Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Spotorno

Our stay in Marco’s villa was absolutely perfect. The location and views are truly incredible: waking up to see the sea glittering is pure magic, and you can see it from the bedroom, the balcony, the terrace - it’s just beautiful. There can be no more perfect place to sit and enjoy an aperitivo anywhere in Italy! We travelled with our daughter, age 5, and she had the most perfect little bedroom with cute kids’ bedding that made her feel special. There are sofa beds downstairs too, but we didn’t need those. Marco and his family are right nextdoor and available to help with anything but they were very respectful of our privacy and our stay was so quiet and peaceful. Because the steps up from the town would have been a lot for our daughter to manage every day we got a few taxis back after beach trips and it was super easy, they go from the station and there were always plenty instantly available. And so worth the little trip up the hill to benefit from the stunning views! Loved it.

Great location right in the middle of all the action in a cute small popular town. we loved having the balcony to enjoy the view during the stay. The beach right in front of the house does get crowded during the day and night. We didn't mind it at all and enjoyed it but something to consider if you are traveling in the high season and want more privacy.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. No hustle and bustle, just nature and animal sounds, good for relaxing and lingering. Manuela put a lot of effort into compiling a great book with local excursion and rest stops. Very nice and helpful. Thank you, it was great.

We had a lovely stay at Viviana’s! It was perfectly situated out of town, but close enough for a quick drive to everything. It was so beautifully peaceful and a really lovely place. Exactly what we needed! The pool was an amazing bonus. The rooms were great, bathrooms were clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some home cooked meals. Viviana was also very responsive and quick. And at check in she was there to greet us and she was so lovely! Would highly recommend this spot to anyone!

Beautiful old house renovated with care. Lots of space (and stairs :P), hosts, Laura and Alex very welcoming and friendly, also speaking English and French. Great view from the terrace to Genoa. Quiet and surrounded by greenery. Equipment: we have everything we could possibly need. Nice little garden with beautiful pergola. Friendly neighbors on two and four legs. Great stay! We recommend it without hesitation!

We had a wonderful week at Sergio's place! The apartment was very clean, well equipped and just like in the photos. We were particularly enthusiastic about the terrace with the fantastic view of the sea – the perfect place for breakfast or a glass of wine at sunset. Sergio was a friendly and helpful host who was always available and provided us with good tips. The location in Bergeggi is quiet and ideal for relaxing days by the sea. We will be happy to come back

The reception was extremely friendly, just like last year. Everything is very straightforward and communication with Elisabetta is perfect. The apartment is very lovingly furnished and very well equipped. The terrace with the magnificent view is unique. The proximity to the beach is great. This year the pool was open. Beautiful complex with magnificent views.

Roland’s place is nestled in a quiet spot off of a quiet road with spectacular views of vineyards and the Alps. The place is well appointed and restaurants and tasting rooms are but a short drive away. Highly recommended!

We were in this beautiful apartment for 5 nights in June 2025 with two adults and two teenagers. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the extremely friendly hosts and provided with many helpful tips for our stay. The apartment corresponded exactly to the description – and the view is actually even more beautiful than in the photos. It is generously cut, very clean and stylishly furnished. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come again at any time.

We felt very comfortable right from the beginning, very charming and quiet place under olive trees … the spacious parking was particularly valuable for us as we arrived with a trailer + motorcycle. The drive to the center of Finale Ligure is about 10 minutes, but it is a nice area and there is a good restaurant on the way. A great starting point for all of our activities. We would particularly like to mention the very nice, warm and helpful hosts. We had a wonderful time and would be happy to come back.

Fiametta was amazing. so friendly, flexible and helpful. The information she gave was perfect. Its a quirky apartment but it was all explained in a very informative book. it's in a fab location with everything close by. The bedroom is not for tall people! Very low ceiling. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with all that you could need. On a personal note it was a little too dark for me but that's was the only downside.

Perfect place to start our trip. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Mediterranean from the balcony. With two teenage boys, we could spread out in the 3 bedrooms. We went swimming and had yummy gelato and delicious dinner at Il Guercio Food & Drink in Finalborgo (medieval village). The host was extremely responsive pre-trip and during our stay. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Slept to the sound of the ocean. Wonderful! Highly recommend. Just as described 😁

A beautiful place with an incredible view of the beach and sea. The location is superb, right in the middle of the wonderful carruggi in Varazze. We loved stepping outside for our morning croissant and coffee at Gatto Nero. With the apartment being high up we felt so peaceful everytime we returned home from a day exploring. There is a lift so access is also easy. And we loved the air con ! Excellent wifi also 👌 Maria doesnt speak English so we met using google translate and whattsapp and the check in and check out was very easy. Maria responded so quickly to messages and all our questions throughout the booking were answered quickly. Maria was very smiley and friendly and offered lovely local recommendations and we enjoyed our lunch at Vino e Cucino. This truly was a lovely place in a truly lovely place. We wouldnt hesitate to return. Grazie Mille xx

Barbara's apartment fully met our expectations! Extremely clean, small but very cozy, it had everything you need. The apartment's location is strategic: it is close to the center and the sea, and it has a wonderful view. Barbara welcomed us during check-in in a friendly way and was precise in giving us directions. We'll be back!

Comfortable house in a great location: not only with sea views but right on the beach (with toys for children made well) and in the center of the village. Very comfortable with the kids. Like all things for every benefit there are also some cons: the fact that it is so central and comfortable for the day makes it a little noisy in the evening it ended at 2 am but the children were so excited about the day that they didn't even notice (it was still reported). The owners are very kind and helpful for any information and/or needs. They also allowed us to delay checkout so we could have lunch comfortably at home and rinse off before we left. Absolutely positive experience.

Very pleasant stay. Marco was always prompt in his responses and the house is very nice, located in a strategic place a stone's throw from the sea and all the services. We'd love to come back!

Great place and host! highly recommend!

Alessandro's place is definitely strategic. Easy to reach by car and very close to the sea and all services. We left the car inside the locked courtyard of the house and didn't touch it until we left. The sea is a stone's throw away and reaching it through the underpass that starts in front of the house gate was very comfortable and safe with the two girls. The house has everything you need with comfortable and rational choices; the well-kept courtyard-garden doubles the space. Alessandro was always available to contact, discreetly. Highly recommended; we will definitely be back.

We spent the last couple of days of our vacation here and we wish we had spent more time… Beautiful spot with amazing views overlooking the neighborhood and the Mediterranean. Igor’s communication was top notch and he was very helpful prior and during our stay! The new bathroom renovation was beautiful too! We won’t ever forget our stay here!

We've just enjoyed several days in Marina's house. I believe it is the most well appointed property we have stayed in. A thoughtful host who more than anticipated any needs a person might have. The kitchen was well equipped and a pleasure to to work in. The terrace was expansive with a great view of one of the neighborhood's many quaint little beaches. We slept comfortably on high quality mattresses. All in all a fabulous experience. We were greeted by a very pleasant man, Fredrico. He immediately made us welcome and was very knowledgeable about all the needs a guest might have. I would not hesitate to recommend Marina's home and will stay there whenever I am in back in Genova.

Beautiful, tidy and clean house in front of the beach and very close to the center and the underground parking. Giovanni was very helpful and kind. I absolutely recommend the location.
