Great place for a tranquil visit! Very quiet and relaxing. Beautiful home, well kept. Love the balcony in the back of the house, nice to sit outside with a morning cup of coffee!

We only stayed one night while attending a softball tournament at the University of Oregon, but it was just what we needed for a great night's rest. Quite, private and conveniently located. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!!

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and a very pretty spot. The apartment itself was very clean and well maintained and stocked well with amenities. I loved the little treat basket on the counter with some snacks. We were attending events at Hayward Field and found the walk there and back enjoyable. Just to note, it is an up hill walk back. We will be recommending this place to our friends and family if they are ever in the area and we look forward to our next stay there.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home away from home! Everything was just as shown/described in the listing, and all of the furnishings and decor were charming. The beds were wonderful for a great night's sleep, and this suite very comfortably fit our family of 5. There's also several lovely and private outdoor areas on the deck and in the garden with seating and tables to enjoy. It's in a fabulous location, very walkable to great restaurants and cafes, and it's nice to be able to park off the street. Catherine was great about communication and definitely cares a lot about making guests feel totally taken care of. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

One of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in in a while; the place was super clean, matched the photos exactly and Ralph was communicative and responsive. I was in town for the Eugene Marathon and this was the perfect spot- walking distance to the start/finish! Would definitely stay here again! As some reviews mentioned, you could hear the upstairs neighbors quite clearly but there were ear plugs provided and I found that the noise stopped between 8/9pm and 10/11am.

This is a cute little spot close to restaurants and nightlife, but far enough away that it was very quiet and peaceful in a safe neighborhood. The loft apartment is small but has everything covered to make you feel at home and is nicely decorated. The bed upstairs was very comfy as well. Thanks for a great stay while visiting on business. I hope to stay again in the future.

A super location for visiting our daughter at UO. The decor is unique, artistic, and a bit quirky. The music system is amazing, not like any other Airbnb where we’ve stayed. We felt so comfortable here that we already booked it again for our next visit

This apartment is a treasure! I actually made my relatives, who live near here, tour it with me, so that in the future their visitors can benefit from it. It's incredibly inexpensive for what a traveler gets! Think about a modest version of something in Architectural Digest and you've go it. It's gorgeous. The bed is beyond comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with beautiful dishes and glasses. There's a convenient little heater that quickly warms the bathroom, and there's both a nice shower and a deep bathtub. Kelly communicated wonderfully. And one of the side perks? It's walking distance close to a deli and grocery store, and just around the corner from the justifiably famous Creswell Bakery.

This is the type of Airbnb that you want no one to find out about. You hesitate to write a review because you are always hoping it is available when you are searching. It is simply the best. The apartment is well decorated, comfortable, and spotless. Everything you would want or need is there and then some. Traci thought through most everything. The bed is very comfortable as is the living room furniture. It is the perfect setup. The hosts, Traci, Frank and their dog Buck are the perfect hosts. Kind, helpful, and just terrific. You would be lucky to meet all of them. The location is very close to Springfield. It is not in Springfield, but this may be the greatest draw of this Airbnb. You have easy access to town, but are adjacent to the McKenzie River and the Walterville Canal - great walk or run with stunning surroundings. I checked out today and wish I was still staying there. It is one of my favorite Airbnbs of all time. Excellent for any length of stay! Go Birds!

We had a great stay! The space was exactly as advertised—small, but thoughtfully laid out and perfect for our needs. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The construction and design felt solid and high quality, and the overall vibe was cozy and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

T'awna and Daniel have created a special place, especially for those who are coming in to interact with the hospital in some form or fashion. The 5 minute walk to the hospital amongst beautiful trees and grass fields was always peaceful and transformative and it put me in a great space to show up for my loved ones. There is life and activity all around...kids playing, animals roaming, general farming occurring...but the studio feels very private and my moments of contemplation or rest, at any time of the day, were never disturbed. It is a small space, that is thoughtfully laid out, beautifully appointed, and big on heart. All that plus waking up to the sunrise and realizing there is a family of donkeys grazing nearby...well, that's the cherry on top :)

I made somewhat of a last minute plan to visit my son, a UO senior in Eugene, and see a football game. I was lucky enough to find Lia’s place in a neighborhood I like, a short walk to downtown, some good breweries and restaurants and close to transit. Although it’s a basement apartment, the place had windows and plenty of natural light. It was sparsely but adequately furnished and had great internet. I didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment but it was comfortable and a good space to relax when not visiting my son.

Perfect in every way! The apartment was clean and well-appointed. The bed is comfy and the bath towels are super soft. A dream of a stay! I have also rented the barn apartment on the same property. All of my stays have been wonderful! Julie and Mark are exceptional hosts! They are very kind and gracious and go out of their way to make sure you feel at home. Julie is a deeply caring, generous, and honest woman. She is an inspiration. I was treated like family. Even my cat was treated like family! Their property is gorgeous and very well-maintained. The horses are beautiful and friendly. Wildlife is abundant such as deer, frogs, and birds, including wild turkeys. So peaceful! I truly enjoyed my time here. I can’t wait to return! I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed. From the time you arrive to the time you leave; not only will you be staying in the most extraordinary accommodation, you will be treated with kindness and respect. They are amazing people!

Lovely spot for a visit. The hot tub was FANTASTIC. Rich was SUPER responsive. Nice quiet neighborhood. There was actually a football and baseball game that weekend, but we couldn't tell from their house, and traffic wasn't an issue in their neighborhood at all.
