Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in St Petersburg

      This is our second visit to this Airbnb property. We love it.       It is clean and cheery. It has a beautiful wide balcony overlooking the bay. It's a short drive to downtown St Petersburg.       Just across the street, there is the Pinellas Trail for those of you who are runners or walkers.        This visit we had some difficulty because as a result of the hurricane, the elevators were not working. This required us to walk up and down 8 flight of stairs whenever we left or returned to the property.        We reached out to our host Caio who graciously arranged an accommodation since the lack of elevator definitely impacted our enjoyment of the property.       Incidentally whenever we had any needs, Caio responded quickly to our concerns.       We will no doubt be back next year.

Jaysons place is great. Although we had a very short visit, It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable and had supplies you don’t usually find in rentals. Jayson was very prompt in responding. Also a very nice young lady at the office along with Jayson handled a small parking issue upon arrival in less than 10 minutes. We had a wonderful time and would love to visit this condo again in the future.

Place was clean and nice. Room was directly across from hotel pool and beach. Walking distance to John’s Pass. Paid parking lots next door if you have visitors.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, the host made me feel incredibly welcome. Communication was clear and timely, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could have asked for. The location was perfect, close to airport, and yet peaceful enough to truly relax. What really stood out was the host’s hospitality—friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure my stay was perfect. It felt less like a rental and more like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Super close to shops etc so walkable location

Great stay. Olivia’s place was in a great location. Restaurants and stores within walking distance. We were here for a concert weekend, about 25 min walk from Raymond James Stadium. The place was clean, great AC, and had all the necessary essentials for our stay. Olivia is very responsive and had clear instructions before and during our stay. Will be back here again when I come back to Tampa.

We enjoyed our stay here ! There was a lot of room for the 5 of us. Everything you will need is in the home. The gated community felt safe. The area is perfect only a 7 minute drive to beach ! The pool was beautiful and nice. Do note this condo is on the 3rd floor and has stairs only. It was not a issue for us ! Parking was not a issue , plenty of spaces. Check in and out was easy no issues. We would definitely book with Agnes and Paul again in the future :)

We had a really lovely stay at the beach. The space was clean, well equipped, and exactly as described. The beach is just across the street. We had a minor WiFi issue that was quickly addressed and everything else was smooth sailing. I would for sure stay here again.

It was the perfect girls weekend. The views were amazing. The unit is so peaceful even the neighbors are lovely. One gentleman knocked on our door just to forewarn us that he was going to hang a picture on the wall and that we might hear knocking. It was the most neighborly thing! The unit was super clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had excellent recommendations from the host and went to a few of the location suggested and they were very good. The owner is also very responsive to any questions and doesn’t get annoyed when you ask too many questions, lol. I plan on visiting again if the unit is still available, I 100% recommend it and for those of you that loves sunrises if you go out to the little deck by the pool early in the morning, not only will you catch a wonderful sunrise but you will most likely see dolphins like I did. This was exactly what my soul needed.

The main thing about Cori’s place is the incredible view of Tampa Bay right from the balcony a few steps away. You’ll see fishing boats, cruise ships, dolphins, manatees, and lots and lots of pelicans. The bay is endlessly entertaining. The apartment itself is compact and comfortable, well-stocked and in a great south side location. The main “Yacht Club” pool complex is excellent. Thanks, Cori, for being such a good communicator.

The only thing that was bad the refrigerator was not working properly we told Tracey and she said she will get it fixed. Verbo gave us the the wrong number for the door so we had to call Tracey to get in.

We loved our stay at Matthew’s place in Tierre Verde, FL. The host gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. This condo is also very child friendly and made travelling with our 2 year old a breeze. The condo was spotless and fantastic! We will definitely be back!

The penthouse was even beyond our expectations. It was very modern, well decorated, clean, well equipped for our stay, including things for the beach. The view of the Sea Bay and Marina were spectacular. Would definitely stay here again. Already thinking about a winter trip. Thank you, Mindy for being so accessible.

I loved everything about our stay. We had everything we needed from kitchen items to beach needs. Carmen was so helpful with suggestions for restaurants and clear instructions for checking in. I would definitely stay again.

We decided to escape the cold and spend a month in Gulfport. This house met all of our needs. We used the bright dining room to do our work (and puzzles). We enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the screened-in back porch, soaking up the sunshine and listening to the wind through the bamboo trees. The counter space was limited, but we didn't need anything bigger to make our meals. The beds were comfy and we appreciated the selection of pillows and the large closet. I had brought my throw blankets because I can't watch TV without one, only to find that this house had a nice selection of them already! The gym in the garage was a bonus, though we are YMCA members and there is a nice Y 10 minutes from the house with great classes. The location of the house is super. We joked that everything seemed to be a 10-12 minute drive from the house (and that includes the super long FL lights!) We loved hopping on our bikes and going to the park for pickleball or into town for entertainment. 5-stars!!!

We had a really nice stay here! Probably my nicest AirBnb stay in quite some time. The location is perfect, and the space itself was even more spacious than we initially thought just from looking at the photos. I loved how big the kitchen was! The linens were super fresh and clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The huge oak trees on the property are seriously gorgeous and the house has been so well renovated. It really did feel homey and not your typical cookie cutter AirBnb. I would 100% recommend staying here.

I think this has been my favorite stay so far. The home was beautiful. The location was perfect for the graduation we were in town for. And Hoa was always responsive to any and all messages that were sent. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay, had a little issue but the host responded quick and took action quickly! I would consider renting this again in the future!

The house was amazing and perfect for what we were looking for on our extended weekend. Kenny was the most responsive host I have ever had and was so accommodating. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay at Joel's place from May 8-12 while we were visiting Tampa for our daughter's graduation from USF and USAF Commissioning. Joel was very responsive, friendly, provided lots of recommendations, and made us feel welcome. Upon arrival there was a welcoming graduation sign in the yard along with flowers, a card and some decorations inside. This was a very thoughtful touch and much appreciated. It was also wonderful to have k-cups, water, sugar, etc. provided for us at the house. I also loved that there was workout equipment in the garage area. I used the treadmill a couple mornings before venturing out for a daytime activities. The house is super convenient to Busch Gardens and USF's campus.

Iris communicated instructions very clearly and gets back to you in a timely manner. The house was clean and was able to fit 10 people maybe even an 11th person if needed. There is no drinking water unless you are willing to drink the water you wash the dishes with but everything was in close proximity to the house Very quiet area. If I visit the area again I would most likely book with Iris again.

Very clean and comfortable bungalow with a stellar backyard area with lots of seating and places to lounge. Multiple tvs and a very fun game room, and three spacious bedrooms. Located in a great area with just two miles to Publix and other retail locations. The kitchen was fully stocked - could use a little love, as the silverware and cutlery were well used - and clean. The hosts are truly the hidden asset of this unit. Upon arrival, we learned that the previous tenant had broke the coffee pot. We asked Lorena about this on arrival and had a new coffee pot delivered in 90 minutes! Never had faster responses to any requests, and it was all positive. Very impressed and would stay again.
