Chalet Rosenstein is in a very serene and scenic location. The interior including the beds was cozy and comfortable. The playground was a nice addition for our grandchildren. It was one of the nicest Airbnb s we have stayed in. Highly recommend it.

We spent a very nice and relaxing week in the Alpetalhütte. The host family welcomed us warmly. The location is perfect to discover the Berchtesgaden area, also on foot. Particularly soothing: the view from the sauna into the forest. Everything just wonderful.

The Apartment was super!! I cannot find any words to describe better all the confort and the wonderful garden. Also the Mountain View is amaizing! A special thanks to Manuela and her husband Gunther, always keen to help and so welcoming!! We will come surely for another fantastic and relaxing holiday!!

We had a wonderful time at this location! The place was perfect for enjoying the warm weather and was also well-equipped to keep things cozy when it got chilly. Everything was very clean. Parking was easy, and the location was convenient—close to a variety of attractions. We’d definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. Ilse was helpful. There was no problem arriving later, the apartment was fully equipped and clean. Beautiful surrounding and nature. A nice garden and a farm with animals that the children were enthusiastic about. Relaxing place out of the city.

She is extremely humble and house is really good with nice views. Good out door stuff for kids to play. Really enjoyed stay and would highly recommend.

Highlight of our Austrian vacation. Beautiful location, peaceful and quiet. Place is well built and maintained with all amenities needed. 10/10. And to Claudia and her family, 100/10. She was most helpful and polite, always available and did more than one can even ask for. If you find it available, book it.

We were very warmly welcomed by Julia. The apartment was beautiful and we settled in immediately. Everything you need is there. We slept super well and enjoyed a great view every morning, whether waking up or at the breakfast table. We especially liked the service of getting fresh rolls delivered to the door every morning! A big thank you again! Our daughter was blown away by the animals and would love to jump on the trampoline forever... the environment itself is very quiet, which did not bother us at all because by car you can get to different places to explore super fast.. In the evening we could comfortably end the day by the fireplace with a glass of wine or relax in the sauna for two. We as a family can recommend this wonderful place with a clear conscience! It is definitely a great break from the stressful everyday life in the chaotic city life.

This place was a dream. The view was gorgeous and so peaceful. The place was super cozy and so clean and beautiful. It had everything one could need including fluffy bathrobes! The hot tub was our favorite part. Easy to use and so relaxing. There were other people staying in the other apartment but we still felt like it was very private. Honestly felt like the East side apartment is the best one because of the views. If possible we would totally come here again.

Fantastic family vacation in the middle of the mountains! We were warmly welcomed by the hostess Elisabeth and were able to check in flexibly by short arrangement. The Cosy Alpin apartment offers enough space for the 3 of us and is simply super nice and cozily furnished - the direct view of the mountains completes this perfectly. The outdoor area (fireplace, conservatory, dog area) is also designed with a lot of love for detail and invites you to cozy hours under the enchanting starry sky. We received great tips for excursions in the area and otherwise you could contact Elisabeth at any time. Thank you for the hospitality - it was a completely successful holiday. Timea and her husband are very nice spontaneous lovely people who take you a lot into account. A cozy snapps and a chat was great ; at the same time considering our privacy. The bathroom and kitchen are separate from the cottage but that's no problem at all. What was also nice: the giant lawn where you can sit / lie in the sun all day if you want, but also in the shade. Then the river where you can swim ( with crocks on because of the stones in the water) . Hammock where you can lie down with your feet in the water!! You will hear traffic across the river. You could call that a drawback. But at night you don't suffer from it.. We had a great stay during this week!

We had an amazing stay. Andrea is super nice and very responsive, the house is beautiful and just like on the pictures including a sauna and a hot pot. We will come back for sure.

We found the communication with Julia as a host to be very pleasant, she is super nice and very accommodating. Even before the trip, we got a small sweet guidebook with various activities in the nearby area. :) We were expecting a lovingly furnished accommodation in a picturesque setting. The many hiking opportunities in the area are fertile, but especially the idyllic garden of the accommodation invites you to linger. The attention to detail in the accommodation also continues here in the garden and makes a stay an unforgettable memory that leaves nothing to be desired 🥰

We were looking for a cozy mountain hut and found exactly this: a wonderful cottage with plenty of space, loving furnishings and great beds. The kitchen equipment also leaves nothing to be desired! The location and the view are literally outstanding. It doesn't get any better!

Actually, you could describe the accommodation as 2-3 residential units, because the bedrooms were spread over 3 levels. So you also enjoy a lot of privacy in group. Everything was very clean, kitchen well equipped. The only point that would be in need of improvement is a shower next to the sauna. For this you had to go back into the house and either go up or down a floor. But as I said, it is only a suggestion. Thanks for everything.
