This place was very nice,close to the beach and restaurants. Ashley was very responsive and directions to get in the place were great. Definitely recommend this place to people!

Jonathan’s place was fantastic. Clean comfy and spacious. The spot was located next to the community pool and just a short walk to the beach access. The unit had everything for hanging out and cooking in the unit to beach accessories so we didn’t have to lug our own to his place. Would highly recommend and will be booking again!

Perfect condo for our family.

Great location. Beach chairs and umbrella supplied (or pay $150 to rent them for 3 days at nearby store). I couldn't find the beach access code (my fault). Response was immediate. Would stay again!

Wow! What a beautiful condo just steps from the beach with the most amazing views. The condo was super clean upon arrival, well stocked, and Terri is literally the best host ever! We have never seen anyone go above and beyond like she did! The decor is perfect, and we loved our time here. There is lots to do in downtown St. Augustine, or you can just relax at the beach. It was quiet and peaceful, and it’s a locked entrance to a private beach. The beach was never too crowded! We had the best time!

This Airbnb was perfect for a stay for two people. The space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was quiet yet close to restaurants and the beach! We’d definitely stay here again!

This place was just what we needed. Sitting on the balcony was great. The beach is beautiful and not very crowded.

This cozy place was peaceful and relaxing. It had everything you'd need to go to the beach which was just a short walk away. It also had all the household items you'd need. This lovely condo was exactly as pictured and is in a quiet area, yet close to stores and restaurants. Communication before and during our stay was effortless. We highly recommend this condo, definitely a 5 star place! EVERYTHING was great!

Apartment C was perfect for grandma, grandpa, kids and grandchildren. Size, amenities, and location couldn't be better. Restaurants and beach right around the corner. Wendy and team were very friendly and responded within minutes. Thank you, especially for early check-in. We hope to come back next year.

We all really enjoyed our stay. The condo felt very cozy and we were right at home for our stay. The condo is kept in great condition and perfectly fit our group for the trip! Area is also very nice and near nice local amenities. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable, and nature oriented place to stay, this is the stay for you!

Stephani did a wonderful job creating the perfect beach rental! The decorations are adorable, and the amenities are exactly what you would want. From having a well-stocked kitchen (including a coffeemaker and coffee) to a wheeled cooler for the beach, and plenty of extra towels, she really thought of everything.

We loved our stay and look forward to coming back! The view was beautiful and the beach was stunning. It was lovely to have so many amenities at our fingertips. Getting our luggage, dogs, and crates up to the room from parking was a bit of a hassle but well worth it. Really enjoyed the restaurants on site too. Thank you!

Glenn & Kelly’s place was even better than we excepted! Every square inch of this home was clean and spotless. The furniture is cozy and the lay out was perfect for the two of us and four teens. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were so clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and the table was big enough for games and fun! The walk to the beach was a breeze! You don’t need a wagon because there are a lot of stairs and I wouldn’t want my elderly parents to travel that route but parking on the beach looked like a very easy option. We will be back, Really great place!! Good job!!

This is a great location - easy walk onto the beach, as well as to Publix, coffee and restaurants. Once we parked, we never needed to drive again. This section of the beach does not allow vehicles (which we preferred), and is also dog friendly. The condo matched the description as well as the photos...it was clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. There was plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc - we didn't need it all, but it was well stocked. The host is very responsive to messages as well. It was a great stay and we'd visit again!

Beautiful space, views and location! This unit was so clean and stayed cool in the heat of the day. The attention to detail, decor and stocked kitchenette was wonderful! As a fellow super host, I was very impressed. Hope to come back soon!

We had the best time! The walk to the beach was easy and it there was no crowd. My daughter is 7 and my mother has some walking issues, they did great getting to and from the beach, even going up and down the few stairs there are. The space was comfortable, clean and everything was provided - including all things you would need for a great beach day! The host sent messages in time to prepare and gave clear and accurate instructions. We had about a 15-20 minute drive to visit stores and restraunts. Very accessible and traffic wasn't bad during the time we visited.

Condo was beautiful, clean and perfect for our dog and children. Host Joy was very communicative and it was very easy to get into condo upon check-in. Plenty of room for our family of five to hang out, eat, watch movies and play games. Well stocked with everything you could need for pets and kids. Really nice appliances, and was very thoughtful to supply enough essentials for short stay (toilet paper, trash bags, dish and laundry detergent). So nice having access to the beach chairs/toys and plenty of beach/pool towels.

Beautiful condo with great views. Super comfy beds. Balcony offered plenty of seating as did the sectional sofa. For future visitors, there are plenty of beach toys, a wagon for transport, 4 beach chairs and a small umbrella. There’s a wave board as well and a boogie board. There is a pack and play in the closet but i didn’t use it so can’t guarantee the condition. There are hair dryers in the unit. It does have a Keurig as well as a drip coffee machine. Lots of board games too. Spectrum internet is provided. We enjoyed our stay. Only down side was the splash pad was not operational which was very disappointing since we had a 4 yr old and a 1 yr old. I would highly recommend going to the park in town - Hammond Park I think - most beautiful park I have ever seen with large splash pad areas and plenty of park equipment for the kids. We will definitely revisit Palm Coast! Be careful of the rocky beach!

We had a blast. The view was nice and the quick walk to the beach was helpful with a 4 year old. The place does have stairs up to the entrance which was unexpected but not a big deal for us! It was quiet and we had no rough/rowdy neighbors.

Nicole was a great host. Very responsive and available all throughout our trip! We had kiddos with us and they loved the variety if beach toys for the beach. We rented both units and they were both clean and ready early. The location was quiet and a quick 2-3 min. walk to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was as described, very comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen was very stocked, plenty of towels, hand towels and washcloths. We enjoyed our stay. This will be on our list for future vacations. Thanks for sharing your home. The Byrnes and Summers family.

What a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend at a beautiful condo with amazing ocean views. The location was ideal on the beachside with a very short pathway to the beach and a grocery store across the road! The condo had everything we needed and more from beach chairs, towels, beach cart, a well stocked kitchen, toiletries, etc. Melody was a great host! She responded to questions quickly and was very helpful. We will definitely stay at this location again!
