Great home for a small family - has everything you would need for a short stay.

Beautiful home in a very quiet area. Had all amenities and the ping pong table was a great hit!

This place was just what we needed for a quick trip back "home." Location was great. Nice and quiet and private. Easy access to highways, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Matt was very responsive to any and all questions. How was very clean and had everything we needed. Basement games were fun for kids as well:) We're actually coming back next month and staying at one of his other properties. We're sure we won't be disappointed!:)

A beautifully, tastefully remodeled older home very close to downtown, Main St, Katy Trail and the Missouri River. This home has a modern kitchen and bathrooms while still maintaining the aesthetics and charm of an early 20th century home. Everything was well appointed: Plenty of dishes, utensils, towels and bath and kitchen amenities. Living room had lots of comfy couches with recliners and a large flat screen. Huge dining table, perfect for large groups. Backyard was immaculate. Host went out of their way to accommodate us. We've stayed in several places in St. Charles, this is, by far, the best, hands down.

This house has a great floor plan for a small family/couple. Very quiet neighborhood, close to downtown and Godfrey.

Very nice place to stay. Extremely clean and comfortable. The hosts are a great couple, friendly, responsive, and helpful, as well as being fun and interesting to talk to without being intrusive. Great place to visit. We will definitely stay there again.

We loved this beautiful house, full of gorgeous wood and metalwork details. Simply and comfortably furnished, with countless thoughtful touches: breakfast in the fridge, a plethora of snacks — we could even have baked a cake! Thoughtfulness extended to bathroom supplies, children’s equipment, games, and kitchen equipment. Rich was very responsive to questions. The street is lovely, with mature trees and well-kept century-old homes. Getting there the first time was tricky, but once you’ve got it figured out it’s easy.

This is one of the best AirBnBs I've stayed in over the years. The apartment is spacious and beautiful, with a big beautiful kitchen, comfortable living room with a large TV, and quiet bedroom with a comfortable bed. Great central AC for the hot summer weather in St. Louis, and I enjoyed the proximity for Forest Park and the Grove neighborhood. I will definitely stay again next time I am in town.

We loved staying here! It’s a fun neighborhood and it was easy to find parking. The space was cozy and we felt right at home.

We traveled here for my sister’s wedding, Janet was super responsive and extremely pleasant to work with! She was flexible and answered any and all questions in a time and pleasant manner! I would 100% visit again and would recommend this place! Thank you Janet again you made our trip very nice.

The space was absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. The neighborhood had so many wonderful spots to check out from cute coffee shops and cocktail bars to the farmers market in the park on the weekend. The door and the building both had key codes and felt very safe, the lights were always on coming in and street parking was always within a few houses. The kitchen had everything we needed (and then some!). You can definitely tell a lot of intention was put into decorating and furnishing the space. The bed and pillows were far more comfortable than most airbnb's! Highly recommend staying here, we'll certainly see if it's available when we're in town again.

We had a lovely stay at Bill’s home. It was a perfect space for our family, even with two little ones. The pool was fun and well maintained. Bill communicated clearly and proactively. We highly recommend.

We stayed at David’s place for a weekend while attending a wedding at the Saint Louis Zoo. The apartment is spacious, well-furnished, and very comfortable. Its location near Forest Park is ideal, and having access to a garage is a great bonus if you have a car. The bed was comfortable, and while the apartment is next to a busy street, the noise level was manageable. David was a fantastic host. Very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place!

Very enjoyable stay. Patty is extremely responsive and that made things easy. The apartment is indeed spacious! It is so nice when a rental is accurately photographed and described in the listing. It is in an older apartment building which made it charming. Water pressure, often an issue in older apartments, is excellent. Great shower; very comfortable bed. The only noise I heard was the occasional door closing. Tenants in this building are quiet. Returning here after the end of a busy conference day meant coming back to a peaceful retreat. Kitchen is well-equipped. I only ate out once but it was great food and service right at the end of the block. There was more to explore in the neighborhood but my time was limited. Very convenient to my conference on the Washington University campus. Walking there took me through a beautiful neighborhood.

Louise was a phenomenal host, and her place is definitely a gem on Cherokee! I was there for about a month, and highly recommend for short or long stays. The bed is super comfy with a lot of natural light, quiet, and has all the attention to detail of one’s own home. The space was overall very cozy, felt secure with a garage for parking, and nestled in what may be the most charming street in St. Louis.

We had a really nice stay. Danny was quick to respond, and check in was very easy. Check out requirements were very simple and she really didn’t request a lot. I expected to have to do a lot more before checking out, so that was a nice bonus! The place was exactly as pictured and very clean. Just as the others shared, this biggest “challenge” was the stairs, but still managable. The beds were super comfortable, and the neighborhood was very quiet!! I loved how spacious one of the bedrooms was… we managed to put a queen sized air mattress in it for our daughter. The only things I would have added to my “wishlist” would be to have blackout curtains for the bedrooms (my 3 year old has her own motto “the suns up, so it’s time to wake up!” so we had some early mornings 😅), and a little more comfortable living room furniture for relaxing (we all have bad lower backs 🤣). But overall We definitely recommend Danny’s place and we would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay with a large group. Close walking distance for many activities and short driving distance as well for planned events. Easy to find and simple entering instructions.
