Holiday rentals with beach access in St. Augustine

Literally just steps to the beach. Great morning and evening views from upper balcony of sunrise and sunset. Had everything we needed for myself, husband, and pup. Water pressure in shower amazing! Make sure to check the book for the WiFi password early in stay for good internet connection. Full size fridge with freezer but no ice maker - not a problem. Bag of ice was there waiting for us and we paid it forward for the next guests. Highly recommend this location.

We had a great last-minute weekend! The place was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. The property is beautiful, and the beach was just a short walk away—not overcrowded at all. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing escape!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cozy beach cottage! The property was everything we hoped for and more—clean, comfortable, and filled with charm. There’s an ocean view and we loved sitting on the deck in the evening listening to the sound of the waves. Beach access was just a short walk—less than five minutes—from the property, which made it incredibly easy to enjoy our morning walks and sunset strolls. The hosts, Kevin & Kamli, were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our trip. Our flight got in late, after dark, so they left a few lights on to make it easier for us to see when we arrived. If you’re looking for a beautiful, convenient, and well-cared-for spot in St. Augustine, this is the one. We can’t wait to come back and hope to stay longer during our next visit!

This was the perfect first stop on our honeymoon! We loved this Airbnb for how comfy and adorable it is, the proximity to the beach and downtown, and for the wonderful hosts! Thank you for recommending restaurants and checking in on us! We had so much fun and would love to stay here again! We highly recommend staying here!

Our family has stayed at this location several times and absolutely love it! Close to beach access, within walking distance to coffee shop and grocery store. Family friendly with beach chairs, towels and sand toys. Perfect spot for anyone looking for a beach vacation! Heidi is a wonderful host! Responds promptly and always helpful!

We stayed in another unit at this complex last year, but it was not ocean front. Jianchun’s unit was just what we were looking for — the views are amazing! The unit is comfortable, but not over-done. We had plenty of space for our things and didn’t have to deal with a lot of “clutter”. Jianchun was very responsive to inquires and gave very clear instructions both before and during our stay. We appreciated having ample paper products and cleaning supplies available — we were even provided laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs. There were not a lot of extra dishes, so if you have the maximum number of guests, be prepared to run the dishwasher often…but that’s not a big deal when you have such a nice place to enjoy. Check-out was the easiest ever — the only request was that we dispose of our garbage. Greatly appreciated no long checklist when we were trying to get on the road. We had a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to book with Jianchun again!

We had a great trip. The location of the Airbnb is perfect. A short walk to the beach, short drive into St. Augustine. The description was very helpful to know about the upstairs apartment, so we were prepared for a little noise. We never heard the noise from the road. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. The only minor problem we had was quickly addressed and fixed.

This was a lovely, charming, quiet place to stay. It was so well appointed with everything we could need. I loved having access to extra towels and such. It was very well situated within walking distance to so many local attractions and places to eat/drink in historic St. Augustine. We will be back!

Of all the Airbnbs in any location we’ve used over the years, this one has been my favorite! It’s thoughtfully stocked with everything. Having access to the garage was great for beach days. Its location is perfect for St Augustine. This was our second time visiting St Augustine and I highly recommend this location. It’s a short walk to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. And it’s a close driving distance to restaurants and a reasonable drive to the historic downtown area. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a cute beach house that fit our family’s needs. The location was great and the house was clean. It was also super helpful that they had laundry detergent after our baby’s blow out. Even though it’s a pet-friendly rental, there were no lingering dog smells. The beds were also nicely firm. The one area for improvement would be the exterior - the grass was very overgrown, lots of weeds, ant hills, etc.

My family and I were in town for a wedding at the fountain of youth and this spot was the perfect location. Walkable to the beach. Cute neighborhood. The host was easy to communicate with. Great stay!

