Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Idyllic log cabin

Very nice wooden log cabin on large property with large natural pond. Very quiet surroundings on the edge of the forest. Ideal for people looking for peace and quiet. Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Beautifully landscaped garden with garden furniture to linger. 1/2 hour to Lake Constance and an hour to Munich. 15 minutes from the new Center Park. You can also buy day tickets there.

I had relaxed and restful days in Legau. The apartment is modern and cozy. I particularly liked the wide view from the balcony. In the near and further surroundings there are nice excursion possibilities, such as the Café Rapunzel, the observation tower with suspension bridge or a hike on the Illnerschleife. The apartment is beautifully furnished, clean and tidy and above all well thought out in terms of amenities (which unfortunately is often not the case in vacation apartments). Parking directly at the house and the city center within walking distance. Friendly and helpful host. The only downside: The apartment is located in the basement of a wooden chalet near a body of water and there was a slight smell of a damp cellar (see Ingrid's review in May 2022). And the terrace is really not for tall people. If you pay attention to that, everything is great and you can rent the apartment with a good feeling.
