My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! It was walkable to the downtown area and harbour, but also quiet at night and not too busy. It was an easy ride from the airport and the location is also very close to the highway so it’s easy to head to the beach or other towns! Also good local bakeries and gyros in the area! :)

Very nice place, clear constructions from the host, some sweats & local beverage to welcome the guests, really worth it!

The apartment is super well equipped, everything is brand new and exactly as in the pictures. We especially loved the location - close to anywhere you want to go but still in a quiet residential street. No bars or noisy tourists on that street. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in was easy. The location was convenient and perfect for exploring the area. Everything went really well overall—just a heads up that Saturday night was a bit loud due to nearby activity, but otherwise, it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

Truly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! Immaculately clean, incredibly comfortable, and super convenient. The elevator made it so easy to get our bags upstairs. The washer and dryer were total lifesavers, and the bed was unbelievably cozy. The AC worked perfectly, and the bathroom was spacious and modern. Overall, I absolutely loved this place! The location was absolutely perfect. We were close to all amenities and we were able to explore most everything on foot. The unit itself was large and beautiful and gave each of us our own space. It was clean and comfortable. We would definitely book this place again!’

Emmanuel and Eirini are the absolute best hosts. Real people with real hearts and hospitality. Location of the property is only 60 steps to the beach and shops, which was ideal for us. The property had everything we needed and felt like a home from home. Agia Pelagia is a lovely town, which was just perfect for us.

My group of 8 had a blast at the Gregory Villa. Nice and spacious backyard area that is perfect for relaxing, and plenty of interior space to accommodate all of us. Celine was one of the most attentive and communicative hosts I’ve ever had, offering us tons of recommendations for things to do during the day (and even booking them for our group) as well as providing us with transfer services all throughout the Heraklion area. Highly recommended and hope to return another time!

The pictures do not adequately capture the beauty of this place. We loved staying at Eleftherio’s home. They warmly greeted us and quickly made us feel like family. They treated us to many goodies and the house was perfectly ready for us. Modern upgrades throughout, wonderful spa like showers. The best though- The views of the mountains are breathtaking. We also loved visiting the village. The tavern gernios is not to be missed. There is a cafe, bakery, grocery and playground about a 12 minute walk away. Such a peaceful beautiful place- we did not want to leave.

We were extremely well received and the host is very responsive and thinking about the well-being of the tenants with an extremely pleasant villa and equipped with all the comforts possible Eleni and manouella make themselves available for any need and offer activities nearby. I would recommend it 100%

Olga and her family are very kind people. The hospitality is exemplary. Her mom Helene prepared Greek specialties for us for the duration of our stay. Through her knowledge we were also able to attend shows of typical dances of the region. I recommend this destination without any issues. We will also go back to deepen our discovery of this Greek island.

We have just returned from a week in Villa Majo. We took our whole family for a big celebration week, there were 12 of us in total ranging in age from 73 to 7. The villa was wonderful, so clean and modern. Loads of bathrooms and beautiful bedrooms with pristine bed linen and towels. The views of the Med were to die for and lots of relaxing spaces both sunny and shady to choose from. It is elevated from local beaches but it takes 5 minutes by car to get down to the shore where there are loads of great restaurants and bars to enjoy. The pool at the villa is an infinity pool which was immensely popular with all ages and there was a fabulous gym and sauna which suited of our tribe down to the ground. Loads of beach and gym towels were provided which was a great help. I have to say that the star of the show was Rena who discreetly looked after us all week. She was always on hand to help out with and little requests we had and is an absolute gem. Thank you Rena you are a superstar xx

Stella's Home was the most positive Airbnb experience I've ever had (and I've had some really lovely ones). The place is beautiful and the views are some of the best I've ever seen with the beach being only a 6 minute walk away. Stella was also an exceptional host. She stocked the fridge with some complementary groceries which made for a really positive start to our trip, especially after a day of traveling. It was also one of the most thoughtful things a host has done for one of my stays. Stella was also very communicative, checking in to make sure everything was going well for us and if we needed anything. The hot tub was amazing, the house was spotless and comfortable, the description of the space completely accurate. 5 days was not enough for us here and if I ever make it back to Crete, I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

My husband and I spent the whole of September in the great house. We felt at home from the start. It is comfortably furnished and has fantastic views. The tranquility is impressive. You only hear goats, cicadas, crows and vultures. We enjoyed every minute and will be back again. Aiga and Josef have prepared everything superbly, so we easily found the house and great taverns. They regularly inquired if we were well and were quickly accessible. Conclusion: book and have a wonderful time. @ Many thanks to Aiga and Josef

Absolutely Wonderful Stay! We had an amazing time at this beautiful and pristine place. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and the location is perfect , just a short walk to the city center. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. Michalis our host was very responsive and always available whenever we needed anything. We arrived quite late so didn’t manage to meet our hosts but they had organized for us snacks on arrival and beverages but the local raki they had for us ready and chilled stood out. The land lady Efi even made us traditional Loukoumades, which were absolutely delicious! It’s those thoughtful touches that made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended , we would definitely come back!

Katrina’s place was very well designed with a flair of modern touches and elegant finishes. we loved how every area was functional - including the patio. Inside, the bedrooms were well designed and had comfortable beds. Kitchen was stocked with coffee pods and other basics. It also had filter water. overall our stay was very short and we could not enjoy all the amenities, we were hoping we had stayed longer.

Maria is a wonderful host. I enjoyed her place, the area and the culture of Crete. I will definitely be coming back.

The apartment was booked for my father, and the landlord was very enthusiastic and waited in the apartment in advance, and took my father to introduce the room and the surrounding area for more than half an hour. In the case of language barriers, the communication through translation software was very good. My father was very happy and asked me to convey his gratitude. I recommend it to all friends who go there!

Our family of 4 had a great time at the villa Feronia. Catherine and Manolis left wine and beer in the fridge as well as all the basics needed in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry corner. The Garden and the pool area is duper nice and well equipped too. As the weather was cool end of October, we used the jacuzzi instead of the pool. Arrival and departure were smoothly organized. Catherine reacted promptly whenever we had a question. We would definitely come again !

Despite the not very central location and the stairs to get to the apartment, our stay in Akalli was perfect. The apartment has lots of space, 2 large balconies with a table to have breakfast comfortably, lots of amenities, more than you can imagine, including a sewing kit that was really useful. The city center can be reached with a pleasant walk along the seafront or with a shortcut through streets with many shops. Near the apartment there is a large supermarket. Eleni was a magnificent host always present and a source of useful suggestions. Ultimately we really enjoyed our stay in her airbnb and we highly recommend it.

Wonderful Stay – Felt Just Like Home! We had an amazing experience staying at this lovely house near the center of Heraklion in Crete. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the town center, even with a stroller, which made exploring the area so convenient. The house itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, and more. The kitchen was well-equipped, the living room was cozy and welcoming, and the bedrooms were comfortable and quiet—perfect for relaxing after a day out. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely love to return in the future, especially since we have family living nearby. Highly recommended—such a great place to stay
