Amazing location! 2 min walk to my favorite cafe called Flatbread and Butter. Easy drive to downtown or the beach. It’s also easy to park (which is rare in the area). The house has a lot of space. Danielle was above and beyond with communicating and we had a lovely welcome letter when we arrived. Excellent stay!

An absolutely great property, absolutely spotless, well stocked, cold a/c- which is very important for FL in the Summer. A beautiful pool with nice loungers, hot tub, and a nice side yard. Neighborhood was quiet for us during our stay. Excellent experience- yes a 10/10!

We stayed at this wonderful home for my daughter’s graduation from Eckerd College, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The location is unbeatable—literally right across the street from the Eckerd College, which made everything so convenient. The house itself was spotless and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The pool was a highlight—clean, refreshing, and such a relaxing space for our family to enjoy some downtime. Nan, our host, was absolutely amazing. She was kind, responsive, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She made us feel so welcome, and by the end of our stay, I truly felt like I had made a friend. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Eckerd or looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for stay in the St. Pete area!

This AirBNB was everything we needed for our stay in St. Petersburg. Specifically - if you are traveling with young kids, this is THE PLACE to book. It had everything my almost-two-year-old could need - a pack n play, high chair, tons of indoor and outdoor toys. We had the best time!!

Great, responsive host! They aren't lying when they say it's small. It is small but it's also a couple blocks off central in a nice historic district and it's not always easy to find a place that will accept pets. It's better than a hotel room for an extended stay and has everything you need! I am a local from Tampa staying while I was displaced from my own home for showings. I appreciate the last minute booking that would accept my pets!

What a beautiful and private home! We absolutely loved staying here, the house was so clean and comfortable, and the pool area was amazing. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking to explore the gulf beaches and the Tampa Bay area!

Great stay, beautiful older home with a lot of activities, also great walking distance to Beach Ave which had nice restaurants and shops!

My family and in laws met here for a vacation and it was so wonderful! The house is beautiful and very clean. The pool was amazing, we loved that it was screened in! Even all the extras provided for the beach was helpful. Would definitely come stay again if given the opportunity.

Very pricey. The inside of house is updated & delightful. However, there is only one shared bathtub/shower with two half toilets. The inside house temperature was not allowed to be set under 70°. The heat was stiffling, especially at night to sleep. A ceiling fan and standing floor fans did little to provide relief. Your stay is provided with only a small number of paper products (ie. toilet tissue, paper towels, kleenex, etc.). And there was no paper plates, napkins, cups available in kitchen. Absolutely love that this is a Pet friendly AirBnB!! Our dogs are our family and travel everywhere with us. The private pool was divine, delicious, and delightful!!! We enjoyed it immensely!! The enclosed area of yard was wonderful for our dogs to have freedom to roam/run/explore. I will say that the yard area on opposite side of house from the pool is in desperate need of attention. We would definitely stay here again, but would negotiate much lower reasonable affordable price.

I had a great stay at the Mint Hotel in St. Petersburg. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable visit. The location is perfect—close to everything I wanted to see and do. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always making me feel welcome. My only note is that the parking fees were a bit on the expensive side, so it’s something to keep in mind if you’re driving. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a convenient and well-kept spot in the city.

My son and I stayed at "The Merry Yacht" when in town for Eckerd college dorm summer move in. Condo exactly as described and she and her husband were consistently kind and timely with communication. They did not hesitate to allow my son to check in a few hours after I reached out the morning we arrived with a request as we were exhausted from early morning travel. Quiet, condo so comfortable and homey; pristine throughout. Safe and short walk to Starbucks and one of our favorite restaurants in St Pete - Tiki Docks. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Loved the house! Pool! and Location on the bay! The pictures were very accurate and Jilla contacted us to make sure everything was going well and to see if we had any questions the first evening. It is a very thoughtful setup, such as, speakers throughout the house and an app to control them as well as lighting throughout the house and outdoors. It was a short drive to St. Petersburg (restaurants/breweries) or Tampa (ball game), however not much in walking distance but we knew and wanted that. Everything was great! We wish we could have e stayed longer. - thanks for everything.

I'm not even sure where to start! This place was absolutely perfect! 10 out of 10!! You cannot get any closer to the ocean than this! literally two steps out the back door and you are on the sand. it is all flat and easy short walk to the water!! The other plus is you were able to park right at the front door. literally two steps and you are in the door. no parking garage no lugging luggage to a condo on a luggage cart!! We were the first clients to stay in the bungalow after the hurricane! They have done such a nice job with it! Appliances, cabinetry, furniture is new! towels and beach towels provided! private/ shared pool a few steps away! You're not sharing the pool with 100 other people at a condo!! Sharky's restaurant right across the street! The beach itself was never packed! The one only hiccup we have was a little bit of a sewer issue, we messaged Liz and she had the plumber there within 45 minutes! problem solved! highly recommend this place!! we will definitely be back!!!

The home was absolutely perfect for my bachelorette party! Beautifully designed, perfectly located to all the spots we wanted to go to & Kristine and Brennan went above and beyond as hosts!! I'm already planning my next trip back!

It was so nice and cozy just like in the picture. She was very helpful and accommodating when there was a trouble and solve it right away. I would definitely recommend her place and stay again if and when I go back to St. Pete!

Everything about our stay was as near to perfection as possible.The cottage interior is decorated in a modern minimalistic way to make the small cottage feel more spacious. Everything was clean, and we thought Lisa had thought of everything detail. She quickly responded to our two questions. When I need a place in St. Pete again, hers will be the first choice. Yhanks for making it a very relaxing place to be.

The house was very clean and for the most part quiet. The house is a duplex so you can at times hear the neighbors or their pet. I’m a side sleeper and found the bed very comfortable. There is no door between the kitchen/sitting area and the bedroom. The shower is very nice! The outside seating is very nice as well. I would definitely think about returning to this apartment!

I had an amazing stay at Reene's place. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was nice and she was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

I’m writing a review on behalf of my mother who stayed at Erik’s place while I recovered from childbirth. She loved his place, location was great, yard was great for her little dog to run around in. She was also suing during hurricane milton. Net lost power and no flooding, Erik was also kind enough to drop off sandbags. Thank you Erik.

We really enjoyed our stay! The area was great—especially since we didn’t know much about St. Pete going in. Everything we planned was no more than a 15–20 minute drive away, which made getting around super easy. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, and having a convenience store right next door was a huge plus. The place looked just like the pictures—if anything, it felt even more spacious in person. It’s definitely more than enough room for one or two people and makes for a very comfortable home away from home. While there’s no full kitchen, the unit had a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge, which was perfect for our needs. The host was amazing—extremely helpful and always responsive, even just checking in to make sure everything was going well.

This place has a true home away from home feeling. I love all the creative touches that Caroline has around the house there’s art supplies and chalk walls and really interesting books everywhere. The yard also has a lot of character and ambiance and is a great place to chill and eat or do art etc. Caroline is really responsive and willing to help in anyway and offer recommendations etc. Thanks so much for such a pleasant stay!

Excellent apartment in a great location. Bonus there was a garage to keep our car off the street. It was within a 5 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful modern decor. Bed was very comfortable. We couldn’t find one thing we would change.
