Welcome to this charming and cozy Tiny House, boasting a size of 12m² (with a bedroom of approximately 8m²). The Tiny House offers both centrality and privacy. The bed measures 90x200 cm. The Stans train station, restaurants, and shopping options are all within walking distance. Kindly note that you should bring your own bath towels and soap. I will provide the bed linen (for self-making). Additionally, there are public parking spaces nearby, available at daily rates ranging from CHF 5 to 7.

Erwacht mit einem Schwebe-Eindruck über dem Wasser, dank der Bettposition nahe der Fensterfront und der spektakulären Aussicht auf den Vierwaldstättersee. Die Ausrichtung des Hauses ermöglicht viel Licht und Ganztagessonne. Dazu kommt ein privater Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses.

For privacy, it has thick curtains everywhere.

The apartment is located in the municipality of Stansstad in the canton of Nidwalden. It is a perfect starting point for summer and winter activities such as hiking and skiing. The train station is only a 5-minute walk away. From there you can reach Lucerne in 15 minutes or reach Engelberg's mountains within 20 minutes. Shopping is also a few minutes' walk away.
