Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Spring Hill

Cascade’s place was perfect for our stay for my daughter’s lacrosse tournament. It was only 15 minutes from the venue, close to grocery stores, and less than what a weekend at the hotels would be, with more privacy. The owner was very responsive to our questions or concerns, and she was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

We were only in town for a couple of nights. The place was perfect for us.

great spot on the river. we loved opening the garage doors and coming in and out as we pleased while having some sports on the TV at night. manatees were spotted everyday. it was wonderful having the kayaks to go up and down the river. Plenty of towels. the kids and adults loved the water slide and laying out on the splashpad in the water. bring sups you have them, seems a bit easier to use those if you want to paddle against the current.

Paul’s place was clean and welcoming! The showers had a little mildew, but overall you could tell the place is very well cared for! The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful and place about an hour every way from the heart of Tampa and Orlando!

Loved the stay, very clean and quite area

From start to finish our 6 days here was wonderful. Very close to my best friend and so much to do in the area. We enjoyed the home, the deck, the grill and the fire pit with our friends. Our stay was home away from home perfect and the setting and privacy were much needed. Easy access to anything you could want or need and return to the peace and quiet. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us.

Theodore, was very responsive to all of our questions and needs. Made us feel welcome by leaving a personal message. Everything was spotless and clean. Binder was on the table with all instructions as well as nearby restaraunts. Would recommend to anyone!!!

this was my first time ever renting an Air BnB and April's home was perfect for a first stay. I had to change my reservations a couple of times and she was very kind about changing it for me. the home was a beautiful old school florida home, I'm from old school florida born and raised. it really did make me feel right at home. the kids loved the pool and the floaties she had provided. my dog warmed up eventually and there was dog food and water bowls provided. best part to me was the coffee machine 😊 a fenced in yard for my pup to safely walk outside to potty and stretch her legs. the home was perfect and April is a very amazing host! if you want the old florida feel with a mix of beach, her home is perfect for you!! thank you so much April! we hope to be back soon!!

The stay at this Airbnb was wonderful, my entire family of all ages was able to enjoy the house and the amenities! The thing that stood out to us most is how they had everything you could possibly need, especially for babies and kids. They really went above and beyond and it’s a wonderful place to stay and experience. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Florida! Absolutely great!

Chris‘s Airbnb was excellent. He was a great host and the view was everything we had hoped for. It was a very comfortable condo with a nice bed and the amenities which included the pool bar made it very fun also. It was a great location and we would definitely go back.

The condo was wonderful - spacious, spotless and super quiet which made for a relaxing stay. I liked having a washer and dryer, dishwasher and beach supplies. Marta was a thoughtful and responsive host who checked in on me during my stay, which I appreciated.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at Karen & Brock's. Brock met us upon arrival and gave us thorough instructions about the unit. The communication was great and everything was as described. They had everything we could possibly need and even a pantry with items for purchase, including refrigerated drinks. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, communication with host was good, pictures look accurate the condo in person, the condo was in a quiet area. The condo was clean and decor was simple.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect. Pretty scenery from 1st floor. The amenities of the pool, and game room were family friendly. private beach , nature walk were a delight. Will definitely be back.

loved the area and condo. We had a nice view of the pool, lagoon and Gulf. Condo had everything we needed. We saw dolphins and manatees. All restaurants we tried were great. Mike was a wonderful host and we would love to come again.
