TWO MINUTE WALK to the beach. We recently purchased this lake home, and carefully renovated it. The kitchen, dining room and living room (with wood-burning fireplace) are open-concept. A large 3-season sunroom spans the front of the house. Each bedroom has fresh linens, down comforters and electric heat control. The back yard is private, well-treed and fully fenced, with a gazebo. Sandy beaches, miles of walking trails and in winter, ice fishing. Our beach town is the perfect vacation spot!

Village of Dunnottar. Come and enjoy winter activities with easy access to the Tugela Creek entry point and 5 minutes to the Warner Road entry point for great ice fishing. Matlock General store is a 5 minute drive away for minnows, tackle and basic groceries. Sleeps 9 people! There are four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a double bed, Bedroom 3 has a double/single sized bunk bed, Bedroom 4 has single/single sized bunk bed. Large Parking area for trailers and trucks.

The closest pier is only an 8 minutes walk away. It is a 5 minute drive to Winnipeg Beach & Matlock Beach and a 20 minute drive to Gimli. Great location for ice fishing, hunting and snow mobiles.
