Holiday rentals with breakfast in St Andrews

Fantastic stay. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Hot tub was great and the garden was peaceful. Everything was spot on and communication was great! Will be back!

Moira and Stuart were generous hosts and made us feel right at home! Especially appreciated the delicious fresh cooked breakfast. Hope to stay with them again next time we’re in St Andrews!

second stay at Qin's place but in a different room. the first floor was room was absolutely stunning! beautifully clean and comfortable. the bed had the comfiest mattress I'd ever slept on! plenty of tea, coffee, milk and fruit juice. can't find a single fault with the place. really pleased and far better than wasting money at premier inn.

This place was perfect for the six of us- and it even had a washer (one that could wash and dry!). We loved the artwork inside, too. The location was great, comfortable, and Trish helped with recommendations for food and travel. Street noise was no bother, though one must stick to the sidewalk when walking about.

We stayed at 63 Moubray Grove, South Queensferry for a Buissines trip and found the property well presented clean and tidy with all the modern amenities you could wish for in a quiet residential area. The property is easy to get to with local shops very close by also Dalmeny train station within an easy walk away. Nicky was extremely helpful and quick, easy communication.

Stayed with Leslie and Jamie for a couple of nights while attending a wedding in the area. Leslie met us on arrival and showed us around. The house was lovely and immaculately clean. Our bedroom and bathroom was comfy, clean and well equipped. We felt free to come and go, but Leslie and Jamie were also on hand when we needed. They were friendly and helpful. Recommended. Would happily stay again. Especially for the home made Scottish tablet and the rhubarb jam!

Lovely stay at Matt's place - especially loved the hot tub and the chickens! Matt was really friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Hands down this is one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in! I cannot recommend highly enough! So many thoughtful touches throughout and a perfect location. It was clean, cozy, and had incredible views.

My husband and I had a great stay at Paul’s apartment! The apartment is even better in real life than in the photos. As others have mentioned, the communal spaces could use a little attention, though we knew that this is not within Paul’s control. The location was perfect for what we needed, Paul was responsive and kind, and the groceries he provided for our stay were a really, really nice touch. We’d stay here again should we come back to Edinburgh!

Clean and cozy place, she left some eggs, milk and cookies that were really convenient. Comfortable bed!

We had a great stay, apartment location was superb. Close to the tram stop, car parks and walkable to shops, restaurants and the old town. Living room was spacious and a great space for us to hang out at the start and end of a long day. Appreciated that there were four rooms and four bathrooms which met our needs.

Can’t recommend this place enough, fantastic location with great views, lovely hosts and clean & tidy apartment. Easy access to Edinburgh and the airport, when I arrived I got a Taxi from the airport, if I’d have known how simple the tram/bus journey would have been I’d have done that, I did for my return journey. Local restaurants are lovely and welcoming (Saphire & Queens Spice), good pint in the Thirty Knots too! I arrived late in the day, to be welcome with bread and milk amongst other things was just wonderful, simple touch which went a long way! I would definitely return and recommend this to anyone looking Thank you to the host(s)

Great location, quiet at night and very good communication with the host who provided many helpful recommendations in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this place and will it in mind for future trips.

The Apartment was great, we found it easily with the clear instructions provided. The location was perfect, really close to all the attractions, good restaurants and shops. The apartment was lovely, really clean and comfortable, we would definitely recommend.

I spent one night at Sue’s place while walking the Fife Coastal Path, and I would have loved to have stayed longer. Sue was very helpful and welcoming and made me feel right at home. I appreciated her recommendation for dining at the Inn at Kingsbarns, which was very enjoyable. The room was bright, spacious and clean and the bathroom spotless. Sue has a lovely garden and it was very pleasant sitting outside. Breakfast was very good too. Sue’s home is an excellent place to stay in a beautiful area and pretty village.

Lewis was a fantastic host! He was super friendly and gave us great tips about the city that really made our trip even better. The place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-located. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. Thank you, Lewis!

기차와 버스, 그리고 도보로 영국여행을 하다가 만난 최고의 3박4일이었다. 정갈하고 군더더기 없는 완벽한 숙박시설, 맛있는 빵과 신선한 과일 우유 쥬스로 구성된 아침식사, 잔디 정원에서 새소리를 들으며 즐길 수 있던 저녁식사, 마치 가족처럼 정성스럽게 맛있는 요리까지 챙겨준 호스트 Jo와 그의 남편 스티븐, 기차역에 내릴 때부터 기차를 타러갈 때까지 차로 픽업해준 헌신적 서비스, 등등. 영어를 못하는 이국인에게도 자동번역기 등으로 필요한 정보를 빠짐없이 전달해춰 불편함이 전혀 없이 지낼 수 있었다. 특히 목표했던 에든버러 외에 숙소가 위치한 덤펌린을 광광할 수 있었던 것도 잊을 수 없다. 고풍스럽게 남아있는 수도원과 궁전, 카네기 박물관과 그가 기증한 도서관과 갤러리와 공원, 그리고 지방 소도시가 가지고 있는 묘한 매력에 흠뻑 빠질 수 있었다. 아침에 기차를 타고 서쪽의 포트월미엄 숙소에 누워서 후기를 쓰며 어제까지의 그 숙소를 추억하고 있다. 굿바이, Jo!

Rosie and Tim are excellent hosts. Very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to meet them and we will definitely be back. The place was cosy and comfortable. We had an excellent night's sleep. Definitely a 5* place to stay with 5* hosts. Thank you very much for the stay.

Catherine’s home really was the highlight of the weekend. Herself and Lewis were the warmest, most welcoming hosts we could have wished for. The property was very easy to find, with plenty of parking spaces available directly outside. The property looked lovely and tidy from the outside. Catherine and Lewis made us feel right at home from the second we walked through the door. We were instantly shown to our room and the areas available to us. Every single room was absolutely spotless and presented beautifully. There genuinely was not a single complaint I could have made. Myself and my mum had travelled to Edinburgh for the marathon, and had not had the best time due to the organisation of the event, but knowing we had such a comfortable room in a lovely family home to go back to at the end of a long day made the day so much better. I really cannot fault Catherine’s property and would highly recommend it to anyone. I would happily return!

The perfect little cottage within walking distance to everything! And John was the perfect host! His entire family worked as a team to insure our stay was amazing. They communicated well, always had great recommendations, and provided everything we could possibly need. This cottage is so close to EVERYTHING! I can’t stress this enough. There’s a GREAT restaurant, quaint little shops, a bakery, a convenience store, local attractions, etc. literally across the street. And I’ll add, while the cottage is central to everything, just off the main road, it’s sooooo quiet. You can’t go wrong booking John’s place!

Perfect cottage for our needs. Ideal for my 96 year old Mom with only 2 steps to front door and no other level changes. Very clean and well equiped.

Just home after a stay with Hilary and Teasel. A lovely, friendly welcome from both when we arrived. Spotless facilities, scrumptious breakfast with a real homely feel. We loved chatting to Hilary, throwing Teasels ball and relaxing after a week of walking the West Highland Way. Perfect location for Arthur’s Seat and a walk over the hill into Edinburgh Highly recommended
