Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. We have a lock box available for self check-in if needed.

The cottage is double glazed, with a fully functioning kitchen. There is a small garden with plenty of space for your fur baby to exercise. Nearby in the village is a friendly pub serving meals throughout the day and a delightful coffee and cake shop.

The cottage is a gorgeous characterful Grade II listed 18th Century building of brick and flint previously owned by the Earl of Leicester. It is set well back from the road with a good-sized front garden with parking and a lime shaded, south facing terrace at the back with views over the Nar valley. Recent high end kitchen and bathroom fitted . Has both washing machine and dishwasher. Dog friendly, but garden not enclosed. Off road parking for two cars to front

Rose Cottage is just 25 mins from the North Norfolk coast and the stunning beaches at Holkham, Wells and Brancaster; stately homes and gardens such as Sandringham, Holkham and Houghton; and several beautiful nature reserves. Or simply enjoy the local walks and country pubs! Small, well behaved dogs welcome. We only ask not to let them on bed please!

Willow Farm Annexe, Dereham

In the heart of rural mid Norfolk, our charming one bedroom annexe is perfect for couples. Unfortunately we don’t accept children or pets. Set in a private walled courtyard garden with own entrance. Although only 2 miles from the market town of Dereham, with all its amenities, it is the ideal spot for unwinding after a busy day visiting Norwich (20 mins), the Broads (30 mins) or the North Norfolk coast (40mins). A truly magical setting for a short break.
