lovely spot for some quiet outside time. backyard is spacious and welcoming. plenty of options for seating to enjoy sun or shade. kitchen was absolutely amazing to prepare food in, well organized and nicely laid out. rooms were tidy and clean, plenty of space to sleep 6 comfortably. would highly recommend this spot

Miles is a fantastic host! Not only was he proactive in communicating details regarding entry and amenities, he went above and beyond with little fresh baked goods, Smart Home instructions guide, and providing literally everything you'd need to feel at home (bathrobes, teas, serving dishes+several cups, even milk and cream in the fridge!) The Hot tub was great, the place was spotlessly clean, and the balcony views were a pleasure to enjoy. This is a great house with lovely sky lights in the kitchen and beautiful location right by the boardwalk! 11/10 ✨

Laura was an amazing host, from being extremely responsive during the booking process up until we checked out. We found her property after a different host cancelled on us last minute and we were so grateful to find a beautiful home that could accommodate our large group. Laura has put a lot of effort into all the details throughout her home to make it feel comfortable and offer an enjoyable experience. She even opened up the pool early for the children to enjoy during our stay! I would highly recommend booking with Laura. 10/10 experience. Thank you so much again!

My family was in town for our sister's wedding and wanted a nice space to spend a few days together and send her off, and this was just the perfect one! The house and setting are beautiful, exactly like the pictures. A lot of thought and care had been put into the design and setup, and much effort dedicated to maintain it (we easily saw two teams dropping by for landscaping and pool cleaning). The space is expansive and full of light with great view into nature. The living areas are functional and provided with everything you need to feel at home. The outdoor enclosed area (with hot tub) and the pool are both terrific. The weather was not great when we were there (a shame that we didn't use the pool or the Sandbanks pass - great touch to include though) but we were able to make the most of it as there were lots within quick driving distance (wineries, town of Picton) Beforehand a lot of information and communications were sent and we felt at ease and supported throughout. Thank you!

We had the absolute best trip, and Erica’s place played a huge part in that. The property was absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, spotless, and so comfortable. Erica was incredibly responsive and organized from the very start, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed every moment in the space and would come back in a heartbeat. Magnificent homestead built in 1855. Beautiful grounds. Loved the animals in the barn. Lovely tennis court and swimming pool. Comfy beds! Martha was totally responsive and helpful. Peaceful and relaxing stay!😊

We loved the space and the location. We were able to enjoy the beautiful back yard, grill, and activities in the basement (video games, pool, and table tennis) with family and friends. Plenty of space to celebrate our graduate. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our favorite dishes. The host was very gracious and aimed to ensure that we had a great experience. A beautiful home that was the icing on our visit to Rochester, NY.

I could not have planned a better getaway for my wife's first birthday after our marriage. The place is like a piece of heaven. The view from the lounge, overlooking the lake, is just breathtaking. The place had everything we could have asked for. We were a party of six, but next time I will definitely come back again just with my wife to enjoy the peace and tranquility. Very close to Niagara, and walkable distance to a pier. One of the dreamiest place I have visited. I will be sure to go back! A memorable experience.

This was the absolute best place to stay when taking my family to Niagara Falls! Avoid the crowds and stay in a beautiful neighborhood in an incredible house. It was spotless with lots of amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

This BnB was the most perfect stay for my husband’s 35th birthday with family & friends. The property is absolutely stunning and situated next to a golf course. It is a perfectly serene setting with a beautiful nature backdrop. The accommodations were some of the best I have ever come across at a rental. The number of rooms and ensuite bathrooms was more than ideal for our guests. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with appliances, utensils, glassware, you name it! Lots of room for outdoor seating. The basement with a pool table was a fun addition. The host was so proactive, accommodating and quick to respond. I will highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay out in the Twenty Valley area. Thank you Jodie & team!!!

We loved our stay! The location was peaceful and private but close to so much to do - about 20-25 minutes from lots of great towns and attractions. The house itself was super clean. Our families appreciated the no shoes in the house policy 🙂. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at alot of places over the years with my sons swimming competitively. This was a stand out! Beds are so comfortable, they went the extra step to have everything available that you might have forgotten (chargers, batteries, condiments, little snacks for the kids). They were so accommodating and easy to communicate with. I will be staying again next year!

Michelle's place was great! We easily found it and the neighbourhood was lovely. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Large enough to be comfortable and small enough to be cozy with a great set up in the backyard for relaxing in complete privacy. There was plenty of closet space and nice large drawers in the bathroom to keep you neat and organized. The king bed was comfortable and the night was quiet without any noise from traffic etc. A wonderful stay.

We loved our stay at Xiang’s place!! It was spacious and lovely inside! We had the perfect bed set up for our group of 5 and the extra shower in the basement was great! Xiang was responsive and made sure we had all necessary information for the weekend! We will definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Morgan’s house. The location is perfect 20 mins drive to the falls 20 mins drive to the wineries, not to mention you can walk to the downtown area which we loved, many cafes and great restaurants. The house has everything you’ll need for a confortable stay. Morgan was also super fast responding to our messages. Overall 5 stars stay! Thank you Morgan!

My husband and I had a great time staying here. We’d definitely stay again if we’re ever in town. The stairs are a bit steep, so just keep that in mind if you have older guests.

Perfect for a family of 5! Mike's place is extremely clean and so well located. Close to anything you could want or need. Super easy to find and in a very quiet neighborhood. Mike is second to none in communication and went above and beyond for our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 3 days and 2 nights for the Victoria long weekend. My family flew in from Los Angeles to join us for the weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday. It was very nice that the weather was a bit chilly because the hot tub was very nice. The location of the house is about a 10-15 minute drive from niagara on the lake wineries. The view of the lake was incredible. I would say that if you are staying in the basement, it is a bit musty and did get a bit cold, we had to turn on the heat at night. Found a few cobwebs in the basement, we brought our own pack & play for the baby, but they provided kid friendly bowls, plates and utensils. I did travel with my family- 2 children (ages 3yo and 1yo). Everything was great.
