Apartment holiday rentals in Spree

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment for 3 nights for 3 adults. The neighbourhood has lots of cafes, small shops and bakeries which is great for breakfast. There is also a bus stop M41 which is close to apartment and very frequent which we found convenient. Jan and Julia were very responsive and helpful hosts.

Libor's flat can be summarized in one word: perfect. I stayed there for 2 weeks, worked remotely and I absolutely loved it. The flat is very spacious, nicely designed, comfortable and clean. Treptower Park, which is few mins way away is gorgeous. The street is quiet and very peaceful and also very close to Lidl for groceries. I can't think of anything wrong to stay about this flat. The communication with Libor was also great and the check-in extremely smooth. I'll definitely stay there next time I visit Berlin.

Perfect apartment, clean and location. Henrik is a great person with a lot of dedication and patience to deal with guests. Amei and next year I plan to stay in that apartment again.

Perfect and fairly close to the city center by S-Bahn or U-Bahn

The room was outstanding! Beautiful and super clean! I immediately felt at home. Janik is a really great host, he was always available and everything was very flexible and hassle-free! I would book with Janik again anytime! At this point, thank you again! ☺️

Max’s place is truly incredible and a gem. A huge and beautiful apartment that I honestly felt sad leaving at the end of my week. The location is perfect and I felt immediately at home. I enjoyed waking up to the sun hitting the huge windows and going out to eat in their private balcony. Can’t recommend this place more!!

I had such a wonderful stay at Elizabeth and Johannes’s apartment. It was so homey and really spacious. The balcony was such a lovely place to sit out on sunny mornings and the entire home was really charming and well taken care of. The hosts were super responsive to all of my requests and made a clear effort to be friendly. They also had a friend drop off the keys to me and introduce me to the apartment, which I thought was really nice in comparison to just finding the key myself in the lockbox. Additionally, I felt very safe staying there, particularly as it’s very well located with lots of restaurants nearby, and also because the building itself feels very secure!

Sofia is a gracious host offering a lovely place to stay. Tastefully decorated with sustainability in mind. Easy access to subways, short walk to riverbank for river cruise. Lovely breakfast restaurant downstairs. All amenities were as described. Helpful for future visits would be a microwave and a coffee maker. Loved the floor heating and deep bathtub! We’ll gladly stay at Sofia’s place again.

We stayed with our two children in the apartment of Arzu and Tom and felt completely comfortable. The two provided us with all the important information before arrival and informed us about the exact process. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and given the latest hints, including tips for the physical well-being in the area. The apartment is equipped with all the important utensils and in addition with great children's books that our youngest has devoured directly. Typical old building with beautiful wooden floorboards - accordingly, it sometimes squeaks and you can hear the neighbors. City location with normal traffic noise. The Sprengelkiez offers some restaurants, bars and cafes where you can spend your time wonderfully and it's not as crowded as other neighborhoods. The connection to public transport is very good (subway 3 minutes, bus 2 minutes by foot) We will be happy to come back!

Excellent little apartment exactly as described in the listing. 2 minutes from underground station and Lidl supermarket. Kitchen amenities provided - teas, coffee, sugar, salt , oil etc . Laundry liquid and dishwasher tabs also much appreciated. Spotlessly clean and v comfortable bed. No road noise apart from the occasional siren - beautiful little courtyard. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely return anytime I’m in Berlin

Absolutely recommended! Kerstin and Michael's apartment is very spacious, extremely tastefully decorated, modern and cozy. The amenities are perfect and leave nothing to be desired. The location is very good, nice in the countryside, quiet, but still everything is easily accessible by S-Bahn or tram. Kerstin and Michael are very friendly and accommodating hosts, we would definitely love to come back.

Very good stay at Tanja's, who was very welcoming and answered all our questions quickly. The accommodation is good, quiet, close to the metro and the neighborhood is very nice. You can do the shopping (even organic) easily near the accommodation. The accommodation remains cool in hot weather. But beware, if you are tall, the duvets in the beds are small. As soon as I told Tanja about it, she brought us 2 more, but smaller ones too (size 1 French place) Other than that, everything was perfect. I would this property.

Very nice stay. A very nice place to stay. And a very lovely and nice hostess. The location is perfect for Kreuzberg and surroundings. We were there with a small child and it is also very suitable for that. I hope to come back soon.

Charming, super friendly and nice, attentive at all times. The house is impeccable. We really enjoyed being here. We'll be back.

Silke was waiting for us at home on the day of check-in. The house was very classic, elegantly decorated, with a spacious living room, sufficient room facilities, complete kitchen appliances, two bathrooms, and a terrace with a lake view. The attic room was very large, suitable for a group of friends. Dirk allowed me to park inside and I also asked him some information to Berlin， getting instant response for all questions.

This is an amazing gem of a studio apartment in Berlin. Great location and fantastically styled! Such a cool place!

We had a super great time in Simone's great place. We didn't miss anything and were able to really relax. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired and if you don't have enough of the pool during the day, you can admire the starry sky from the hot tub at night. The only thing to note is. We came by public transport and had to walk to the train station on the day of departure (50 min), as neither bus nor taxi/Bolt or Uber are available on Sundays. That maybe as a little info...but of course has nothing to do with the wonderful accommodation itself! We will be happy to come back!

Alexander’s apartment was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located near great spots. It had everything we needed and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Alexander was an excellent host, he was kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He gave great local tips and was very understanding when our travel plans changed. His hospitality made a big difference. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back :) Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment! And Teltow is a beautiful town. The apartment is very close to a bus stop and the S Bahn so you can go easy to Berlin. The place is very quiet and chill it helped us since we were working there. Also our host was very friendly and helpful all the time! Definitely 10/10

We had four very nice days in Bad Saarow. The accommodation is superbly located, was clean and well furnished. Check-in worked well. Glad to come back.

Very kid friendly….the loft beds aren’t for adults…beautiful bathroom!!! This flat is in the middle of it all, great restaurants, shopping, parks & activities within walking distance. It was very comfortable.

We had a great time at this place. Everything has been extremely well thought out to allow travelers to not miss anything. The apartment is amazing, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The bed allowed us to spend very restful nights, the double bathtub is exceptional, all the high-end amenities offer a unique experience. Private parking is a real plus (especially if you want to park a nice car!). We travel regularly, and this rental is by far the best we have ever booked. Nicole and Jörg are of rare kindness, caring and good advice. Thank you for the many small personal touches. Our stay was perfect from start to finish thanks to you two. We are sincerely happy to have met you, we know where to book for our next visit around Berlin.

Daniel was quick to respond and even if there was a problem, a quick response came. Are super nice and friendly, accommodation is completely sufficient for a few days. Connections to the bus and train are at least a 20-minute walk away, but it is nicely located in quiet. Can only recommend this apartment.