We had a great time here. The view and beach are amazing. Just steps to the water and we saw dolphins every single day that we were there. Lots of pelicans flying by throughout the day as well! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for an awesome beach. There are so many beautiful shells to be found on the beach! We also found a couple shark teeth, which was very exciting! The Reef, Aunt Kate’s, and Caps are all extremely close, with the Reef being within walking distance. Both decks are amazing and really help keep you cool and out of the sun. The house has a ton of beach toys, boogie boards, and chairs to use on the beach. Tons of lizards outside, which we thought was cool. We did see a few cockroaches in the house and had a run in with a Huntsman spider, but in no way did it impact our stay and it was to be expected. It is Florida after all! The house was very clean and we loved our stay here!

Michelle’s place was perfect! A great amount of space for our family, everything you could need was stocked, and it was so clean! I can be really picky about cleanliness, too, and I’d say her place was 12/10 on the cleanliness scale! Great location— short walk to St George Street and various uptown restaurants. Would recommend Michelle’s place to friends and family!

Great weekend with perfect place to stay in St. Augustine! Josh was very hospitable and we loved Carriage Manor! Plenty parking and space for all! We enjoyed staying downstairs with our own kitchen and mingling upstairs with other family members. Will book every year! We walked to great restaurants and enjoyed having coffee in the morning under a beautiful canopy of trees on deck. One of the coolest things we saw was a peacock nest outside the bedroom window. There were eggs when we arrived and the next day, the eggs had hatched! We have been visiting St. Augustine for over 30 years and Carriage Manor was by far, one the best places to stay! I had a wonderful vacation at Dominick's property with my son. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully updated with tasteful decor. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The home is situated on a quiet street, just across from the beach, and within walking distance of restaurants, ice cream shops, and coffee spots. Dominick was very responsive to any questions I had, and I also had the pleasure of meeting him in person. I’m already looking forward to staying here again next year!

Highly recommend! Whitney and John were great hosts and easy to work with. They were very responsive and accommodating. Home was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and had everything our family needed! The pool was amazing our kids didn’t want to leave! Also easy beach access for kids. I can’t say enough good things about our stay! Will definitely be back!!!!

We come here every year for my son’s birthday and we always stay at “the condo”. Barbara takes such good care of us. She left a gift for my 4 year old this year and he absolutely adored it. So thoughtful of her. The sunrise on the patio is to die for and its short drive into St. Augustine. We love it here. 🥰

This is a great place to stay. It’s exactly as described. We are a family of four and there was more than enough space. The amenities were good and there are lots of good places nearby to eat and drink. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a few days by the beach.

This is my first experience at a condo. I chose to spend my Mother's Day here with my children, and I. I must say this day, the experience, and the host were nothing less than perfect.!

Joe is an excellent host, responsive and friendly. Simple check in. Condo was nicely finished and well appropriated . Being a corner unit provided an extra wall of windows for awesome views. Right next to a pool and walkway to the beach. You couldn’t ask for more. Super host, super accommodations.

5 STARS No fault of Todd’s but the cleaning crew did not see our unit to clean the day of our check in. I instantly notified Todd. Todd scrambled and found another crew to immediately get there and fix it issue. The cleaning staff did a tremendous job and the unit was spotless when they finished. Todd exceeded our expectations by correcting the situation and offered to pay for our dinner. Todd’s unit is beautiful decorated, the kitchen fully stocked both a Keurig and regular coffee maker. All of the amenities were spot on. The AC in the unit worked great. We loved sitting out on the patio that had a high top table w chairs the master bedroom patio had 2 chairs and end type table , both patios with an ocean view. Todd was GREAT with his communications ! Looking at a return visit near the end of August. Fingers crossed Todd’s unit is available. Thanks Todd

The place was awesome. Extremely clean and you can tell recently updated. Quiet neighborhood low traffic and not noisy at all. Easy checking and out. I could not ask for anything more. It is a slight walk to down town. But worth it. I have already recommended it to a couple for a trip they are having later this summer.

The condo was fabulous! ! Jackie was so easy to get in touch with and answered any questions we had right away. Everything was perfect! The place was super clean and we had everything we needed. The location was perfect! We look forward to visiting again one day!

Julie & Scott were easy to work with and get information from whenever we asked questions. Their place was better than advertised! Super close to the beach and a short drive to St. Augustine with a lot of restaurants, shops and a ton of history. We would definitely use them again if and when we go back to St. Augustine!!
