Welcome to The Farmhouse in the Woods! This luxury 2 story small home is located on our family’s 25 acres in rural “Deep” East Texas. The Farmhouse is located right outside of the small town of Atlanta. This is a great place to unplug and get back to nature. Relax on the back porch, have a campfire, grill out, fish, or walk some of the trails. Create memories with your family while getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is Wifi. Dogs are allowed for additional charge.

The Rafters

Experience a little country in the city. Originally a family owned feed store, The Rafters has exposed hand built rough cut rafters in the ceiling, original wood floors and a tin roof. Horses, chickens and other farm animals are on the property as well. Southern Arkansas University (SAU) is five minutes away. Nettles Nest is a rustic cabin nestled in the piney woods of northeast Texas in the small town of Redwater, just outside of Texarkana. It is located on a 5 acre lake. It's a great place to unplug. No Wifi. Fish (bring your own pole,etc.), swim, paddleboat, kayak, relax on the deck or under the pavilion. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families , and pets (2 maximum) No large groups. No parties.
