Had stayed at mirrisa at this place, place is extremely clean and well maintained, host's are very kind and I highly recommend anyone to consider this place for smooth stay

The apartment is located on the first floor of a three-story building; the family of the owner of the apartment lives on the second floor. You will also have access to the roof on which peacocks fly. The apartments are large, you have a full kitchen with (microwave, blender, rice cooker, stove) there is an ironing board and iron. Vacuum cleaner and cleaning products. The owner also bought additional shampoo and hair conditioner. The house itself is located not far from the roadway, but the sounds of cars are absolutely inaudible. Keep in mind that the house is located on the ground floor and some insects that are not dangerous may enter you. There were some interruptions with the Internet, but the owner did everything possible to correct the situation, but I advise you to buy an additional SIM card with Internet. The owner speaks very good English and helps with all questions. If you decide to stay you will feel safe with this family😊

Kumar’s place was fabulous. Jaya (house keeper) was such an amazing help, simply made our stay luxurious. Tuan (manager) was very responsive and helped with arranging everything.

Very good place to stay. Location is quiet, not far from city center(few minutes on bike or 5-10 minutes walking). Host provided everything needed(fan, kitchen, extension). Minuses: 1. Internet is not working well(either mobile internet dialog or router, provided by host, not working well 2. Place was a bit dusty. It’s definitely needs a cleaning

We stayed at Rasika Villa 25th of Jan - 30th of Jan. The villa is great. Its very clean, comfortable, nice and beautiful. Not far from tourist center, beach and railway station. We really enjoyed our short vacations in Hikkaduwa and are glad to meet Chandana and his friendly family.

Sameera was very helpful from the beginning. We went to his place when a monkey created an electric shortage in the whole country, and he made sure that we had enough water, lamp and kept us posted about all the updates. During our stay we were able to enjoy the monkey family in the trees around, the peacock that was chilling around, many birds and reptiles. It is surrounded by the jungle so the view and vibe is great, be prepared to fight mosquitos if they usually love you (my partner didn't get as much as me). The kitchen was the best equipped we had so far in any Airbnb we had, as digital nomad since 7 months around Asia, it was very appreciated. The bed was comfortable. We struggled a bit with the washing machine that is half manual, and wasn't draining the water completely. Wi-Fi lagged a bit per moment, but nothing excessive, it was otherwise fast and perfect to work with. Overall a very great quality price, we highly recommend Sameera's place.

I had a pleasant stay in this small private house (the owner lives elsewhere). This listing is new so it's in new condition. There is a large king size bed of very good quality (+ a small extra bed in the entrance), air conditioning and a fan, a washing machine and a kitchen. There is zero outside noise so I slept very well. The property is located in a residential and non-touristy area, with lots of greenery. Upon arrival, the owner can pick us up from the main road with his motorbike. There are 2 good restaurants within a 12-minute walk, by the beach, and several grocery stores a 5-minute walk away.

Really nice apartment and a great location - the beach is at the end of the street and there are several supermarkets close by. If you’re into fast food there’s Burger King and Subway. There’s also a nice little french patisserie and cafe around the corner.

Great location, spacious apartment, rooftop pool pool overlooking the sea view and gym. Apartment is fitted with all the necessary utilities. There are no interruptions with light — there is a generator. Great fast wifi.

We stayed 5 nights at Cecilia Cottage and did not want to leave once our time was up. A beautiful and peaceful apartment that felt homely right away. The host sharmini went above for all our requests and made our stay very special. I can’t wait to visit again. Thank you very much for everything!

Stayed from April 31 to March 16. We agreed with the host about a transfer from the airport for an honest price and also a transfer back. The place is very comfortable, definitely worth the money, the host is very friendly, treated with fruits and invited for a traditional breakfast. There will be many monkeys around you, a variety of birds and cute 🐿️ monkey squirrels have never entered our territory since they are shy but it's a pleasure to watch them from the outside. With the safety of the property, you can be absolutely peaceful. Also, friends came to us and the house is designed to accommodate 4 people but without an overnight stay, since the air conditioning is only in one bedroom and the rest of the room is cooled by fans. The kitchen is large, spacious with a stove, blender, rice cooker, and everything you need if you want to cook yourself. The shower room with toilet is large and spacious. The host also offers a tour to Ella and can take you there in his own car for a good price. And on the 3rd floor you will find 2 sun loungers and an amazing view of the starry sky 🌌

we spend 11 nights at this place and re absolutely happy with it regardless of the barking dogs in the night and friendly during the day.

Insanely nice staff and great facility in the middle of the Jungle. But it was also a bit difficult to get there. Especially great was the natural pool with small waterfall and the best massage we've ever had. We would love to come back.

Mary was helpful with questions and requests. Very nice apartment. Main bedroom was large with large en-suite and changing area. Great location. Helpful reception and security staff.

Beautiful place surrounded by nature so it was really peaceful, yet still close enough to bars, restaurants etc. Great location - 10 minutes walk to Unawatuna station and easily accessible to the main road. The apartment was super clean and had all amenities we needed. Rooms were spacious and I especially loved the balcony across living area and bedroom. Janaka was a responsive host and quick to address any queries. This was a great long term stay.

We had a wonderful two-week stay at the villa. The villa is very spacious and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It has everything you need. We especially enjoyed the grill and had several great barbecues. Chaminda is a very polite and attentive host. He gave us helpful recommendations and even cooked a delicious lunch for us. 2 families of 5 each stayed here. The staff were very attentive and Rohana, the chef was wunderbar! Cooked us some amazing meals and catered to all our requests. The kids loved the pool, even though the resident water monitor got first dibs one day🤪 A lovely, relaxing stay; exactly what we hoped for. We even got treated to a peacock dance outside our window. Lucky us!

Beautiful villas in an authentic and natural location. Very clean, lovely pools and garden space leading straight onto the empty beach. We were so well looked after by everyone and the food cooked for us by Jagath was incredible. Julius was also very helpful and quick to respond to queries. Would very much recommend a stay here.

I had a pleasant stay at this well-maintained property. The space was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, making for a relaxing experience. The host was responsive, and the overall ambiance was great. However, I believe bath accessories could be improved to enhance the experience further. With a few upgrades or adjustments, this place could be perfect. Would still recommend it for a comfortable stay!

Vidura and his wife are great host. once we landed in Colombo,he got in touch and was waiting outside main road of his house to guide us. only issue kids had was absence of TV and intermittent WiFi connectivity. everything from room to pool was well maintained and nearby areas can be explored by local srilankan railways too. His house is hardly 100 MTs from Maha induruwa station. thank you vidura and all the best for your future endeavours

Big house, 2 kitchens, 3 bed rooms

We have spend 6 wonderful days at hiru Villa. Villa has a very good location, two beautiful beaches nearby. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Pavithra (Dilum's wife) is an excellent chef, you don't even need to think where you can have a delicious breakfast or dinner. Dilum is always ready to help, if you need anything - just text him. We will definitely stay at hiru villa next time in Sri Lanka!
