James was extremely responsive and friendly and the place looked just as listed and in a good area around lots of things to do

Armando’s place is great. He was very communicative and always responded quickly. The backyard with the pool, patio, and turf grass area made for fun times with the family. I highly recommend staying here.

The place is everything that we expected and more. It was like a resort. Everyone had a great time.

Great stay at a beautiful house. Pool, hot tub, and grill were great! Games were available inside as well. We had a wonderful time and could not have asked for a better place to stay.

My family and I were here for Mother’s Day weekend to kayak the Weekie Watchee river and Jose’s place for this did not disappoint! We were equipped with the right amount of kayaks we needed for the people in my party and the head spring was a quick nine minute drive. The vast river frontage and the plentiful seating to enjoy the views was wonderful and the propane grill came in handy the night we wanted to grill steaks for a special meal. Comfy beds and lots of under the sink bathroom items supplied to make use of in case you forgot anything. Luxury Native brand shampoo, conditioner, and body wash supplied! This host is responsive and cares to make your trip memorable. Book, you won’t be disappointed.🙂

Great condo. You have to keep touching the black pad above the main door handle to get the key pad to come on. Love the lake and pool. Elevator was out of service but wasn’t an issue for us. Quiet safe are and hosts responded quickly when we had questions or needed more supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

My second stay here. Always clean, great for 1 or 2 people. Beth is great and super helpful if you need anything. Would definitely recommend. I’ll certainly book another stay on my next trip to Tampa!

What a beautiful location. Right on the Gulf views are exceptional. Apartment was as advertised very nice clean and functional. King bed was a bonus and comfortable .Stormie was a great host and real quick to respond to our inquiries. The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay! Perfect location that is walkable for a concert or NFL game.

A beautiful group of cottages tucked in off a slightly busy road. Easy access to the bike trail access point. Approx 2 mile drive to downtown. Definitely had all the essentials for a comfortable stay

Rich's property is awesome and yes we did see the gator only once it did honor us with its presence, many restaurants and endless business to shop from went to the state fair and many other activties to do not to mention the beautiful weather, would greatly appreciate to stay at the this beautiful property when in this area. This place was idyllic for the five kiddos 6 and under and 4 adults we had for a fun kick off to summer vacation. They thought of everything at this house to make it very family friendly: step stools, kid sized toilet seats, playroom, changing tables, noise machines, child locks on cupboards, pool toys, etc. We were blown away! And the location was perfection. 10 min and you’re at the serene Honey Moon Island; not much further to downtown Dunedin and then Clearwater beach. Truly the best stay for our summer beach vacation.

The homeowners were fantastic. They were responsive to all my text messages. Had an issue with the AC freezing up the first day. And they were out right away within an hour of he reached out to him to fix it. That was back up and going within an hour. I had a family emergency and I had to go back and they were very accommodating. I would recommend this house anymore and I will stay there again.

Cheryl’s place was perfect for our U of Tampa graduation celebration! We were within 2 miles of all our favorite spots, SOHO, Hyde Park, the River walk, Downtown, U of Tampa, and my daughter’s apt! Also, very easy access and jump on 275. Davis Islands is a cute spot on its own as well. Very walkable for exercise and/or into the cute little town with bars, restaurants and a coffee shop. Cheryl’s place is great for a group. There’s space to hang out in the family room, as well as outside at the pool! We loved our time at the house, as well as when we were out exploring! I would definitely recommend Cheryl’s place. It feels more like a home than a rental! Thank you again! We hope to return!!

We felt right at home at this place. From the minute we walked in the door, we felt at home. When my family comes to visit again, I will rent this place again.

Fantastic stay! The 3BR/3BA home was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. Perfect location—just a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops in downtown Clearwater Beach. We especially loved the rooftop seating area and firepit. The host was excellent and very responsive. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Kim’s place. Nice decor throughout. We felt comfortable and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Kim was always available if we needed to text her and she was very pleasant and helpful. Good location, close to restaurants and Highway. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend Kim’s place.
