We had accurate communication so found the cottage. Lynne was there to welcome us and explain how things worked. The location was perfect for us as we were walking in the area and the accommodation allowed for younger members of our family to join us over the weekend.

We followed the directions and arrived a little bit early, Stephen was happy to meet us and showed us round the property and the facilities. The house was quirky and lovely. Ideal for a stay in the Peak District, cooking facilities were great as was the bathroom. Thank you Stephen.

We had a wonderful stay at Paula’s cottage! Paula was a lovely host and we felt like it was home from home. Great pubs nearby and lovely walks from the village. Thank you for being so lovely! We would love to visit again soon.

Fernyford Barn is the perfect base for a holiday in the Peak District. There are so many things to do and places to visit just a short drive away. The barn is very comfortable, nicely decorated and perfect for families. We loved stocking up on food from the local shops and meat from the farm itself and cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. Neil and his family were friendly and welcoming hosts and our little ones loved meeting the sheep and exploring the farm. We’d love to return.

We had a lovely few nights staying at the Hayloft. Tania is lovely and gave us some great recommendations of where to go. The apartment is great, very spacious and the bed is extremely comfortable. Can’t forget her adorable cat who stopped by to visit us! We’ll definitely be back.

What an amazing property and an amazing experience. Beautiful countryside, heaps of great walks long and short. Beautiful home, and great helpful hosts.

Thank you very much Robert for letting us stay at Hollywell Lodge, we really appreciated the usefull information you provided before our visit regarding the roadworks. We felt totally at home as soon as we arrived and found the accommodation very clean, tidy and comfortable. Everything was just what we needed for our stay and the milk in the fridge was a lovely gesture.

Ideal for two people. We had everything we needed, and more. Nice touches having hand-wash, moisturiser and the like. The milk and biscuits were very welcome and enjoyed out in the garden, taking in the view and having peace and quiet to enjoy the birdsong.

We had a beautiful long weekend at Wagonlea, from the moment we walked in there was a relaxed ambiance with the sheep and goats in the field. Despite being on a farm it feels very private and the host Ruth does not intrude at all. The place was spotlessly clean with a hot shower and all bathroom and kitchen essentials. Saturday we drove into Belper which is a lovely quaint village. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt very relaxed after being there, highly recommend

We had an amazing stay in this lovely property. Stunning views from propery and very peaceful location to come back to after a day exploring/hiking all the close by attractions such as Buxton, Mam Tor, NT Longshaw. Met up with friends at RHS Bridgewater a bit further afield but worth a visit. Kitchen well equipped and spacious and enjoyed cooking with the view towards Rushup Edge. This was particularly spectacular with the recent strawberry moon in full view.

Very beautiful peaceful area, Nic's place was clean and cosy, had everything you need, it was private but there was another hut just next to us which surprised us. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and beautiful views, I recommend this to anyone who wants to relax and escape city noises.

My wife and I stayed at Tilly lodge for our 'mini-moon'. What can I say, the lodge was incredible. Everything about our stay was of the highest quality. You can tell home much thought and consideration to guests is given by Sam. Lots of little touches to make our stay unique and memorable. We opted to include a luxury package which made our stay even more special. On arrival we had lovely decorations as well as prosecco and a freshly baked cake waiting for us. The hot tub was so relaxing and the beautiful countryside was so peaceful. We would highly recommend Tilly Lodge and look forward to returning!

Great place was exactly what we wanted and as described, with great views of the countryside. Elizabeth was a great host and messaged with all necessary information and a guide to local places to visit and amenities nearby. Overall, was a really good weekend!

What a fantastic place to stay. Stunning views, peace and quiet, everything we needed in a perfect little getaway for two! We loved this little shepherd hut. Would definitely consider coming back here in future!

We had a wonderful long weekend at this property. Directions were easy to follow, and check in was easy. The barn is beautiful- spotlessly clean, well laid out, uncluttered but had everything we needed for the weekend. The location is stunning- an easy walk to Rudyard Lake, woodland walks and the perfect view of the cows in the field just outside the door. I would happily rebook, and would love to stay again. Beautiful place to stay with an incredible view! Great location and lots to do near by. The garden nook was really cosy to stay in and had everything we needed. Lisa and family were really friendly and helpful, and made us feel at home! Would definitely recommend. We were very sad to leave.

We had a lovely weekend. The house was beautiful, we loved the hot tub with amazing views. We enjoyed the peace and the cats and hens and lambs. Would definitely recommend and would return.

Rose Cottage is a great place to stay. Well equipped, comfortable with a large garden where you can follow the sun - morning and evening. We arrived to a very thoughtful welcome pack and Kate and Greg responded quickly when we needed help in the house.

Great place, clean everything we needed. Jane was lovely gave us lots of suggestions and stuff to do in the area.

Lovely stay at Adam’s home. Really clean and tidy and left lots of breakfast bits which was a lovely touch!

Loved our stay at Kristy's place. It was in a great location and very family friendly. As a family of 5, we appreciated all the extra little touches for kids. A heads up for other families: The stairs are very narrow (we left suitcases downstairs and took up only what we needed - easy.) We also had a challenge with the water temperature (was either scalding or freezing) but that was probably user error. Overall an excellent stay with plenty of space, lovely amenities, and very clean - it was the perfect landing spot for exploring the Peak District. Highly recommend.

The Milking Parlour was a lovely cottage in a peaceful location with fantastic views out over the dales. There were some nice walks direct from the door and loads of other great walks with a 5-10 minute drive such as the Monsal Trail. Julia was always available if needed to ask a question but otherwise left us to it so it was a lovely private space. The facilities were excellent - we loved having a game of table tennis and pool in the evening and enjoyed watching the sunset from “sunset corner” in the farm. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to friends and family.

Katen is the perfect host, friendly, organised and responsive. We enjoyed a fabulous couple of nights at The Courtyard. The setting is gorgeous up above the Derbyshire Dales and the garden feels private with a view out over the hills. The whitlpool bath is next level luxury - we always book places with hot-tubs and this was our favourite yet - japanese style so nice a deep and plenty of room for too. The rooms are lovely and spacious and we weren’t left wanting anything - a really well set out kitchen and large bathroom were both sparkling clean. Cant recommend a stay here highly enough!

We had a fabulous stay at Rose Cottage. It’s a lovely cottage with everything you need set in a wonderful village with a great pub, shop and post office. This cottage made an excellent base to explore the gorgeous Peak District and we will certainly be back for more!
