Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Spoleto

Only stayed one night, but everything was great. Walked up to town for dinner and great breakfast in the AM. Staff was kind and helpful! Will stay again if I’m in the area.

Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

As soon as you cross the entrance to the Bocci Residence you are enchanted by the beauty of the location... A place surrounded by nature where you can relax, but at the same time it has a strategic location to be able to easily reach Assisi, Spello, Rasiglia and the Marmore waterfalls (just to name a few!). The welcome breakfast was fabulous, especially for the cake tastings made by Leonardo's mother (it's a shame we didn't have it every day!) The apartment on the first floor overlooking the pool has a rustic yet elegant style. I highly recommend staying with Leonardo, experienced hosts, if you are in Foligno in Umbria.

One of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in. The building in an old medieval tower with garden overlooking the lake, totally renovated and very comfortable inside. The room is beautiful and very clean, everything was perfect and very professional. Best of all, Monica's treatment, always attentive that we were at ease, picked us up at the station, gave us recommendations about the village and at the exit allowed us to leave our bags until the time of our train. Fantastic breakfasts, adapted to my gluten-free food needs. Thank you very much for everything, if we go back to the area we will stay here again definitely!

This bed & breakfast was just so adorable! What I loved most though, was the host! I only stayed for 2 nights and because I arrived late in the evening / left very early in the morning, I didn't meet Olimpia until my last night when i got home late from dinner and she and others (either family or other guests) were enjoying wine in the common area. She immediately invited me to join and was just so warm and welcoming. Outside of that encounter, she was very communicative and helpful the whole time. My room was spacious and clean; shower was hot and great pressure. I felt safe the whole time. I loved this house because not only is it beautiful but it clearly has so much history. Very cool experience and would recommend to anyone! Also, you definitely need a car to stay here!

The surrounding environment was incredibly beautiful and peaceful. The house is located right by the roadside, so it was very easy to find. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host’s parents — they were fairly friendly and talkative. They even taught us quite a bit of Italian! Despite the language barrier, we had a truly enjoyable conversation. The room was much better than in the photos — such a lovely surprise! Everything was spotless and full of character. We really hope to stay here again next time!

Raffaella welcomes you with a smile that warms the heart. You truly feel like you have found your Italian roots, even if you don't have any : ) This is a very special place, not only can you see it, the views are breathtaking everywhere you look, but you also feel something very sacred here. There is a quiet in listening to the birds sing. Quiet from the busy life you leave behind. Our apartment was spotless and very well organized with everything we needed. The windows from our top story framed the tip-top of the trees and the valley below, we felt like we were living in a tree house. My daughter and I had a very fun cooking lesson with Raffaella and her expert cook and are now expert gnocchi chefs, I'm quite serious. Not only do they provide itineraries for traveling the Umbrian region, they are also available for additional info should you need it. Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Spello, Montefalco, we saw so much and we could have seen more. And...the views from the pool are spectacular, the grounds are truly more beautiful than the photos can display. I know Raffaella made our Umbrian stay very special to us but I must also say that Umbria took our breath away. There is so much beauty here. I want to return to see every season. Thank you Raffaella and your entire family! I know we will visit again : )

Quiet and quiet place to enjoy the peace of the territories. Great value. Comfortable rooms with everything you need for a good stay. Wonderful pool where you can take a dip or relax. Giovanna and Emilia, two attentive and kind landlords, available to make you feel at home. Perfect location to reach any place, from Assisi to Santa Maria degli Angeli, from Perugia to Gubbio. I loved my stay with Paola in their BnB. The room was huge, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very filling with delicious food. The hospitality show by Paola and her husband was excellent, and I felt very well looked after and safe as a solo female traveller. The BnB is located a very short walking distance from the main centre of the historic part of Spello, and there were a number of great restaurants and lots of excellent shopping with small boutiques with local makers. I’m very grateful for my stay!

A little hard to find the right driveway, but hosts were extremely helpful and came out to assist. The unit was lovely, the hosts friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

As soon as I entered Bruno's house, I found myself in front of a beautiful house. He matched my tastes in every aspect, down to the details. Bruno is a super helpful and interesting person to get to know. Too bad mine was a hit and run, but having to go back to Perugia often, I'd probably go back to his again. It also has a beautiful private terrace! It allowed me to relax even during this great summer heat. No small feat. Thanks again.

Very quiet location, with chickens scratching in the meadow surrounding the house. Our dog also enjoyed the presence of the birds. Comfortable room, huge bathroom, house available in every way, very welcoming and pleasant host. A nice little detail: a very old book by F. Kafka, found to welcome us in the room. This is not a minor detail. Very pleasant stay and, if possible, to be repeated.

Cristina is the most lovely host. She was so welcoming and communicative, gave lots of great recommendations, and the house was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, and Cristina went above and beyond helping me find a way to the train station when there were no buses or taxis available on a Sunday. Highly recommend staying at La Casa del Sole!!

Stuart and Katrina are two fantastic hosts! Friendly, helpful and very kind. The house surrounded by nature is very enjoyable, the pool is super and the room is quiet and well maintained. Very close to the tourist caves of Frasassi, not only! The surroundings are beautiful. Although we could use the kitchen, we didn't, because there are good and relatively cheap restaurants. Good Italian breakfast with a very good self-produced yogurt. Quiet and comfortable beds, we had a great night's sleep.

We stayed for New Year's Eve at ivo and Claudia. What to say... kind and helpful people. Perfect house, we went in 4 families with a total of 15 people. The setting was suitable for 19 people so we were very spacious. Everything is perfect, highly recommended, we will definitely be back

The stay at Alvaro's house will be unforgettable, as well as for the excellent location to visit many cities, for the beautiful house, for the peace and tranquility that you can breathe in this place, it will be unforgettable for the extraordinary hospitality of Alvaro and his wife who seem like two old friends. They open the doors of their home and their hearts, two extremely generous and friendly people. We only stayed two nights, but I wouldn't have left. The pool is fantastic and can be used at any time of the day or night, breakfast is served in the garden and by booking you can also take cooking classes. Alvaro will do everything to make sure you don't miss anything, he also runs a restaurant that was closed for Ferragosto during my stay but that will be a great excuse to come back. I'm really glad I discovered this place. Don't be fooled by the photos, everything is absolutely better than it seems!! See you soon. ♥️

We stayed at Casa Lola for the strategic location to be able to do a part of the Germanic Way, which starts from Amelia. We had a great time for the location of the property, for its features and for the extreme tranquility of the area. In contact with nature, with a beautiful garden, a nice view, green spaces. The house is very nice, in a rustic and welcoming style, the hosts were really kind and helpful, the breakfast was good and plentiful. In addition, we enjoyed the cuddles of Lola, the host's dog, very good and sweet, from whom the B&B takes its name. We would be happy to come back.

Cara Maria, Grazie mille! We had a wonderful time. Maria is so very kind and her Tuscan home is a dream. If you’re looking for a place to wind down and relax - this is it. It’s also very well situated. Just a few kilometres from Castiglion Fiorentino (excellent food) and Cortona (stunning views). We also took the train from Castiglion Fiorentino to Firenze and spent a whole day there. You do need a car though. Generally just a really good vacation that we can absolutely recommend. Leaving made us really sad. We look very much forward to visiting again.
