Cabin holiday rentals in Spring Green

Beth was very communicative before and during our stay. The house was nicely decorated, and furnished clean and exactly as we expected. I appreciated that we were able to leave without starting laundry, dishwashers, etc. The kitchen had a lot of useful utensils and supplies. We didn't do much cooking, but we could have easily prepared most anything we wanted. The beds and furniture was very comfortable. There were plenty of games and activities to do at the house; we did not utilize the community rec areas, but that was only due to our own agenda and time limitations. My only recommendation would be that blackout curtains in the bedrooms would have been greatly appreciated. I was up at 5:30am some mornings because of light pouring into the bedroom on the main floor.

Andy is a great host with a beautiful place to stay. I cannot suggest staying at The Cottage more. We will definitely be back. One last thank you to Andy!!

It was a good place with amazing views

My two best friends and I stayed at the fabulous Refugio Graziella for a relaxing girls’ weekend and it. was. perfect. Most of the weekend was spent lounging and chatting in all the many wonderful spaces the home offers: sipping coffee on the peaceful screened-in porch, relaxing in the hot tub, roasting marshmallows at the serene fire pit under the string lights with ample firewood and supplies, doing crafts and playing games at the inviting dining room table, cooking meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and listening to music in the cozy living room. We did not end up using the sauna (just didn’t have time), but are already planning a winter getaway to RG. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it if you are looking for a quiet getaway, surrounded by nature but still a short drive away from anything you need or want. Clearly, so much thought was put into anticipating the needs of their guests, and that makes Refugio Graziella a place you immediately feel comfortable. 🥰

Second time staying here and we just love it! So relaxing and such a beautiful area. Enjoy watching the cows, hanging out with the friendly cats, and sitting in the hot tub. This place has everything you need! We will be back!

The Loch at WhiskeyWood is breathing takingly amazing!! The minute you walk into the door ypu feel at home. Tucked away just enough to feel secluded but close enough to town if you need anything. The owners have thought of everything from the spa like feel to the spices you may have forgotten!! The decor and linens are top notch!! Lots of great restaurants in town. Our all time favorite was Table 15 located downtown Montello. Farm to table sourced food. Great atmosphere, staff, coffee and food!! We will definatley make this a yearly trip!!

The perfect weekend getaway! They set the cabin up with everything you would need to be entertained or find adventures around the area! The cabin was extremely clean, and the property was beautiful! The hosts were responsive to questions! Will definitely be back.

Wonderful spot for staying in or going out

The cabin was awesome and comfortable. The porch overlooking the hills was really relaxing and we spent most of our time there. The fire pit was terrific and we loved all the accessories (fire starter, grate for cooking). Perfect location too, just outside of Richland Center and a short drive to stores if needed. If you are in the area , I would definitely recommend staying at this cozy cabin! Jason

Everything, as usual, was wonderful. I have stayed here several times and have future stays booked. The cabins are super cozy no matter what time of year. This was an odd stay weather-wise, as the in-floor heat was needed overnight (oh that is the BOMB, especially in winter!) and the a/c in the afternoon was needed sometimes. Either way - easily stayed completely comfortable! I can't say enough good about Andy Mountain. As a lone female traveler, I can attest to how safe and at home you'll feel there. The cabins/campground have a neighborhood feel and everyone is always friendly. It's nice to have your own private space with covered porch, grill, and fire pit right there. Also of note is that there are dishes, silverware etc and a full size fridge so you can do all of your own cooking if you're not going to be out and about. Great stay - best place I've ever stayed and will continue to stay there in the future!

This is an amazing place to stay! The peace and quiet of the location and to feel as though you were in the middle of the woods was a welcome surprise! We were lucky to have discovered this place! Thank you!

Beautiful home nestled in a quiet, secluded location - an ideal place to unwind and recharge. We loved spending our evenings by the fire, exploring the trails, and soaking in the surrounding nature, including a wonderful variety of birds and wildlife. Corey is a welcoming and kind host. Highly recommended, and we definitely plan to return!

The cabin was great. Feels safe because there are neighbors but there are trees to block the view so you still get your privacy and you’re not out nowhere by yourself. I love the views from the cabin!

We planned a last minute getaway to Linda & Robert’s place and it was wonderful. My husband and I were looking for a simple, secluded place with space to explore and be immersed in nature with our dog. This “rustic retreat” was just what we had hoped for and more. It is exactly how it is described, no surprises. Before booking, we read the listing description that was provided, viewed all of the photos and loved reading all of the glowing reviews. We were sold! We loved the long drive into the property and the wildlife seen along the way. The trails on the property are such a treat and so much fun to explore. The windows in the cabin were just as described….AWESOME!Puzzles and campfires were our source of relaxation, after dark. Linda and Robert are great hosts and communication was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent at the rustic retreat and would highly recommend it to others. :)

Carolene's place is such a gem! Beautiful and peaceful. We especially appreciated the provided list of places to check out/things to do in the area. Highly recommend the local Amish bakery if you happen to be there on a Friday or Saturday.

We loved every minute of our stay at the lake house! The house is gorgeous and immaculately clean. We loved waking up to the view of the lake. The kitchen was well equipped, and they even had dog beds for our 2 dogs. Gracie was very responsive with any questions. There are a few cute cafes and shops in the nearby town, and Princeton, a bit further away. We really liked the European Bakery and Heirloom Pantry/Kitchen and kind of made a morning of visiting the shops. BBQ place recommended in Montello is also AMAZING!

This is our second visit to DPC! We love it here! The cabin is immaculate and amenities are great! The guidebook was amazing and our girls trip was fantastic in big part because of this place! Hosts are amazing! Definitely a hidden gem!!

Warm and welcoming hosts - so nice to have a kind note, lights on, and chocolates and wine waiting for us (although we did not partake in the wine - but loved the intent behind it). Definitely hunting cabin vibes -- we are so jealous and wish we had this type of accommodation for when we go hunting. Another nice thing: we weren't asked to strip sheets, run the dishwasher, wash towels and take out the garbage like so many other Airbnbs (what's the point of the cleaning fee if the guest has to do half the work?). All that was asked was to put used towels in a pile on the floor - so appreciate that when we have to depart for an early morning flight. Thanks John and Kitty - if we are ever in the area in the future, we will be sure to book again.

A great stay! This cabin in tucked away in the woods in a beautiful secluded spot. Very quiet and peaceful. House was immaculate. Wifi was also good. Would strongly recommend.

Beautiful location with great views of the countryside, about 10 minutes from the town of Avoca. Lots of wildlife along the drive. Wish we could have spent more time at the property, will look to stay there again next time I'm in the area!

Quaint little cabin in the woods. Not much around, but was a dollar store nearby for any needed items. Snacks, coffee maker, and basic items in fridge were a nice touch. Host provided us with a bundle of wood which allowed us to have smores in the fire pit in the yard outside. Inside electric fireplace was nice too.

My husband and I had a lovely experience. There were beautiful sun sets and the cabin was cute. It was a very peaceful time. There was lots of fire wood for the pit. We did barbecue and the charcoal and fluid was included. I would visit again.

This was I think our 4th visit to this property! It’s absolutely stunning and with the screened in porch the weather has no effect on us enjoying the outdoors and scenery. We highly recommend
