Anne's apartment is great. It can be a perfect apartment for many, especially for couples, I think. It's peaceful, clean, new and modern, places to eat nearby, grocery store close by, tram stop literally next to the apartment, amazing host- so many conveniences. Only slight exception may be for those who wants to stay at the city center, don't need a moderately spacious apartment, nor cooking at the expense of lower price. It'd be nice if there were a microwave though, unless I haven't found it :'D as I barely went to the kitchen. The shower floor is ceramic, looks good but the renters are advised to be little cautious as it may get slippery. The apartment has a slight touch of a hotel. Some may like it, but I personally prefer a complete home atmosphere. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. I highly recommend the apartment for those who are looking for the criteria the apartment offers.

Lovely stay in a great location in Pankow. Great coffee too - just upgrade your machine so the baristas can work their magic even more 😉

Recommended! The apartment is fantastic. It looks even better in real life than in the pictures. We especially enjoyed the big balcony with wonderful view. The apartment was also clean and well equipped and quiet. Florian was reachable during the whole stay and answered all our questions. Check-in and check-out were uncomplicated.

Eine wirklich sehr schöne, gepflegte und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Der Check-in verlief problemlos über die Schlüssellbox, die Anlage ist sehr modern, ruhig gelegen direkt am See. Die Kommunikation verlief problemlos und war sehr freundlich. Alles in allem gibt es nichts auszusetzen und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Tino war ein toller Gastgeber, der sich gut um seine Gäste kümmert. Er hat mich unterstützt, wo er nur konnte. Durch seine humorvolle Art und die schöne Wohnung habe ich mich zu Hause gefühlt.

Wir hatten vier sehr schöne Tage in Bad Saarow. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Check-in hat gut geklappt. Gern wieder.

Had a great stay here. Location is fantastic. Very close to great bars, restaurants, and public transportation. Philipp was very communicative and would respond to questions and requests immediately. He also was able to allow us a later checkout time which was very convenient. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem tollen Apartment! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und top ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Der Seeblick ist absolut traumhaft und macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Klare Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Was kann man bei Bernd erwarten? - Ein kuschliges Bett, eine warme Dusche und seinen eigenen Schreibtisch... Aber nicht nur das, sondern einen unglaublich zuvorkommenden Gastgeber, ein stylisches Interior, ein blitzblankes Bad, top Anbindung, eine aufgeweckte Fellnase und ein richtiges Zuhause-Gefühl. Kann dieses AirBnB nur wärmsten weiterempfehlen!! Genau das, wonach ich für meine ersten 2 Wochen in Berlin gesucht habe.

Wir haben uns bei Petra und Diter sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders toll war, dass sie uns Räder zur Verfügung gestellt haben. Wir haben so vor Ort alles mit dem Fahrrad bewältigt und schöne kleine Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht. Es stand uns sogar ein eigener Gartenanteil mit Grill und wunderbarer Sitzecke zur Verfügung. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder gerne in diese schöne Unterkunft.

Caroline's apartment was a literal dream come true for our 10 day stay in Berlin. We were so happy to wake up every morning in her sun drenched massive apartment with beautiful forwards and backwards views. If i could give 100 stars I would! Location: doesn't get any better - its very close to mauerpark, multiple train stops and TONS of cool shops, bars and restaurants. Despite it being so central it was so quiet! You're staring directly at a beautiful church as well. Apt: just so cool, and unique. FILLLED with beautiful art and photography- i think I discovered a new one every day :) AH also, this building somehow is historic but also HAS AN ELEVATOR. I was the most worried about dragging my XL suitcase up a bunch of stairs but fear not. We had no issues with water pressure or temperature as some of the other reviews mention! Gigantic terrace was also a huge huge huge plus. Caroline herself is very responsive, kind and just so cool. We felt nothing but pure joy!

Allen war super nett und zuvorkommend. Alles war sehr sauber und das Zimmer schön eingerichtet, man hat Genügend Platz für alles und das Bett war sehr bequem. Zudem war die Aussicht Abends traumhaft. Die Lage ist Perfekt, man braucht nie lange auf eine Bahn zu warten und ist schnell im Zentrum von Berlin. Die Unterkunft kann ich nur jedem empfehlen!😊

The apartment is charming, spacious, well-equipped. 2 large bedrooms, 2 comfortable showers. The apartment is in an excellent location in the city center, a 15-minute walk from the central train station. The apartment is in a project with a charming inner courtyard, so it is very quiet. There is an office at the entrance where you can receive packages. Communication with the Richie was excellent. We were in the apartment for a month and it's hard to leave.

All worked very well and we had smooth communication with the owner. One should be aware that the house can get very warm during the summer, but that didn’t come as a surprise to us so we have no complaints.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem wunderschönen blauen Haus. Das gesamte Haus war blitzsauber. Besonders gut hat uns die umfangreiche Ausstattung der Küche gefallen. Unsere Gastgeber haben uns noch zwei Kajaks zur Nutzung angeboten, die wir sehr intensiv im nahe gelegenen See genutzt haben. Auch wenn wir bei Michael nur eine kurze Zeit verbracht haben, war die Erholung sehr groß.

Wir waren mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene+4 Kinder) im Haus, es ist sehr groß und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Der Aufenthalt war mit Abstand die beste Airbnb Erfahrung, die wir jemals gemacht haben. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett, angefangen mit dem ersten Kontakt bis zum Check Out lief alles super und reibungslos. Die Lage ist super um Berlin zu erkunden, in einem sehr ruhigen und schönem Wohnviertel gelegen. Der Check in lief super, es gab einfache Anweisungen wie man das Haus findet und in das Haus hineinkommt. Das Haus entspricht zu 100% den Bildern, es ist ein sehr sauberes und super gepflegtes Haus. Highlights sind die schöne offene Küche, Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und der wunderschöne Spa Bereich mit Whirlpool und Sauna, auch hier gab es eine einfache Anleitung wie man alles benutzt und Helmuth war immer für Fragen jederzeit offen und schnell erreichbar. In Summe wollen wir uns bei Helmuth und seiner Familie für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt bedanken und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Stylish, modern smart home well-equipped with everything we needed for a month-long stay. Quiet location with a small store in short walking distance and a full grocery 15 minutes away by car. We had a pleasant and easy stay thanks to Eugen.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Tout était parfait de la communication à l'accueil, en passant par le séjour. Stefan et Mandy sont de super hôtes très sympathiques. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Le salon est grand et agréable. Les enfants sont polis et très gentils. Aux alentours de la maison, il y a un supermarché à environ 5 minutes à pied où vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre séjour. Il y a également des lieux pour manger rapidement qui sont tout proches. Ici, vous ne serait pas en plein centre de Berlin, mais vous dormirez dans le calme et dans un environnement très agréable. La maison est très bien desservie par les transports en commun. Les bus passent toutes les 5 minutes environ en journée. Toutes les 7 à 10 min le soir ou la nuit. En bus et train vous pourrez relier le centre ville très facilement. Il y a également beaucoup de place si vous devez stationner votre véhicule. Les pistes cyclables sont partout !

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, schön eingerichtet und ausreichend Platz für uns 4 Personen. Eine wirklich schöne ruhige Lage, wenn man mal dem Alltagsstress aus der Großstadt entfliehen möchte.

Schönes Haus für eine größere Gruppe von Menschen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Zum Baden sind wir allerdings an den schönen See nach Bralitz gefahren, da die Wasserqualität am beschriebenen Fluss uns nicht zum Baden eingeladen hat.
