Apartment holiday rentals in Spree

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment for 3 nights for 3 adults. The neighbourhood has lots of cafes, small shops and bakeries which is great for breakfast. There is also a bus stop M41 which is close to apartment and very frequent which we found convenient. Jan and Julia were very responsive and helpful hosts.

Libor's flat can be summarized in one word: perfect. I stayed there for 2 weeks, worked remotely and I absolutely loved it. The flat is very spacious, nicely designed, comfortable and clean. Treptower Park, which is few mins way away is gorgeous. The street is quiet and very peaceful and also very close to Lidl for groceries. I can't think of anything wrong to stay about this flat. The communication with Libor was also great and the check-in extremely smooth. I'll definitely stay there next time I visit Berlin.

Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in Berlijn en voelde ons heel erg thuis in het huisje in Lichtenberg. Los van de prettige omgeving en vriendelijke mensen in de buurt, was onze ervaring en communicatie met de host ook erg goed. 5/5 sterren!

Excellent place to stay for even a long trip ! Close to main transport lines and an active main street, but located in a private and calm residence. The apartment feels spacious and comfortable to live in. A special thanks to the friendly host for their hospitality, easy to talk to and very responsive to our messages.

I had such a wonderful stay at Elizabeth and Johannes’s apartment. It was so homey and really spacious. The balcony was such a lovely place to sit out on sunny mornings and the entire home was really charming and well taken care of. The hosts were super responsive to all of my requests and made a clear effort to be friendly. They also had a friend drop off the keys to me and introduce me to the apartment, which I thought was really nice in comparison to just finding the key myself in the lockbox. Additionally, I felt very safe staying there, particularly as it’s very well located with lots of restaurants nearby, and also because the building itself feels very secure!

Had a lovely stay at Piotr’s place! It was in a great location, close to lots of the places we wanted to go in east Berlin. Walking distance to some lovely restaurants and bars in Friedrichshain. Large studio apartment with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable bed but could have done with black out curtains as the light crept in early in the morning. Would definitely stay again and Piotr was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole stay.

Honestly the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The space was so stylish and generously sized with a lovely balcony overlooking greenery. So many Airbnb properties in cities feel quite cramped but not this one. And Johannes was a fabulous host - helpful, friendly and with a great list of food and bar recommendations. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Berlin if we’re lucky enough to come back.

Schöne Wohnung, die vor allem sehr ruhig in einem Hinterhaus gelegen ist - mit Blick ins Grüne, ausreichend Parkplätzen in der Straße und tollen Restaurants sowie Spielplätzen in fußläufiger Entfernung. Die Kommunikation war super und durch die Schlüsselbox ist der Checkin unabhängig und zeitlich flexibel. Super!

Wir waren eine Woche mit unseren beiden Kindern in der Wohnung von Arzu und Tom und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die beiden haben uns schon vor der Ankunft mit allen wichtigen Infos versorgt und uns über den genauen Ablauf informiert. Bei Ankunft wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und bekamen noch die letzten Hinweise, inklusive Tipps für das leibliche Wohl in der Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist mit allen wichtigen Utensilien ausgestattet und darüber hinaus noch mit tollen Kinderbüchern, die unsere Jüngste direkt verschlungen hat. Typischer Altbau mit schönen Holzdielen - entsprechend quietscht es manchmal und man hört die Nachbarn. Stadtlage mit normalem Verkehrslärm. Der Sprengelkiez bietet einige Restaurants, Bars und Cafés, in denen man wunderbar seine Zeit verbringen kann und noch ist es nicht so überlaufen, wie andere Viertel. Die Anbindung zum ÖPNV ist sehr gut (U-Bahn 3 Minuten, Bus 2 Minuten zu Fuß) Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Absolut empfehlenswert! Die Wohnung von Kerstin und Michael ist sehr großzügig, äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet, modern und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, schön im Grünen, ruhig, aber trotzdem ist mit der S- Bahn oderTram alles gut zu erreichen. Kerstin und Michael sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder kommen.

We enjoyed our stay at Toni's place. There are some good restaurants and supermarkets nearby and the transport links are superb.

