Beach apartment holiday rentals in St Petersburg

The communication from Joy and Sol were excellent from the moment we booked the condo until the day we left. Sol responded quickly to all our questions. The condo was beautifully decorated and well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures online. Even though we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils you would need. There were 2 bottles of complimentary wine and a nice card from the host. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and manatees swim by. The fan on the balcony was an added bonus. It kept the air circulating so that you could enjoy the balcony during the day. The swimming pool was very close to the condo and all the grounds were well maintained. Items for beach was also available for our use. It included chairs, umbrellas, cooler and even beach towels. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend to all our friends. Thank you Sol and Joy for a wonderful week.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

The main thing about Cori’s place is the incredible view of Tampa Bay right from the balcony a few steps away. You’ll see fishing boats, cruise ships, dolphins, manatees, and lots and lots of pelicans. The bay is endlessly entertaining. The apartment itself is compact and comfortable, well-stocked and in a great south side location. The main “Yacht Club” pool complex is excellent. Thanks, Cori, for being such a good communicator.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! We came down from Georgia to celebrate my partners graduation from college and could not have asked for a better trip. We both came home satisfied and relaxed! Rina’s place was absolutely perfect. Steps to the beach literally. We kept things like the cooler and chairs in the car over night so we didn’t have to tote it up to the condo everyday so that made getting to the beach with all the essentials 10x easier every morning. Rina left some lemon bread and a bottle of wine for us and that was so appreciated and unexpected! The condo smelled amazing as soon as we walked in and everything was very clean and tidy and exactly where you’d expect things to be. The paradise grill right on the beach was amazing especially for breakfast and it being so close to the condo. There are many places in walking distance from the condo including ice cream, food, shops, etc. We will definitely be back and hopefully staying at Rina’s place again :)!

Beautiful view of the Gulf of America to watch dolphins, shipping carriers and cruise ships coming and going. The beach area is mostly crushed shells until you get to the water. Nice seeing the beach was patrolled by police regularly even in a gated area. Was able to see Manatee in the canal and watch fishing boats coming and going. Parking was easy. Condo is very clean and well decorated with that comfortable relaxing feeling - we enjoyed the balcony for awesome sunsets and star gazing or our morning coffee. The restaurant/bars are not within walking distance but were only a short drive (all of them had good food). You pay by card for parking at most locations. We would definitely stay at this beautiful location again - one of my most relaxing trips.

We loved our stay at Matthew’s place in Tierre Verde, FL. The host gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. This condo is also very child friendly and made travelling with our 2 year old a breeze. The condo was spotless and fantastic! We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay here. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We loved being able to walk across the street to the beach, explore local restaurants & enjoy some nightlife (recommend shadracks around the corner). Thankful Julie provided beach towels, chair and umbrella as this really came in handy.

I should keep it to myself that wouldn’t be right, the place was fantastic. Let’s leave it at that and I’ll be back.

This Airbnb has a GORGEOUS view! It was so peaceful to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. And the beach was right there to walk down to. Was well-worth it to spend a week here away from my busy job - I’m leaving relaxed.

Enjoyed this stay greatly - 3 days before our cruise. Great location and close to beach. Very nice facility.

We loved this property. The views were incredible. The view out of the sliding glass doors is even better than the pictures. We watched dolphins every morning. We loved being able to walk over to Doc Ford’s and eat. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but the rest of the unit was very accommodating and comfortable. All the staples you will need while there are also provided. We were sad to go!

We really enjoyed the condo, everything was exactly as described. Balcony was very enjoyable for coffee and night caps. I wish we could of stayed at the pool after dark would be the only negative

This studio was a perfect and cozy little spot for my fiancée and I. Literal steps to the beach, ice cold AC, super clean, and very close to tons of shopping/eating/drinking spots. I would absolutely book this rental again for another weekend getaway!

Just as advertised. Beautiful condo that had everything you needed. The location was perfect. With easy access to the beach and pool area is everything you could ask for. Watching the sunset from the gulf facing balcony was AMAZING!!! We would certainly comeback and stay there again. We highly recommend it!!!

Wow! Our family came down for a much needed getaway and this condo was the perfect place for it! The beach was peaceful and calm, the condo was well furnished and had everything that we needed. There was activities and restaurants easily accessible. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely come back!

Overall , we had a wonderful stay at Brandon’s place! The airbnb was clean and in a great area! One thing was the drawer that was supposed to have beach towels was empty, so I recommend restocking. But overall would stay again!

This is a beautiful place. The view is magnificent and sunsets are spectacular. Many restaurants within walking distance. This is a quiet place which is much appreciated. No loud parties or wild behavior. Residents are friendly and keep an eye on things. The unit itself is amazing. Lots of lovely touches. Plenty of beach towels and beach/pool toys. Many extras not found elsewhere. Body lotion, extra shampoo, loads of bath towels, well stocked bath and kitchen. Cold drinks in refrigerator. Couldn't find anything to be negative about. Highly recommend although I would prefer to keep this gem to myself.

You really can’t be any closer to the beach! Watching the sunset from the balcony each night was wonderful! Food, coffee, and shops were just a ten minute walk down the beach. We also enjoyed playing games with the kids in the evening. We found tic tac toe, puzzles, and Sorry! board game in the living room. We can’t wait to come back next year!
