Family-friendly holiday rentals in St. Leonards On Sea Beach

Larissa was really accommodating and had great communication in the lead up to our stay. The barn and surrounding area were lovely. Bathroom was clean and shower pressure was great! Very comfortable bed and a great night sleep, despite the heatwave temperatures which were outside of anyone’s control! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in or around the area.

Sam was an excellent host! She caters for every need and is very warm and welcoming. The treetops has everything you need, was very clean and tidy and the hot tub was a bonus. We will definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to everyone! Would give 10 stars if we could.

A beautiful property amidst beautiful surroundings. Pictures didn't do the place justice. We were sad to leave as the place had everything, and the host had thought of everything. And the views, just incredible. Total peace, luxury, and some extra pleasant surprises thrown in for good measure. Must book for longer next time...

Ingram House is a beautiful house with an amazing, beautiful garden.We had a wonderful stay.Antonio responded to all messages quickly but the star of the check in/communication whilst there was Shirley the wonderful housekeeper.Such a lovely lady, who made contact before we arrived to confirm all details, meet us for check in and check out and responded to any queries during our weekend.The house has 5 bedrooms/2bathrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom plus additional toilet downstairs. A great kitchen,a lounge with seating for everyone plus a delightful dining room. To us the best place was the garden. At least 5 different ‘spaces’ to sit with tables and chairs, a great BBQ area by the kitchen, its just a beautiful, relaxing garden where we sat and enjoyed the afternoon (we were lucky with the weather). The only slight downside to us was the road noise. The windows at the front of the house have secondary double glazing which helps to reduce the noise. We would happily stay there again

We had a lovely stay at Tim’s house 10 adults and 2 children. Plenty to do for everyone and a wonderful weekend. We went for a lovely meal at the local milk house pub which is dog friendly and had toys for the children. Would highly recommend. Thanks Tim.

Wendy-Jane was an exceptional host, her home was beautiful and very cozy, with a gorgeous and very friendly cat. We loved the surroundings and the scenery. Wendy had a stunning selection of books on her shelves and CDs in her collection. The home was perfect for us, and we would love to return. The hot tub is an great addition and it was lovely to chill out in at the end of the day. There's lots to do in the surrounding area with a very charming in right opposite the house and another pub down the road with an abadondoned castle next door. And a short drive from both Hastings and Eastbourne made for a perfect weekend get away!!

Our stay was wonderful. The house had everything we needed and loads more for a group of two families including 4 adults, 3 teens and 2 dogs staying for a week. The beds were comfortable and the living spaces were big with plenty of furniture and the kitchen had everything you could possibly want. The garden was also immaculate and very peaceful and we enjoyed the hot tub and table tennis and all the music/instruments. The village is also lovely with a handy shop and bakery and was in the perfect location for us, close to Hastings, Rye and Battle. A very special week :0)

Beautiful place to stay. Location was idyllic, beautiful and calm. The stable was decorated beautifully, very charming. And Sally was incredibly helpful, gave lots of information and suggestions and was very quick to respond. We would love to visit again sometime soon.

As always staying at Seasure was wonderful. We have stayed there several times over the last few years! The location is wonderful- right across the street is the beach. There are large rooms and comfortable furnishings throughout the 2 bedroom rental. A small back yard area in the back is perfect for our grandchildren when they visit use during our stay. Gemma is a wonderful host, and it is always our first choice of accommodations when we are in visited our daughter and her family in Bexhill.

The Parlour was a lovely holiday home for myself , my friend and my dog Archie , We had dog walks from the door a lovely garden to sit with a glass of wine in the evening . The Parlour was immaculate in cleanliness and contained all one needed for a comfortable stay self catering . The situation of the Parlour was ideal for many local NT properties and we also loved Bewl Water and Bedgebury Pinetum both very dog friendly . I would recommend this Holiday Home to all Adults .

Pretty, cosy cottage in a small nest of converted, wood-clad farm buildings off the beaten track in deepest Sussex. Compact-but-cute bedrooms, attractive living area with sofas and well-equipped kitchen, small gardens front and rear. Local pubs a short drive away. Communication was excellent and speedy. We had a wonderful stay, so peacful, surrounded by lovely country side, accomadion was home from home, loved our garden. Enjoyed our welcome pack, and our dog loved her treats, topped off with lovely hosts, Thankyou both. We would love to go back. X

Our family had a wonderful break! This was our first trip to camber and with our new dog who absolutely loved it! We have two boys who thoroughly enjoyed playing table tennis every day and walking along the gorgeous beach. Thank you for being so helpful with all the guides on places to see and places to eat. We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It’s conveniently situated within walking distance of Camber Sands Beach. The bus stop into Rye is 5 minutes walk away. The cottage had everything we needed and we enjoyed the gas fire on the bad weather days. We had an issue with the front door key and Dani resolved this super fast, really good service. We are so glad we found this absolute Gem ! It was perfect for our weekend of calm with our pooch Louie . As well as a fantastic welcome from Viv we were greeted by both of her gorgeous dogs and a choir of happy birds. On the first morning , whilst contemplating the feast that Viv had modestly called breakfast provisions we saw lots of rabbits roaming right in front of the Cabin. Lots of lovely walks nearby and we had a fabulous Sunday roast at the Six Bells - a five minute drive away . A genuine getaway from it all - perfect

Lovely accommodation in a wonderful location. Ideal for a dog, with walk routes starting opposite the property.

Lovely chalet! Spent a couple of nights here. Well equipped and comfy, clean and cosy for us and the kids. Good location for the park facilities which had lots to keep kids busy - make sure to check swimming pool times as they changed day to day during half term. We had a lovely time in rain and sun! Near the beach for a nice day on the dunes. Lyn was great at keeping in touch and with instructions - check in and out was v easy. Thank you!

Our second visit. Really enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. A peaceful location and we feel at home. Especially enjoyed the welcome pack. Thank you Ross and we will be back next year.

The caravan was the biggest and most luxurious caravan we have stayed in. It was better than described, very well equipped, and the best location on site - very peaceful and great views, we loved watching the sheep! If we come back to Parkdean Camber Sands again, we are booking this caravan!

We enjoyed a 3 day mini break at the Calf Shed cottage with our 2 children and dog. The cottage itself was nice with open plan kitchen and comfy seating area, and a private garden area which was great for the kids and dog. A big bonus was the heated pool with stunning views. The weather was not great but the heated pool meant we could still use it, which is a short walk from the cottage. The kids also enjoyed the trampoline and table tennis. The main barn was not rented during our stay which meant we had sole use of the pool and play equipment. There was no welcome pack/booklet however the host Alison was quick to respond to questions (wifi password, bin locations, etc). Other comments is the double bed was actually 2 single beds which the kids commandeered and signs of wear and tear here and there. However overall a pleasant trip.

Stunning, beautiful, and peaceful location. The pool was warm enough and we had a great time despite some inclement weather! Maria was extremely helpful and left clear instructions, we had a relaxing holiday. Thanks so much Maria!