Très bon séjour chez Tanja qui a été très accueillante et a répondu à toutes nos questions rapidement. Le logement est bien, calme, proche du métro et le quartier est très agréable. On peut faire les couses (même bio) facilement tout près du logement. Le logement reste frais par temps chaud. Mais attention, si vous êtes grands, les couettes dans les lits sont petites. Dès que j'en ai parlé à Tanja elle nous en a apporté 2 de plus mais petites aussi (taille 1 place française) A part ça, tout était parfait. Je recommande ce logement.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Und eine ganz liebe und nette Gastgeberin. Die Lage ist perfekt für Kreuzberg und Umgebung. Wir waren mit kleinem Kind dort und dafür ist es ebenfalls sehr gut geeignet. Ich hoffe, ich komme bald mal wieder.

Encantadores, super amables y simpáticos, en todo momento atentos. La casa impecable. Nos ha gustado mucho estar aquí. Volveremos a repetir.

Silke was waiting for us at home on the day of check-in. The house was very classic, elegantly decorated, with a spacious living room, sufficient room facilities, complete kitchen appliances, two bathrooms, and a terrace with a lake view. The attic room was very large, suitable for a group of friends. Dirk allowed me to park inside and I also asked him some information to Berlin， getting instant response for all questions.

这座公寓在一个很安静的街区，距离城市中心很近， 方便前往柏林爱乐厅， 新美术馆。 房东回应非常及时。 房子 非常非常有品位，非常美丽， 能轻松看出来主人花了很多心思建设他的家， 猜想不少家具都是自己做的，阳台很美丽。很安全，绝对推荐给其他访客 ！

Wir hatten eine supertolle Zeit in der tollen Unterkunft von Simone. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und konnten super abschalten. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und wenn man nicht vom Pool tagsüber genug hat, kann man nachts vom whirlpool aus den Sternenhimmel bewundern. Das einzige was zu beachten ist. Wir sind mit den Öffies gekommen und mussten am Abreisetag zum Bahnhof laufen (50min), da sonntags weder Bus noch Taxi/Bolt oder Uber verfügbar sind. Das vielleicht als kleine Info...hat aber natürlich nichts mit der wunderbaren Unterkunft an sich zu tun! Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder!

Alexander’s apartment was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located near great spots. It had everything we needed and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Alexander was an excellent host, he was kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He gave great local tips and was very understanding when our travel plans changed. His hospitality made a big difference. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back :) Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment! And Teltow is a beautiful town. The apartment is very close to a bus stop and the S Bahn so you can go easy to Berlin. The place is very quiet and chill it helped us since we were working there. Also our host was very friendly and helpful all the time! Definitely 10/10

Wir hatten vier sehr schöne Tage in Bad Saarow. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Check-in hat gut geklappt. Gern wieder.

Very kid friendly….the loft beds aren’t for adults…beautiful bathroom!!! This flat is in the middle of it all, great restaurants, shopping, parks & activities within walking distance. It was very comfortable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Tout a été extrêmement bien pensé pour permettre aux voyageurs de ne manquer de rien. L'appartement est incroyable, décoré avec goût et très confortable. Le lit nous a permis de passer des nuits très reposantes, la baignoire double est exceptionnelle, l'ensemble des équipements haut de gamme offre une expérience unique. Le parking privé est un vrai plus (surtout si vous voulez y garer une belle voiture !). Nous voyageons régulièrement, et cette location est de loin la meilleure que nous n'avons jamais réservé. Nicole et Jörg sont d'une gentillesse rare, aux petits soins et de bons conseils. Merci pour les nombreuses petites attentions personnelles. Notre séjour a été parfait de bout en bout grâce a vous deux. Nous sommes sincèrement heureux de vous avoir rencontré, nous savons où réserver pour notre prochaine visite autour de Berlin.

Daniel gab schnell Antworten und auch wenn es ein problem gab kam schnell eine reaktion. Sind super nett und freundlich, unterkunft ist für ein paar tage völlig ausreichend. Anschlüsse zu bus und bahn sind mind. 20 min zu Fuß entfernt aber es liegt schön gelegen ind ruhig. Kann diese wohnung nur empfehlen.
