Holiday rentals with beach access in St. Pete Beach

We completely enjoyed our stay here and have already talked about coming back to this sweet little spot! It’s the perfect location. Very doable walk to the beach and to so many restaurants and shops. The beach wagons that were available for use made the walk to the beach super easy. Never had to worry about parking! It’s the perfect spot for a quick two person getaway. Very affordable and accommodating! Eric was very helpful and even informed us we could check in earlier on our arrival day which was a blessing!

Great stay here. Extremely close to the beach which we absolutely loved! The space was small but quaint. It worked for our stay since we were only there a couple of days and out and about. Only “cons” which are hardly cons are that the neighbors can be a little nosy but they’re friendly and the bathtub/shower desperately needs a bath mat as it was very slippery. We would stay again due to the location and service.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was extremely clean and comfy for our family of 4. The kitchen is large; beds are comfortable, tons of hot water and all the amenities. No noise at all from other guests. The bar downstairs is open and easy to access, as is the beach. Highly recommend!

Loved staying here! Very clean with a cute setup. We loved walking to the beach multiple times a day and that there were towels, a cooler, and chairs available. We will definitely put this on our list for beach getaways!

Great location for beach lovers who want a little extra/different from typical hotel room, yet you’ll still enjoy some of the hotel benefits (towels, pool). Very clean, well stocked. Great host, clear communications.

Perfection! Scott was such a responsive and accommodating host. Scott knew we had an early flight, and he let us check in as soon as their place was ready. Scott even made sure there was a pack n play for our little one, which exceeded our expectations. The location directly on the beach made sunsets after a busy day so relaxing. We got to see a lot of seabirds and dolphins right from the balcony. Everything we needed was there. The place was very clean throughout with a fully functioning kitchen and all necessary beach supplies. We made unforgettable memories for our first Florida family vacation, and we could not have asked for a better location with the best host. Thank you so much!

Everything was as listed. Ben was very proactive. We had all we needed. Very comfortable and plenty of space. Private beautiful beach. We really enjoyed our time there.

I had an absolutely wonderful time at Alison's. The decor was thoughtful, it smelled as clean as a hotel, the extra touches like noise machines and beach gear were very appreciated. My kids loved the stock tank pool, the couch was comfy, the kitchen had every item you could need. It's also very accessible to the highway, the beach, and downtown. Perfectly located, and we even took a family walk around the artsy neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay! The house was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. But the best part was definitely the location — just literally a 1 minute walk to the beach! I absolutely loved that. The home was beautiful and spacious. It was so relaxing to just hang by the pool or enjoy the outdoor amenities. We frequented a near by ice cream shop that was walkable called “Rita’s”, totally recommend. The host was so sweet and accommodating. I highly recommend this home. It was also just very few minutes from the beach!!!!

Sandra!!! was an amazing host. The home was very accommodating literally had anything and everything that you would need if it were your own home. She was very responsive and anything we needed or suggestions on places to go. She was there for us. We will definitely be staying at one of her properties again highly recommend Her!

Billie & Mindy's studio is the perfect place to stay for a solo traveller. The apartment was clean, quiet, cozy and well-stocked. I loved the courtyard decorations and being able to walk to the waterfront, local restaurants & shops, etc. Location couldn't be better, St Pete and other major beaches are all within 10-20 min drive. Highly recommend, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My family loved our stay at this little cottage! My young boys loved all the fun things in the kids room and the pool was great. They have everything you could possibly need for a beach day or just a fun day at the rental. I would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was a quick walk to the beach and had plenty of things to do nearby. The condo was quiet and everyone nearby was very friendly. Everything you could possibly need was in the condo and everything was also in very good condition. We look forward to staying here again in the future!!!

This is the second time I've stayed at Ioulia's. It's well worth the price for the location. It's cute, quiet, clean, and easily accessible. There's so much to do in the area, and I can't wait to come back and stay longer!

Stayed here with my girlfriend for a wedding. The location is prime (right next to Publix, and multiple bars/restaurants near by). Access to the beach was very easy and the beaches themselves were great. The unit was very clean and Helena was very helpful with check in and check out. I would recommend and stay here again.

I travel often and I stay at Airbnb’s because I cook my own food so I always need a place with a well equipped kitchen.. this had it all! Also INCREDIBLY clean! I was very comfortable here and it is a wonderful quiet community. Great beds and washer/dryer! Very convenient location. Nothing but positive things to say. Hopefully I will be back soon

We are a family of 4 and wanted to spent two days at the beach. This is a recently fully renewed apartment ON THE BEACH. Easy in and out, we parked downstairs or right across the street in designated parking and without problems. Bedding was very comfortable and despite being a bit small we felt very comfortably. Would definitely be back. The beach was awesome!

We had a great stay here! Amazing view and the space was just like the photos. Tons of beach stuff and I've never been in such a well stocked Airbnb! Lots of kitchen staples and supplies. Definitely will stay again when we're back in the area. Thanks, Patty!!

Amazing place right on the beach and walking distance to John’s Pass. Everything was just as advertised. Plenty of space and awesome view of the ocean from the balcony (the high Adirondack chairs on the balcony added a good touch and made for easy viewing). Easy beach access. Clean, Furnished nicely, and bed was comfortable. Has everything you’ll need for a fun relaxing vacation. We’ll be back!
