We are only 12 miles from Bentonville where you can experience museums, parks, bike and walking trails. Many culinary and cultural delights await you!

Also a short 35 min drive to Dixon street near U of A in Fayetteville and only 40 minutes to downtown Rogers or Bentonville. War Eagle marina is less than a mile away. Lake Fayetteville and hiking and biking trails 3 miles. 1 mile from Arkansas Children’s Hospital and Arvest Ball park 3 miles to Washington Regional Hospital and Tyson’s World Headquarters. Chrystal bridges Museum 15 miles
