Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Springfield

Nice place, safe and quiet neighborhood, remodeled and clean, quite finished and equipped living utilities. Lots of lighting. We didn’t use much daytime as we mostly toured outside but the place is great for family or friends gathering.

House looked like the pictures very easy clear check in. There was construction going on in the neighborhood but couldn’t hear it in the house.

This place had a really wonderful view of the river! Overall, the house was clean but it definitely felt like someone else’s home, just to set expectations. But regardless, our stay was very pleasant. There was some road noise you could hear inside but that is quickly made up for by the lovely views and sound of the river.

Richard’s place was very nice and he was very flexible with check in and out. The house was perfect for two people and the bed was very comfortable.

Ritta’s place is adorable. It is a sweet little cottage that has a totally gorgeous yard and it sits on a gorgeous street. It is close to downtown and offers easy access to all Eugene has to offer. Ritta was prompt at responding to any needs we had and very friendly. I would happily return to Ritta’s place again for another visit.

The place was wonderful, me and my animal were very comfortable for the 5 nights we stayed. Scott and the co-hosts were extremely responsive and very eager to help and communicate. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone coming to town.

The house was better than expected and had a great layout. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was very nice, the kitchen was very nice, the decor was delightful. The entire home was extremely clean and welcoming. The fenced yard for dogs was a nice space as well. Lots of DoorDash options for food. House was in a great location. We highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here for a few nights while moving some friends into Eugene! Such a lovely space and Kris was a wonderful host. We would definitely stay again!

great place to stay while in Eugene

We had a great stay at Christy’s beautiful space among the trees. It was the perfect size for us and she was a very helpful and responsive host! She left no questions or concerns unanswered which we really appreciated. Everything was clean and tidy, with plenty of amenities available. We particularly loved that the location was separate enough from campus/busy areas so that it was quiet and comfortable, but also incredibly easy (and might I add, very beautiful) to walk to places we needed to be.

Ann's place is the perfect retreat for those looking for a quiet location but close to many city activities plus great hiking trails. This was our second stay at Ann's place and we have another month booked later this summer. we highly recommend Ann's retreat.

Jeanne is a wonderful host! Jeanne's apartment was perfect for our mid-road trip stop with our pup. The three of us had everything that we could need and more, including a coffee shop within walking distance for an early morning breakfast run. Jeanne accommodated our last minute reservation and promptly ensured that the place was ready for our arrival. Thanks again, Jeanne!

Very clean and cute. Enjoyed our brief stay after going to a Duck game. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!

We had a great overnight stay! The neighborhood was so peaceful. We walked to local shops to eat and shop, the Tsunami bookstore and Viking Brewery were great! Renee put a book together of local things to do, which was super helpful. I would highly recommend her place!

Tiffany and her co-host were absolutely amazing. They were very flexible with my arrival and departure. The house was absolutely amazing. my kiddo loved sitting on the porch in the swing chair.

I had a pleasant stay at the cottage on Kaimilia Street. The space was spotless, private, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable solo visit. One of the highlights was the peaceful garden, full of blooming flowers and trees—a perfect spot to unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe and was a short walk from local coffee shops and stores. Eugene was only a 20-minute drive away, which made day trips easy and convenient. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a quiet, well-located retreat. Patty and Frank, the hosts, are incredibly kind and maintain their property with great care. They love where they live, which reflects in their attention to the gardens and grounds. They have created their own Pura Vida.

Clean space with a comfy bed, parking on site is a nice thing to have

This was a great little quaint spot. The location was close to everything we need and found some quaint new spots to visit including a bookstore and neighborhood grocery store. Had everything we need led and our hosts even provided toiletries. I appreciated their prompt communication. Everything was very easy for our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming home on Lawrence Street in Eugene. The unit was one of four in a beautifully maintained older house, and it had everything we needed — a cozy bedroom, a pull-out couch, a full kitchen, and even a private enclosed porch that made the space feel extra special. The host was incredibly kind and understanding, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. The house itself had such a local, lived-in feel — like we were part of the neighborhood. Plus, having restaurants just steps away made everything super convenient. Overall, it was the perfect home base for exploring Eugene. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming spot with character and a great location.
