A lovely house to visit Berlin but to relax after a long day. The area is green and tranquil. For a combined travel group ideal that the house has two bathrooms. Lidl is around the corner and a nice Greek restaurant also nearby. Nice big kitchen with a lot of utilities. Definitely a recommendation.

We immediately felt very comfortable in this special accommodation. The cottage is located in a very quiet street on the edge of a forest area and close to the lake. You first pass through a natural garden, where there are various resting places. The pallet chill-out corner right next to the entrance is particularly beautiful. Upon entering the cottage, you immediately land in the open living area, in the middle of which is the fireplace, for which a lot of wood is available. A steep little staircase leads to the upper sleeping area. Everything was very cozy and tastefully designed. We enjoyed our stay very much, which was also helped by the sauna. We highly recommend the accommodation, but also point out that it would be advantageous to have a mobile support, as it is already a bit off the beaten track.

I stayed with my wife and two daughters in Andrea's home for a week. From Andrea's house, you can walk to Köpenick station in 10 minutes and from there you can reach the heart of Berlin in less than 25 minutes by train. Andrea's house is located in a very quiet and green area. You can park by car in front of the door. It was always nice to come back in an oasis of peace after a busy day in Berlin with a lot of impressions. The contrast could not be greater. The hustle and bustle in Berlin and the tranquility in Köpenick. a lovely garden room and a lovely garden that we enjoyed. The small and cozy Biergarten am Köpenicker Hof is a 5-minute walk away. The house has all the comforts, was beautifully clean and fresh, with communication with Andrea being pleasant and smooth. A very nice and cozy base to visit in Berlin.

Even better than the photos. I’ve been waiting years to find a weekend at this place and it was worth it. Glorious.

Everything is perfect, the only thing to pay attention to is the postal code 13055, there are two streets in Berlin with the same address but with different codes. However, reported by the owner. Thank you for everything.

The accommodation is simply fantastic: very quietly located with its own garden, modern and functionally furnished. The amenities really leave nothing to be desired! Jörg is a very accommodating host who always responded to my messages and gave me helpful tips not only on the accommodation, but also on gastronomy and public transport in the area. We had a very pleasant stay with the Martin family. The view over the lake is magnificent. The connection to Berlin from Erkner is very good. If you are also looking for relaxation and adventure on the water, you are in the right place.

We were personally greeted by Michael and Katrin and taken to the apartment. Very nice big apartment. Lovingly furnished with new and old furniture. Very nice details. We were greeted with a refreshing drink right away. It's a shame we were only there for a short time. If you want to leave the car, that's no problem, there's a bus stop around the corner. The garden is very lovingly designed. We were able to make ourselves comfortable on the Hollywood swing right away. Everything was very nice, even the weather, unfortunately too short. Highly recommended.

Absolutely recommended! Kerstin and Michael's apartment is very spacious, extremely tastefully decorated, modern and cozy. The amenities are perfect and leave nothing to be desired. The location is very good, nice in the countryside, quiet, but still everything is easily accessible by S-Bahn or tram. Kerstin and Michael are very friendly and accommodating hosts, we would definitely love to come back.

Amazing place exactly like the pictures! The apartment was beautifully designed, well-equipped, and matched the photos perfectly. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions. It’s conveniently located near a metro station and within walking distance of attractions like Checkpoint Charlie. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again!

Super warm accommodation. A real little cocoon perfect for resting after visiting Berlin. Easy access to the S-Bahn, it's quite fast to get to the city center. Very friendly owners, with a very warm welcome. The apartment is very well equipped, you really don't miss anything. I highly recommend it!!

It’s a wonderful place. We all really enjoyed it. I wish we had time to use the pool more because my three year-old grandson had a great time in the pool. The nearby park is great for kids and has an interesting history. The only suggestion I have about this Airbnb is the glass table legs are really a hazard. My daughter in law and I both hurt our feet. I ended up wrapping towels around the legs. Also could use a hook or two in the guest bathroom there is absolutely nowhere to hang a towel. The nearby beer Garden with dozens of birds is great fun as well.

Super nice contact with the host. Uncomplicated check-in, on request a slightly later checkout was also possible. The accommodation is very well equipped, everything you need for the stay and a super comfortable bed and a nice quiet terrace. I would be happy to stay again on my next visit to Berlin!

A perfect spot for exploring Berlin! With a bus right out front, we could get everywhere super easily. The condo was spacious and airy; lovely spot to spend the mornings and evenings before and after roaming the streets of Berlin. We also enjoyed nearby spots we uncovered - a farmer’s market, the KaDeWe Food Court, great Vietnamese food, an outdoor bar area, the zoo….you name it. Everything was nearby. Truly enjoyed our stay and exploring nearby and far away! Berlin was great, as was this lovely spot to stay.

Spent 2 night at Simon’s house. Everything was as described. The house is right behind a bus stop. The kitchen had everything we would need. It was warm inside the house but there were fans. Would recommend to my friends.

The stay was very nice! Everything was clean and quiet and very comfortable. Everything can be reached within 30 minutes plus that the area itself is beautiful! My partner was in Berlin for once and loved it too! Gladly again !!
