ( they are no doorman tho because acording to them they are not allowed to open the door for you) so make sure everybody in your group remembers the number to unlock the building door.

We had a great stay at Stanza Mare! Our condo had everything we needed and had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The service we had from Elvis was excellent! He was very friendly and responded quickly to our requests. We would love to return to this beautiful spot!

We had a wonderful stay at Leah’s place. The condo was beautiful - very clean and well kept. Having the housekeeper every other day was such a nice perk! The location in the complex as well as the view was incredible. Leah was quick and responsive and helped us immediately with any issues that came up. We would definitely return if the opportunity presented and 100% recommend staying in her place. Thank you Leah!

Gran lugar para descansar, con acceso a la playa privada y un restaurante delicioso, Jelly Fish. puedes caminar horas en la playa y nadar a gusto en el mar. nuestra estancia fue perfecta

Ce fut une très belle découverte pour nous. Les photos représentent ce que nous avons loué c'était même mieux que sur les photos.. Il y avait des transats de disponibles durant toute la journée tant à la piscine qu'au bord de la mer. L'appartement est au rez-de jardin, face a la piscine, mais nous avions notre intimité grâce a une haie en face de la terrasse. L'appartement était très propre et très bien équipée pour cuisiner. Linda est une hôte remarquable. C'est très sécuritaire, bon emplacement, on se déplace à pied pour faire de petites courses ou en tuktuk. je n'ai que de bons mots pour cet endroit et pour nos hôtes. Nous y reviendrons c'est certain.

Romeo was very good, we had a few concerns/questions and he was quick to get back to us and resolved any concerns we had. Beautiful view from the Apt. The furniture is old and tired but still functional. We had some difficulty sleeping in the bed, it was uncomfortable . It would be worth while to consider replacing it. We had just enough dishes for two people. If you were more than that more plates, silverware would be needed. Overall it’s a great location and complex, very safe and friendly people. The grounds and all staff were excellent to deal with

Loved the area! Close to the beach and restaurants. The place had what was needed for my stay. The host communicates and responds very well and was also flexible. I will definitely return when coming back for another visit😊 Highly recommend!
